Sadly I used to love this place. They messed up my order completely, they wouldn't rectify the situation. Gave me someone else's order, charged me extra. The remedy bring your wings back tomorrow for a new order and starve tonight. Sadly won't be back. Horrible service and none of it was my fault. So sad.

We have been going to this place for years, but not anymore. We picked up 3lbs of wings after a long day of work and when we got home the portion looked a smaller than usual, so I went ahead and weighed it out. I called the manager to ask and he explained that wings "lose half of their weight when cooking because the blood leaves" . He then went on to explain that each order only gets 10-11 wings each. If they are going to sell by the number, that is fine, but don't advertise that you are selling '1lb (16oz)', if you aren't even serving half of that.

I also was on hold for over 23 minutes and finally hung up because they forgot about me on the phone ( this was prior to my order being picked up) the carrots were hot and the ranch was watered down. I will still always choose Wings Express over anything else but I'll never have them delivered again.

The wings are small but pack great flavor, especially the honey hot. Their ranch is the best, and somehow so are the carrots. Don't miss out on the cheese sticks. Honestly best cheese sticks I've ever had. Ever. Fried mushrooms are also top 5 in my list. We've been going here since 2008 read more

Best wings in AZ.. they do the small wings (my favorite)! The honey hot wings and fried zucchini are my absolute fav.. I'll drive more than an hour away for mine faithfully, and the orders are NEVER wrong. The staff is amazing too, and it's always clean inside. Been going for over 19 years and they never fail to stay the BEST! We need one in Queen Creek businesses are booming (just a wink to the owner) lol read more

After a long day at the hospital visiting my dad, I was craving wings. I looked up restaurants in the area and came across this one, and it had a drive thru!! The two young girls that worked there had exceptional customer service. The level of customer service I hadn't received in a long time and especially at a fast food restaurant. I hope the owner sees this because those two young girls are going to go far, people like that are hard to find now days. I ordered honey hot wings which were delicious and a chili cheese dog- what a combo right?! I know lol.. I was starving! I didn't have to wait long for my food and they brought it right out to me. Thanks again for a delicious meal and to the two kind girls who put a smile on my face after having a rough week. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday with the fam for some wings. I used to frequent this location a few years ago and I remember always receiving great service. We walked in and the girl was sitting on her phone. She looked mad that we had walked in and slowly made her way to the front. She didn't say anything but just stood there. We placed our order and she kept up the stanky attitude... We sat down and waited for our food. More people walked in and she kept up the attitude. It was kind of awkward being in there actually... The wings were good and so was the burger.. Next time will maybe try out the drive thru.. if there's a next time.. There are so many other places to go to that actually do value customers.. read more

FINALLY! We've found our new fave wing spot! Moved to the area about a year ago and every attempt to get wings has been so disappointing, until we found Wing Express! First, the girl in the drive through was SO nice. She gave me a rundown of the menu and helped me get my order set right in the drive through. Drove around and parked expecting a bit of a wait, but before I knew it my order was headed to me. We did the mild buffalo, honey hot, and lemon pepper, extra crispy, and fried mushrooms. The girl told me I would not be disappointed with my choices, and she wasn't wrong! Wings were a good size. Sauces were flavorful. Mushrooms were not overly breaded. We will absolutely be returning! Do not come here. They might as well charge you to breathe. There's no combo. The 9 piece wing, for example, is $10, if you want fries and a small drink +$6. Want a refill? $1 Ranch? $.50 My total for these tiny wings, fries and a small drink was $17. To sit in a cramped, outdated, barely clean lobby. Never again. read more

These are organic wings they taste better!!! and they fill you up so if you're gonna order order wings order, honey, hot and some french fries and a drink "the ultimate combination" Wingstop ain't got shit on Wingsexpress. These are the best wings I've ever had. I like to get them extra crispy. Another thing I love about this place... you are able to request all flats or all drums. Most other wing places don't allow you to specify in this manner. My favorite flavor is definitely honey hot. I like to call ahead and pick up through the drive thru lane. read more

I like this place a lot. I like that they have a drive thru too. They are not like a 5 star place but they are consistently good. Way better than the wings express on Main and stapley. They do charge .50 for credit so if that bothers you, bring cash. I included a pic of the menu because I can never find one online. Honey hot wings yummm. read more

Picked up 2 orders of wings the other day, honey hot and medium. Honey hot was fire! Medium wasn't spicy enough for me but great flavor. Highly recommend. It's a hole in the wall with hot the best service but let's face it, you're buying the wings not the service. They have a drive through too. read more

The wings are absolutely delicious we had another spot that we liked the wings but they closed down but these wings are delicious and the homemade ranch is out of this world. if I had only one request is that they try to get a couple more flavors mainly garlic Parm that would do it for me. read more

The fire roasted bone marrow was served with sourdough toast with a jalapeno marmalade with demi sauce. I never had bone marrow, however I met people who either liked it or choose not to try it, but this time I decided to try it. Who knew how soft and buttery bone marrow was?! The spicy peanut and tomato salad was very refreshing, however I wished it was a little bigger in size. The dressing was a peanut dressing, similar to a thai peanut dressing salad. The tuna pineapple ceviche had pineapple with tuna served with plantain chips. It was hot in Arizona and this dish kept it very refreshing to eat. For entrees, my family and I ordered the lemongrass half chicken, campfire seabass, ancho chili glazed pork chop, and the bone in ribeye. The lemon grass chicken was served with carrots and garlic mashed potatoes with jalapeno jam. The chicken was so juicy and you can taste the lemon grass marinated in the chicken. Again, jalapeno jam? What a genius! The campfire seabass was in this chorizo broth along with couscous and vegetables. I honestly can not review much regarding the campfire seabass because I didn't taste, but per my grandma she said it was really good haha! The ancho chili glazed pork chop was surprisingly not dry! Of course, had to wait for the hype to die down before checking it out. Once there, the server explained the process - basically you just place all your orders through the iPad that's on the table. Very convenient to scroll through the different categories and everything has pics to help you decide what to order. Once you have your selections in your cart, you just send your order to the kitchen. You can do this for multiple rounds, basically just small to medium sized orders until you feel like you're at a good stopping point. The first thing to select is the broths. You can choose 2 broths or 4 broths. For our group size, the server recommended 2 broths so everything can heat up and cook quickly. We got the tom yum soup and the three delicacies soup base (seafood, mushrooms, jujubes). We also got an assortment of meats, veggies, etc. The tom yum soup was by far our favorite. The other one was too bland. Honestly I didn't know what all meats we ordered, just that they were delicious. Some other highlights were: pork dumplings, potato noodles, etc. We also got the signature dancing noodle, which I thought was purely for show, but the noodle itself was really great - super chewy. Haidilao is great for groups, especially so you can try a little bit of everything. It's not exactly cheap, but it's for the experience and meats are naturally on the more expensive end. Our total per person ended up being around $50. If your group orders more high end option, it could easily skew closer to $75. Had a great time here, would come back!!

By the time you order your broth, proteins, vegetables, noodles, and extras, you're spending the same amount you could spend at a James Beard award-winning restaurant, yet the quality of the food isn't even anywhere near equal. What Haidilao is really selling is the experience, not the flavor. As an Asian woman who regularly makes hot pot at home with family, I came in excited and left sooooo underwhelmed. The ingredients were fine, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The broths lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for, and overall the meal felt more focused on presentation and service than creating memorable flavors. And even then, the service wasn't great. I frequently had to flag down the waitress for a refill or help. If you're looking for a first hot pot experience, celebrating with kids, or want the novelty of the noodle show, you may enjoy it. But if you're already familiar with hot pot and are coming primarily for the food, you may find it hard to justify the price. For us, the experience was memorable (and only because it was our first time trying this place). The meal itself definitely wasn't.

Wings Express is a constant disappointment. Let's start with their wings - they are SO small - they seriously could be pigeon wings because of how small they are. You're basically forced to get a dozen just to fill up. They only saving grace for this place is the wing sauce - it's actually pretty good. As for they're other food... it's bland and boring. Ive gotten the fries, which are completely unseasoned crinkle cut frozen fries, and the hamburger, which is is dry and nothing special to it. Then there's the service. The order taker is just so short and rude, like your wasting their time just being there. Throughout my couple of times being here I can tell you to be prepared to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes for your food (in the drive though), which is just too long considering all their food is pre made. Not worth going to, you're better off spending a little more somewhere else. read more

The wings are pretty good but I came by to get some wings at around 8:30pm The CLOSED sign was in the drive through window. I parked so I could go inside and ask or check the front door if they were really closed. One of the employees came out and said there were closed. The site does say they close at 9 pm. As I was about to drive off, the drive through window was suddenly open again. I was not satisfied with this trip at all. I am very upset. They need to change their hours on the web or stick to schedule. read more

Great Wings. Love the Honey wings but I look them mild. Then I get a little spice in the sauce. This is more than enough spice for me. I love my wings sweet with a little spice and salt. They have good service and the people there have always been cool. I don't have a complaint at all. I crave these things every week so I am a good customer but I keep it simple. LOL! read more
