Really don't like this dealership anymore since they put an accountant in charge of their pricing. I just spent $4Gs on a repair and they wanted to charge me a credit card fee on top of the already ridiculous pricing. This place has a 1.5 star rating for a reason. I originally came in with an appointment and still had to wait to even be acknowledged. I've sat here and watched them not work on my car for the past hour, the lady comes back and tells me more work that needs to be done and says they're wrapping it up now as I'm watching them still not work on my car from the window. I guess she didn't realize that I know exactly what my car looks like... they have a window right above where you can clearly see all the cars being serviced. I am extremely upset. I've been here waiting for 3 hours now and they told me it would only take 1 hour & a half at most. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would honestly suggest you make the drive to any other location this one is not the one to go to. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I am truly saddened that I have to report this business. The lack of integrity I have encountered truly is too much to bare. I have reported to the people in charge but they can't control how others operate or conduct business. We have purchased 4 cars ourselves in the past 3yrs from this dealership as well as referred over 10 people who have made purchases. & WE ALL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES! Yet, we still can NEVER get anything done when needed. Not to bring up any of the past issues, let's focus on the issue at hand. We took in our 2022 GLE 63S with 3k miles PURCHASED from them just to find out why the check engine light was on and have been told it will be a week and two days before they can even pull the car in!! Why the heck does it take that long to just see why the check engine light is on in this BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT CAR. No apologies, no anything. Just wait & someone will let you know Friday WHY THE LIGHT IS ON. & IM SUUUURE I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH for it to get fixed, and all of this without a loaner vehicle because they never have any available. This has happened on multiple occasions. They didn't even have a loaner when I booked my appointment a month in advance for yet another BRAND NEW 2021 S580 we purchased that needed service. This dealership does not conduct the WHITE GLOVE service that Mercedes Benz advertise & what they have been known for. We love our cars but THIS dealership just isn't the go to place to purchase. I scheduled an appointment last week for Tuesday of this week. I get a call the day before my appointment time telling me that they have to change my appointment to 10:15. I am suppose to be at work at 10, and my appointment was at 9 originally I speak with Customer Service and they repeat themselves saying, unfortunately, over and over again, not compensating for the inconvenience or giving alternatives. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I dropped my suv off with an estimate already done on 8/3/21 with bumper damage. None of the body of my vehicle was damaged at all! I didn't receive my vehicle back until 9/9/21. The insurance stopped paying for my rental vehicle and the only explanation I got from the shop was they were short staff. Now I was left with nothing to drive and not one time did they ever offer any solution for my inconvenience. No we'll cover you rental cost or we'll pay half or we'll give you one of our loaners or we'll cover your Uber cost. Nothing! Very inconsiderate and nonchalant attitude. Atlanta Classic cars is hands down THE WORST representation of the standard Mercedes Benz is supposedly known for. I have taken my S550 there several times over the years & each time they never failed in disappointing me. The service department is a total scam, if your skin isn't the color of a sheet of paper & your car & extended warranty wasn't purchased there then LOOK OUT! They inflate their pricing on parts & labor to where your warranty will decline OR you will still have a large out of pocket expense. My warranty company has refused to deal with them & I have a top tier policy, instead they have recommended me to another Mercedes authorized repair facility that happens to be owned by an EX Atlantic Classic mechanic, he told me he left because he doesn't agree with the way they operate either! So, If you're in the market to spend your hard earned money on a Benz, steer clear of Atlanta Classic Motors & spend your money with a dealership that respects & appreciates ALL. It is, in fact, the only Mercedes dealership in Georgia that has its own Mercedes Body Shop situated right on the Atlanta Classic Cars' campus! (--but I digress,lol)------------------When I called the Body shop, I was Greeted warmly by -"Mrs.Jenny Sun," a receptionist, who was so friendly and helpful.-Jenny transferred me to --- " Mr. Andy Langmaid," a Body Shop Estimator. Andy is one of a kind, and I say that that in a most respectful and appreciative way, for he provides exceptional customer care, and takes great pride in his work. Andy is also inordinately affable, experienced, accommodating, kind, and specific. ----------------------------------------------------------------Fortunately, he sensed right away that I needed help navigating the repair process, so Andy went "beyond the call" by offering to navigate the process for me; I was so very grateful! Moreover, because I was under a time constraint, he helped to expedite the evaluation of the problem by communicating what our Mercedes needed to his lead Production Manager, "Mr. Nazrouris." Initially I had an outstanding encounter with this organization. A deal was agreed upon in which the final price was to include ALL taxes, title, license fee, etc. This sounded too good to be true, therefore I asked numerous times throughout the process if the statements being made were in fact correct. Every time I was assured, "Yes sir, that is correct." A couple weeks pass, and we are ready to have the license plate transferred to the new vehicle in Mississippi where we are told the amount paid by Atlanta Classic Cars only covered a portion of the sales tax. That was never the agreement reached between myself and the sales staff. Several days spent back and forth in an attempt to have their end of the agreement upheld to simply be told "we graciously decline to pay the difference".
