For two weeks I consistently called for updates, and every time I was told the same thing: "It's fixed, shipped, and will arrive by the 15th business day." On the morning of the 15th business day, they still claimed the device simply hadn't arrived yet. After multiple calls throughout the day, I finally reached them in the evening -- only to be put on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told something completely different: My phone was NOT repaired, NOT shipped, and they have NO idea when it will be finished. This was not just poor service -- it was outright misinformation. I was repeatedly given false updates for days, only to find out they never even had my repaired device. If I hadn't kept calling, I would still be in the dark. No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of transparency. Avoid this location unless you're prepared for endless delays, zero communication, and contradictory information.

The only thing preventing this from being 5-stars is that the store was understaffed. When I arrived, there was only one poor employee there trying to help about 5 of us in line. When another employee came in early, the working employee expressed his thanks that he had come in early so he could help him. The second employee, realizing he was a few hours ahead of his shift time, just went into the back to hide from the line of customers instead of help. The employee working actually had to call him up to help, to which he initially responded that "he wasn't supposed to be there then." While I get that from the employee who arrived early's perspective, at this point you're already there and customers have seen you, so why not just clock in and help the large line that had formed (at no fault of the employee working)?
