This company takes advance of people. Has everyone else experienced this with Xfinity as I am considering speaking to an attorney regarding filling a class action lawsuit.

While we were there, we found out we're "Diamond Members" for being loyal customers for 10+ years! We ended up upgrading both of our lines plus adding my Apple Watch cellular line. The representative Aldino was great--he thoroughly explained our new plan and broke down all the costs involved so everything was clear. Plus, we scored a promotion where I got a free Apple Watch SE (extra $10/month for the cellular line!). The whole process took about an hour. Overall, a really smooth, positive experience!
