From helping me with giving a call to my insurance to making sure that my filed claim is correct. And I was able to perfectly contact them at all times and they were always able to immediately answer the phone and help guide me through the process of the updates of my car. At the end, receiving my car was something that surprised me because I was able to see that my car was cleaned and looked new and clean in the inside which was really considerate of them. He had my car for 3 days and did the most awful job I have ever seen. The paint was awful, and he could not even correctly install the bumper. He asked me to bring the car back so he could mess with the impact bar. I don't believe I can trust him again and I will not take my car back here again. In fact, I took my car to another body shop and they laughed at me when I told them that I paid $800 for this shitty job. You have to be careful when dealing with people who don't do paperwork and accept only cash with no receipt. This guy should not be touching people's cars let alone fixing them. SIMPLY AWFUL. I brought my Honda Odyssey in due to damage to my sliding passenger door. My wife forgot to close…read morethe door before backing out of the garage. I shopped around a few places including the dealer and found Carstar to have the most reasonable price. The service was quick and the work was completed when promised. I will say the tech did make one mistake and somehow forgot to put the actual lock lever back into the door. I did not notice it due to the fact that I had a carseat on that side and never opened the door from the inside. Fast-forward 2 years, the carseats have been moved to the back row, and we realize we cannot unlock the door manually after my wife was trying to exit after sitting in the back. I stopped by and spoke with Reggie not really sure if they would be willing to do anything about it since it had been over 2 years since the work was completed. Even though the mistake was made before Reggie's time, he immediately apologized and told me that he would take care of it. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised as it had been so long before I noticed the issue, and it had taken me even longer to bring it in to have them look at it. Through the entire process Reggie has been awesome and as promised they replaced the missing lever. I can say that for any future repairs Carstar will be my go to repair shop.
