I did my best to keep in touch with and communicate my needs, but I barely even got a response back, let alone a resolution. I got my car wrapped there, only for less than 2-3 months later, it started unwrapping, door jams ( which was extra) bumper, doors, etc. Horrible. I than communicated my problem again, but was told unless I can get the car to Va its nothing to do. They supposedly have a sister shop in Va, but I never hear anything back ever. Lastly, I finally was able to make it out in Atl, called, text, emailed pics and video of the damage, and no call back, no nothing. Once they have your money your done. lol Find some other places, with good customer service. read more

Wanted to like this place honestly. I might just be one of those few with bad luck but the quality control wasn't there. Response time was terrible. More than anything though it was the disrespect of my time by having to waste 3 Uber trips and 2 car rentals to not have issues fixed and kept getting BS excuses. This place is Horrible! had my car fully wrapped and less than 2 months later it looks like a had a 10 year old did the wrap (probably would of came out better) I have a Lamborghini which is garage kept but was told the reason my car has tons of bubbles and is unwrapping is because I left it outside on cold days..HUH?? who leaves a 2022 Lambo outside! The owner and his wife has nothing but excuses for anyone who complains about their trash product just look for yourself, every one who doesnt agree with the product they put out gets the same response, these folks use the name Young Dolph on a daily basis to distract people of the crappy product they put out, everything is great till you pay that money and see your car! save yourself the time and money and stay far away from these clowns. read more

I have never written a negative review before but I have to let everyone know about my terrible experience. Took my car here for a full custom wrap because I saw how "popular" they are on Instagram. The wrap itself was $5,000 and looks great at the beginning but 8 months later, it started peeling on the hood so I took it back to them. They were super rude and unprofessional when I notified about the issue. I was so pissed off that I didn't even want to deal with them anymore. I went to another shop and had it removed entirely. Now this is where the real problem was realized. The guy who removed the wrap said that the person who did the wrap applied some type of glue to keep the wrap in place and it damaged several area of my car! DO NOT TRUST THESE IDIOTS WITH YOUR CAR!!!! read more

I hired Atlanta Custom wraps to do a professional wrap job on my $150,000 custom car. I wanted the work to be perfect so I went with a shop that had the best reviews. I also purchased the best and most expensive vinyl wrap that is available! (3M 1080) When I came to pick up the car, I realized that there were strange lines in the wrap on both doors of the car. I let them know and they quickly heated them up and smoothed them out. This was the first red flag as these lines only happen when the wrap is not properly heated and stretched during application. When I got home, I started to take a closer look at the car and realized that the entire wrap job was horrible! There were bubbles and crooked cuts all over the car! As the hot day progressed and the car warmed up from the sun, the wrap started getting worse and worse! It turned out that they did not seal the edges of the wrap either! So the edges started coming up and more and more bubbles began to appear due to the poor prep work done on the car. There were even places where there was dirt or debris under the wrap! They also forgot to wrap the spoiler! When I came back to get the spoiler wrapped, they told me that they ran out of wrap and needed to order more. I left the spoiler with them and waited a week while the new wrap that they ordered arrived. A week later, I came and picked up the wrapped spoiler, but as soon as I got home, the spoiler started to unravel! I contacted them and asked to get this car fixed, but they told me that it was my fault!! They told me that I got bad wrap and brought them a dirty car that had a bad paint job! First of all, the car had an excellent factory paint job on it! The wrap that was used on the spoiler was their wrap! And to make things more interesting, the spoiler and the engine bay of the car where freshly painted a week prior by Regal Nissan of Roswell! A fresh factory paint job! As you can see in the screen shot of our conversation, they were very rude and told me to "bring myself and my car to them so they can show me!" At this point I realized the kind of unprofessional and rude people I was dealing with and asked for a refund to which they never replied! I had to get this car finished soon, so I took it to a different wrap shop. They looked at the wrap job done by Atlanta Custom Wraps and where dumbfounded! They said that they did not expect to see such a bad job! As the wrap tech from the new shop which re-wrapped the car said "This prep work is really poor and the wrap job is just plain shoddy!" I had to buy more wrap and pay another company to re-wrap the car! I lost thousands of dollars!! Looking at the wrap job done by the new company, It is easy to see the difference between a good wrap job and a bad one done by Atlanta Custom Wraps! The car was properly cleaned and degreased; The wrap was heated and stretched over the edges of the panels properly! The edges are secured by a special tape to prevent the wrap from coming up! There are no exposed parts of the car and definitely no bubbles or dirt under the wrap!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!! Not worth the gamble! read more

I had them do a chrome delete on my black Tesla model 3. The silver chrome around the windows, door handles, side cameras, side view mirrors, the dual motor decal on the back, and the T symbols on the front and back were making this car look tacky and stock. I had them matte black wrap all of that. Wow does the car look sick. So happy i did it and when i picked it up, i had the pleasure of watching one of the workers work on another car and saw the painstaking detail they take to make it right. It is now over a week and i everything is super solid, non wrinkles or anything whatsoever. They do have a heavy work load, so expect to leave your car there for several days, but it is totally worth it and i could tell they are very into their art and detail. read more

My experience was very good, the wrap is a 6 Star, they just lost a star because they accidentally broke the mirror adjustment switch so I had to return to get that fixed. But they did promptly take care of that mistake and fix it right away, so let's bump them up to 4.5. I've literally had valet drivers go nuts over the quality and say my wrap was better than ushers (sorry usher). And after about a year it's held up great. read more

After paying $3000 for a terrible experience, I took the car to have the wrap removed and thought for just one second because of the most awful experience that I had there I would get a deal on the unwrap. I called them on Tuesday morning at 9 am no one picked up so tried calling again at 9:05 am. A lady picked up the phone very rudely and told me they are not opened yet. So I asked, what time do you guys open ? She replied 9 am.. than i replied it's 9:05am? Than again angrily she replies WE ARE JUST WALKING IN THE OFFICE.!! CALL BACK LATER.. and hanged up. because my schedule was very busy from work 60hrs a week from being business owner I needed to have done locally so tried this again.. I started calling back from 9:30am ..... no one picked up..I tried calling til about 10am. no one picked up. At around 10:20 am nicer gentleman called back and scheduled me for an appt which I decided not to show .. even so much pressure on my own schedule.. even they were only 4 miles away I went to another shop that is well focused on customers.
