We rented this bus for my daughters senior prom. We paid $1350 plus tip for 5 hours. To say we were SHOCKED when it pulled up would be an understatement. It's an old Marta bus painted black. It has no air conditioning on the bus. It has poles in the middle that are duct tapped bc they are broken. Our kids got off the bus dripping wet bc they were so hot. DO NOT RENT. Bus popped 2 - I repeat TWO tires on our trip to Athens. First one popped on way there, it's a double wheeler so it didn't break down but you felt it and smelt it and heard it. We expected bus driver to get it fixed after he dropped us off. Didn't. Go figure - Second one popped on way back. We were stranded on side of road and forced to call Uber. The bus company owner said they would reimburse us and it's now 2 months later and they've completely ghosted us. This is not a respectable company to rent from and it completely ruined our night and not to mention put us at risk of injury or wreck or someone else's life. This is a sham of a company. read more

We were very dissatisfied with the services provided by and Atlanta Party Bus company. I called to book the party bus, the person who answered the phone said they had availability for that date and would call me right back. about an hour later I received a text message stating it was Mike from Atlanta Party bus and he was asking for the booking detail and my method of payment for the $150 deposit. I paid the deposit same day via PayPal, which was almost a week prior to the event date. The day of the event I called that morning to confirm the date/time we set, and Mike said he's glad I called to check because he completely forgot about my reservation! There was a complete lack of organization with remembering to book our reservation which I paid 6 days in advance & resulted in the bus being 30 mins late for our pickup causing us to reschedule our appointment for a later time that day. The bus arrives and it wasn't in the best condition aesthetically, but we were so excited to finally have girls' day which we already paid/made plans for, so we overlooked the interior/exterior scratches/dents. Before we were able to depart our pickup location, they stated we had to send the rest of the payment to Mike via cash app. They stated they could only receive the remainder payment through cash app. So, we sent the remaining $450 to Mike's Cash App and showed the driver the payment so we could get on the road to our destination that we were already late due to their tardiness and forgetfulness of our reservation. Once we started riding about 5 mins, we noticed how hot the bus was, so we asked the driver about turning on the air conditioner and she stated it is on and just give it a few minutes to kick in. Note that this is a very hot July summer day in Atlanta, GA, but we still waited about 20 mins and the air conditioner was still not blowing out ANY cool air, it was extremely hot to the point we were fanning ourselves with paper plates, we even had to open the windows to get any air to flow through the bus. The air conditioner began leaking warm water on my dress and the seats where three of us were sitting so we had to move. The bus starting rattling and shaking really bad for over 20 mins of the ride to our destination and the seats were beating against our backs because of how bad the shaking was, it was so bad even the driver had to pull over on the side of the very busy interstate 85 highway, along with two female passengers, got off the bus to check and see if there was anything wrong. They could not identify what the issue was so everyone returned to the bus however the shaking continued after that all the way to our destination. My friends and I are still suffering back/neck pain from the bumpy ride. We even took videos of everything because it was just shocking that a business would offer such a damaged bus to paying customers. We paid a total of $600 and were very dissatisfied with the goods/ services we received, they were not as described, beyond subpar, and completely unacceptable. Walk up to party bus and on the side it says "apartment movers" and the front of the van looks like it has been spray painted using a can of black paint from Lowe's. Inside you are welcomed to a sad sounding sound system and a.c. that doesnt work. After our first stop our driver drove around for 30 minutes (our next stop should have been only 10 minutes away) and stopped in a parking lot near Georgia Tech. MIKE told us if we didn't hand over the cash for remaining part of reservation they would have to leave us there. Needless to say...we called uber. Personally my recommendation is stay away. Horrible company. Rented for a senior prom group of 20 kids. The driver never showed up or even responded to the messages confirming the night's schedule. Multiple parents tried calling the phone number on their website never getting an answer without a real voicemail inbox. And now it looks like the phone number has changed on their website. SAD. This company knowingly went into a contract with a sixteen-year-old. They also knowingly sent a 16 passenger bus for 27 prom-bound teens. The bus sank to the ground and parents noticed a faulty tire with a deep notch in the sidewall. The bus was not safe and the driver was incompetent. He could not produce a business card and then said that he had been contracted by Atlanta Party Bus to drive. We evacuated the bus and had to drive the teens for the night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The experience leading up to the date was very nice and informative. Alonzo explained the services and was very responsive to my questions. I live in Texas and needed any advice I could get, so when Alonzo suggested the VIP package that included Harlem Nights, I was pleased! On Saturday, the day of the event, our bus arrived and had one of the windows in the back broken out and covered in black DUCT TAPE! The driver got out wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Walking onto the bus, it was smaller than I imagined, but the 21 women loaded the bus anyway. It was evident that this bus could not accommodate 21 women, because there were not enough seats. People were sitting on each other's laps, sitting on top of the bars and on the floor, and standing up in the doorway. I messaged Alonzo to ask if this was the correct bus. He assured me that it was. As we begin driving to the first stop, we noticed that the air wasn't working and it was very hot on the bus, so hot it felt as though the heat was on. So not only was it unsafe traveling conditions because people were falling over while the bus was moving, people were now starting to overheat and sweat. By the stop on Peters Street, while I was talking to Alonzo, someone fell on the bus and everyone exited. I called Alonzo and asked if we could go back to the hotel and cancel the night because this was unacceptable. We spoke several times, called Alonzo on the other line, and was told that the "VIP" package was $90 and included one bottle of champagne, a tray of wings and a hookah. That is not what I was promised as a package. Part of the group left and went across the street to the Sheraton. Another 6 people took an UBER back to the hotel because they had overheated and were disappointed in the events transpiring. After 45 minutes of standing outside and arguing with the Club, we were finally let inside. read more

Well, best I can say is the driver was Great! But the bus is old, no iphone connection to play music, ceiling and other areas looked worn/saggy/bad inside. Not a terrible ride for teenagers going to prom, but for the adult with reasonable expectations of a luxury experience - plan to be disappointed.
