He also pointed us toward more budget-friendly options when it made sense, and threw in some design suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite parts of the finished space. The end result speaks for itself -- every room was brought back to life, and honestly looks better than before. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch; you'd never guess the place had been through that kind of damage. Aside from commercial work, they also do residential work. When we went back to the Design Center to change some of our initial selections, Jim was very helpful. He specializes in residential design (renovations, etc. from what I gathered), and just happened to be kind enough to lend us his eye. Therefore another week passed for the owner to come out to our house to view the defects and make a claim. Then he ordered another carpet, there went another week, once brought out to my house it too was defective. So we had to wait another almost week in order for them to get yet another carpet. After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.
