The food is NOT worth the customer service! After being a patron for the past couple of years, I will not be returning. My order was incomplete. The phone was not answered, per usual. When the phone was answered on the 8th attempt, I was asked to bring the order back to the store because the cashier was certain I received all of the food. The food was cold and the cashier was only willing to replace the missing food. She stated she needed to call her sister to see if she could replace the entire order because that would be wasting food. Cashier was nice and answered my question on what flavor is the most popular. The ATL Style dry rub is the most popular so I ordered 6 traditional wings in that style. I also ordered 6 traditional medium Red Hot wings and Cajun style fries. The Cajun style fries were recommended by the cashier. They were delicious! The ATL dry rub was fantastic! The Red Hot medium was spicier than the usual medium buffalo restaurant serve and the vinegar was too strong for me but I still liked them. The chicken is fried very well. Although I did not know that if you placed an order over the phone, they will not start making it until you pay. If I knew that I would have just come in and order. About two weeks ago I placed an order over the phone and they told me it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. When I came in to pick up my food, I paid and she told me it was almost ready (20 minutes later). I sat down and waited for an additional 20 minutes and when they called me name, the women told me "I am so sorry for the wait ma'am, enjoy your food." The Cajun fries are super bomb too and your meal comes with a free drink. The only reason it's 4 star and not 5 is because they literally neverrrr answer their phone.
