The office was very nice in making my appointment. The staff seemed very kind and helpful. The only issue I had was waiting for the doctor, waiting for the X-ray technician, and waiting for the results. I know it is a very busy doctor's office, so if they could trim some of that time off, I would definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you, Dr. Reddy for your expertise and kindness.

Dr. Quigley literally saved my life by working with me with extreme patience and kindness to get another health issue under control so that I would have the best outcome possible from the surgery. Individually and as a team, I could not have written a better screenplay for the care I received from them. The office is extremely well run. Appt. notifications are consistent, there is never a waiting time, on the phone and in person every one is polite, kind and professional. I cannot possibly refer Dr. Quigley and his entire office more fully. Truly the best care I have ever received. He literally saved my life - and I am not overstating that. Don't bother with anyone else... they could not be better.

I wish I could give negative stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more 1. My doctor was essentially a drug dealer. The answer to everything was a shot or a drug. Fine. But even then he was incapable of correctly ordering a prescription correctly. 2. As a result of my doctor's mistakes I had to keep calling for 3 days to get anyone's attention in order to get premature refills on the now lifelong medication I would be on. You CANNOT get an immediate answer for ANYTHING. You have to go through a voicemail box to talk to anyone and good luck getting a response the same day. The receptionists that are on the phones are the only ones that you can actually talk to and they are not going to be helping you. When I finally got a response it was claimed that they tried contacting me but couldn't get through. Yeah, sure. 3. They are scam artists. They put a boot on my foot without explaining the costs. In fact, the medical assistant explicitly said that insurance would pay for the boot. They charged my insurance $400 for a boot that costs them about $10-$20 tops. In turn my insurance charged me for most of it. In fact the out of pocket cost for this boot was more than my entire visit. When I called their billing to question it, they lied and said there was nothing they could do. As someone who has managed medical billing departments before, there was plenty that they could do, but they just refused. 4. The apathy of this practice towards their patients has made the last few weeks of my life a living hell. Not only do I have to live with my affliction but I have to pay these crooks for the privilege of being ripped off. AVOID AVOID AVOID

When I ended up at Shady Grove hospital they recommended Shady Grove Orthopedics. I was so impressed with the smooth running, well organized office. I could do most of the paperwork on the computer at home before my appointment. That is great, especially for one handed patients. Then, there is Dr. Shrout, who is outstanding! He specializes in hands, wrists, and elbows. He is kind, thorough and professional. He listens and takes the patient into consideration. He gives great advice. I highly recommend him. So, great office(Germantown) and fabulous doctor. A win, win situation. Now, if the hand would just get better !

He was very confident that he could give do the surgery and improve my quality of life as it pertained to my foot pain and issues. I am going to be honest, there was a good amount of work done to my foot. Repair a plantar plate, fix a mild bunion, and remove 2 neuromas. He said he needed to shorten the second toe. I did everything that he told me to do. I did physical therapy in his office for the full recommended time. I went every week wearing 2 masks in a crowded office. I did all recommendations...Alex Brinlee my PT was excellent. However, Dr Feldman kept pushing the goalpost when I was not pain-free with the right amount of mobility in my foot. First, it was, give it 3 or 4 months....then, it takes at least 6 months, then, 9 months I am sure it will be better, and finally, this usually takes a year...Well, we are about 1.5 years post and my second toe doesn't move, the pain barefoot is the same or worse and I STILL can only wear sneakers comfortably. I cannot WEAR a small wedge or simple ONE inch heel. He said that I would be able to wear better shoes and was VERY confident. One visit that I had where I was complaining about my pain and the thickness on my foot, he ASSURED me that the thickness GOES AWAY and also told me that my x-ray was beautiful. Hmmm...Oh, I am glad my x-ray looks so lovely but how about you acknowledge how the PATIENT feels? I definitely felt he was being extremely arrogant. So, as time has gone on, I am very grateful that I can walk. I am grateful that I have my foot! But not happy with the outcome of my surgery. I did NOT want to post this review, but I wrote Dr Feldman a letter letting him know of my displeasure. Of course, he did NOT respond to me. That in itself speaks volumes. I want say that while I do NOT think that Dr. Feldman did anything WRONG. It just happened but his arrogance and lack of solutions are what is disappointing. Oh, let me not forget to mention that he recommended that I "protect my investment" by purchasing $300 custom insoles that HURT SO MUCH I CANNOT WEAR them. A total waste of money. Think twice about going to this practice!!!! Is this the type of doctor you want? Arrogance and no offering of better solutions to what a patient considers a FAILED surgery?

For the past two visits, both appointments have been nearly all on-time, which I appreciate. The facility also has an in-house X-ray technician and machine, which cuts down on time. I can't emphasize on how much I really appreciate the aspect of how efficient the entire team there works. As strange as it may sound, I couldn't help but to feel like I am guilty of wasting everyone's time there, and I felt rushed and flushed out of there quickly. Yes, I love physicians who are on time and the office so efficient that I waltz out of there happy and ready to get on with the rest of my day. Maybe it's just me who felt bad about the reasons and cause of issues I have presented and I felt like there's really nothing anyone can do about it. Maybe I should just call it disappointment. I'm not sure. Whatever the case is, I will just go back to my regular orthopedic office I've come accustomed to.

Every visit was the same- I would hop on the adjusting table (maybe do some stretches), transfer over to the ESTIM station, and go back home with anti-inflammatory medication and temporary relief. My back recently flared up and I expressed my frustration to a friend who suggested I pay Dr. Bobby a visit. I was very skeptical at first because I had NEVER been thoroughly evaluated by another doctor the way Dr. Bobby evaluated me. I honestly couldn't help but to think he was a little crazy for making me attempt certain movements when I was in pain. Now I completely understand why he does things the way he does! Dr. Bobby not only treated my pain but he was able to explain the root cause of the problem in a way that I was able to understand. I'm so grateful for him and his team for nursing me back to health. Dr. Bobby and his staff (Madison, Ashley, Luc, and Grean) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always made me feel welcome. I know that I am in good hands every time I walk into the building. I finally paid their bill, although they could never show me an accounting that showed the $10 payment I made at every appointment. I was just supposed to take their word for it that it was applied to my bill. Since I had more than 20 visits, and I paid that $10 each time, I think they actually owe ME money...but I paid them $200 after they turned it over to a collection agency to save my credit score. Without looking at the amount, I sent them $200 even. I just noticed that the total was $200.49. I'll just let them send me another bill for it...knowing that it'll cost them more than 49 cents to produce it and send it to me. I'll pay that bill promptly.

I set up an appointment with MD Orthopedic Specialists in Germantown for 3 specific issues: ankle,…read moreshoulder, and elbow. I explained the issues and booked an appointment. Everything was looking good. At my appointment, I met with a technician and again explained my ailments, the technician was great. Spectacular. I felt I was in good hands. I got a few X-rays and waited for Dr. Raffo. Dr. Raffo came in, glanced at an ankle x-ray and made a diagnosis which had nothing to do with the area of concern - he was looking at old injury not even close to the problem area. Did he not get all the notes that explained to the technician? With some guidance, he looked at the correct area, but mentioned that they had an ankle specialist that was better equipped to help. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. So not much help with my ankle. Anyway, on to my shoulder. He looked at my shoulder, was very helpful, and gave me some advice. I asked about my elbow. He said, "Sorry, only two body parts per appointment." This caught me off guard, I said, "I explained my concerns before my appointment, I said there were three issues--" He said: "We can only bill for 2 body parts. You need to make another appointment." Shocking to say the least. Fast forward a few weeks, which is after I wrote Yelp review (I gave them 2 stars explaining what I wrote above). Interestingly, after my review, I got a call from the office manager who was apologetic (and very professional) and suggested another appointment with a different doctor (including the ankle specialist) and they would not charge the co-pay. Great! I like a business who wants to correct their mistakes. But keep in mind their offer isn't as generous as it sounds, because it meant more time for me, a visit to a different office farther away, and they were going to bill my insurance company AGAIN for something that should have been covered with the first visit. Anyway, I wanted to better understand my issues. There would be no co-pay. I agreed. At the second visit, the doctors were very good. I feel I got quality care. Before I left, Dr. Feldman (the ankle specialist) asked that I take down the yelp review - it makes sense from a business perspective, but it was off-putting, and a bit crass. As if the "body part" thing wasn't dehumanizing enough, now, not a breath away from competent service and they are after the yelp review? Not the most classy move. Since my follow-up appointment, I have been harassed endlessly for payment of my co-pay, which they promised would not be charged. I have consistently told them I was not supposed to be charged, but they persist. Now they are harassing my wife about the co-pay. This business is not to be trusted. They represent the worst of our medical system. My advice to patients: stay away. And Management, I gave you a second chance and it turns out you are as bad as I originally thought. You have no comprehension of patient care, no human touch. Not Dr. Raffo. Not Dr. Feldman. Not your office management.
