I was told I'd get a call back in 3 hours with an update--two full days went by without a single call. When I finally heard back, they gave me an absurdly high quote. I agreed to it anyway because I needed my car for work. Then they held my car for another three days just to tell me they couldn't fix the headlight--at a Ford service center, no less. They also tried to fix the A/C and failed at that too. To top it all off, they didn't even screw the under-shield back in properly, and it ended up dragging under my car while I was driving. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. No one was friendly, helpful, or professional. I strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here. Total waste of time and money.
