I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card. While we were there, we found out we're "Diamond Members" for being loyal customers for 10+ years! We ended up upgrading both of our lines plus adding my Apple Watch cellular line. The representative Aldino was great--he thoroughly explained our new plan and broke down all the costs involved so everything was clear. Plus, we scored a promotion where I got a free Apple Watch SE (extra $10/month for the cellular line!). The whole process took about an hour. Overall, a really smooth, positive experience!

What they DO NOT do in this STORE is deal with billing and technical issues. They can help explain your bill, and they can set up a technician to visit your home, but they cannot issue you credit or fix your technical issues. I think that is the number one thing everyone needs to realize before coming to this store. I understand that the company can make a lot of things a headache, but don't take it out on the wonderful folks that work in this store. It's not fair to them.
