I go to ATL pretty often because I like the food. I don't ever eat there because the employees don't have the best attitudes, which usually I don't care about because like I said, I like the food. My issue today is their management. If a customer calls because their order was wrong, do something to fix it. And if an employee doesn't put in the order right, fix that as well. There's a different way to respond than just repeating the wrong order to me three different times. For those in the industry who were not trained, let me offer some phrases that could deescalate a situation in order to avoid a bad review: "I do apologize, I understand how not getting what you thought you were could be frustrating, if you are willing to give us a second try I'd love to remake your order for you" Give it a try, let me know how it goes for someone else because I won't be coming back read more

Heard about them from NextDoor and decided to try them out. First of all, the place was nice and clean, and the staff were very welcoming when I walked in. I asked how the ATL wings were made, and was told the recipe is secret. They let me try one though, and it was pretty tasty, so I ended up ordering a dozen with fries, to go. While I waited, had a great chat with the server, as we laughed about Christmas music being played before Thanksgiving. She was for it. Me, not so much... Got home and tore those wings up! I used to go to the one on Northern Ave. I gotta say, this location is much bigger and is very nice and clean whenever I come in. The service is always fast and I never had any problems. Ordering online was a breeze, but it took longer than expected when I went to pick it up. When I finally got my order and drove home, I realized they messed up part of my order. They gave me the wrong flavor and also forgot some of the ranch cups (each order of wings comes with one ranch cup included). Well can only give review based on walking in and leaving. First of all, they don't have a GF menu ! What????!!! I mean even Streets of New York has GF wings. Second, when we walked in we were greeted with smoke billowing out of the building! They were opening the doors to "air it out". We were looking at the menu and realized the wings are more than a dollar each !! What???! And the more you order the higher it goes !! The inside of the restaurant looked almost like they forgot to put furniture in it before opening. They messed up my wings, I asked for Cajun BBQ and they gave me some Hot Sauce based wings. I called and asked for a refund. They put me on hold for 25 minutes which prompted me to drive back to show proof of their mistake. Was told they can't give me a refund they can only remake them. So they inconvenienced me yet I still have to suffer from their mistake by not getting my money back. Shady! I will not be returning and was a frequent visitor. Very poor business/service. read more

Ordered some boneless wings, 2 different flavors, one flavor I got 8 wings they were tiny, n or burnt I couldn't even put my fork through it, so I couldn't eat those ones. My wife and I stopped in there on 04-27-2020 at 845pm, 15 minutes before the store was due to close. We were not the only customers in the restaurant. Two other customers had just finished their order and was waiting for their food. My wife and I placed an order for 20 of the atl style, bone in wings. We've ordered these wings in the past, so we are familiar with how they tastes. We get out wings in a timely manner and the customer service was awesome. Is not until we got home and starting eating our wings that we noticed the problem. Our wings were way to spicy. Now normally I can handle spicy foods, but I was only able to make it through 3 of them and my wife, two. Now when I say spicy, I mean mouth numbing none enjoyable spicy. I am not sure but I think that may have been made that way because we came in so close to closing time and pissed off the cook. Who knows‍. Made my order incorrect argue with me about what the receipt had said and told me I should have called in but when I called and they told me they couldn't start making it so I ordered it online. Try to keep my money and serve me the wrong order and brought out two big black guys to try to intimidate me into getting me to be quiet and shut up and I was nice and calm until when I finally said this isn't what I ordered and they said okay it'll be a minute while we were make it then they came outside and told me what we're not remaking it this is what you get oh, I own a business and I would never treat a paying customer like that. BJ is the GM I'd appreciate a phone call from him why ordering online has options that don't mean anything when you select them. ATL's been my go to wings for years. The food is fire, no doubtt. This location however needs to get better with managing busy times. Of course we expected it to be busy it's Super Bowl Sunday. When I placed my order I was told it would be 30 min. Ended up being 1 hour &15 minutes. To top it I saw multiple people order after me &get there food before. We had a bigger order with different sauces so I'm sure we just kept getting pushed back. When we asked about how much longer it would be the answer was "Im not cooking so I don't know" ... I used to love this place and recommend to literally EVERYONE. It was my fiancé and I's go to place for wings. This last month we went back and I spent 47.75. I was super excited and hungry. When I got home and opened the bag I was super disappointed. They got my order wrong. They have me 2 separate orders of one traditional and boneless of garlic wings. I had asked for lemon pepper and honey bbq. I also asked for 2 large order of fried and received one. Now, i had been to this location multiple time and never asked for my receipt because everything was always spot on. This time I wish I had. This is my second time trying a different location of ATL wings and I'm not doing it anymore!!! The sweet red sauce I can say was decent but all the chicken all 20 (sweet red, spicy ATL, teriyaki, & bbq) traditional and 5 boneless I got my daughter were hella SALTY that's not spice. They were also overcooked. I'm very pissed because last time I was able to tolerate them this time I threw every single item except for the bread in the trash. Fries were soggy and just threw in the bag. The bread tapped with honey was flipped over so the honey that was suppose to be on the biscuit was all on the paper. Out of $30 worth of food the biscuits was the only thing eaten by my 3yr old daughter because she didn't want her overly salted lemon pepper chicken even with ketchup. Literally money was threw in the trash. I don't see how these places have 4 stars serving this kind of quality for the prices and charge for everything charge to split in two different flavors where they do that at?! read more
