The selection is fairly good with a large warm buffet area, the center is the hibachi grill and sushi section with in the rear is the dessert area. The food tasted alright but fitted the cheap price. Was in the mood for some sushi and seafood while in Douglasville so I decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately this place is the definition of mediocre. The sushi tasted old and there didn't seem to be any care put into the making of it. Everything just seemed off in someway. Normally this is a byproduct of sushi/seafood buffets anyway but take Nori Nori in Sandy Springs for example, everything is fresh and care is put into it. This is pretty "quantity over quality" here. Pros: the price is decent for the selection. $7.99/person for lunch and there are a wide variety of options, that range from Chinese to Mexican and more. Cons: the food quality is POOR. We tried a variety of choices. Both the General Tso's chicken and Sesame chicken was more batter than chicken, very chewy, and lacked flavor. The wanton soup was okay, the fried rice was decent. Most of the food was not hot and seemed to have been sitting out for quite some time. Our waitress was nice but service was slow. We eat here all of the time and like it because there's something for everyone. Their pricing is great, and the lunch and dinner crowd is enough that there is always hot, fresh food on the buffet. They have a made to order stir fry bar, salad bar, sushi, and Chinese and American selections. The Restaurant was filthy and the bathroom was worse. The staff was attentive to the tables but more time should have been devoted to cleaning and the freshness/turn over of food. I frequently visit various buffets this one was just okay nothing spectacular they are many options the only downfall is if they run out of food on the bar takes about 30 minutes before they reload I asked for onions and cilantro and I never received it the guy took it off the bar but never returned anymore that was a bummer from a soup in addition on my way out I look at the score rating and it was a 79 not a pretty good score for a restaurant this may be my last time. Ok after reading most of the opinions on this post. Some I just see they had a bad experience. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the only things I ever tryed was the fryed fish which is always good. All you have to do is ask for fresh food. Next for all you can eat sea food where else are you going to get that? All you can eat anything the price is good. I never seen it dirty nor have I ever smelled bad food in there. This place yo-yos a lot on the quality of the food a lot. But it's cheap on the weekdays before dinner time, and the Sushi is always good. Lots of options too, as it's a very large buffet. I will say though, they save food from the night before, so going in right when they open is not ideal unless you want reheated food that is not very good. I would also avoid this place during weekends and dinner hours. The price goes up too much, and the food is 90% the same as it was during lunch hours. read more

This just happened maybe 10 minutes. My daughter got food poisoning! I had to pay for her to get sick! By the way their fourth of July special was to have all day dinner which was even more money! Good job taking advantage of the 4th of July! The service was actually really really good. But that was it the actual food was bad. The chicken was burnt for sweet and sour chicken. The sesame seed chicken had bones in it and the only thing actually tasted good was the lo mein. The butter potatoes which I normally love we're horrible what's the difference. I didn't even finish my plate when I found the bones and that killed my appetite I told the owner I was going to pay for my daughter and my wife cuz they ate more I was not paying for myself. He refused to do such and it only offered me a $10 discount. Told him that was not sufficient enough and that he can just pay for it himself. He proceeded to chase me out to the car yelling in front of people and cursing at me and insulting me in front of everybody and called the cops on me and tried to have me arrested for $20 on the 4th of July! Which didn't help matters because now I'm forced to pay restitution for crappy food! This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant ever! We went for lunch early on a Monday morning and I was amazed at the unbelievable quality of every single item on the buffet! Fresh, Fresh, Fresh....tasty, very flavorful. ...I was impressed. Sushi was being made right there in front of us..sasumu, too. Nori bright and crispy.. lo mein just the right amt of sauce. The pork and the chicken dishes very tender. And the salmon to die for. Desserts nicely presented in small tasting portions and the fresh fruits flavorful . And this for about eight bucks a person. Boy, are we coming back frequently! This place is disgusting. I have never been to a place that is that dirty, smelly and outdated. Equipment rusting, tasteless food, weird staff, it simply can't be more disgusting. Not sure how the overall rating is 3, I would not even given it one star but the review doesn't allow you to post without at least one star. Since I have eaten last evening I feel like throwing up. On top of it, it is overpriced, for what you pay, you can get the best steak in town. First and last visit ever. Never seen such a dirty place and wondering how they pass the health department audit. Loved it! My daughter loved the sushi, and I loved everything else. Boiled shrimp, raw oysters, great steak, tender teryaki steak. Of the food, the only thing I didn't like was the fried crab. Quite possibly the best seafood buffet outside of Vegas. We eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Always fresh and hot. Lunch is great and dinner is spectacular. Sushi made fresh right in front of you.
