This place is a hidden gem in Hiram. This was my second time visiting this location and the service and food was very good. Although the restaurant looks small, it has a very homey feeling and the workers are very attentive. I think they may also be the owners but not sure. They make sure we stayed full on our drinks without having to ask and even gave us a complimentary appetizer for my party of 6. We also ordered the shrimp dumpling appetizer and it was very yummy. I ordered the teriyaki salmon with fried rice and the portions were very generous for the price. read more

I would rate Fuji Sushi 4 1/2 stars if I could. I had lunch there yesterday with a buddy. The service was attentive and friendly. I ordered hot tea - happily, it came in a largish pitcher, miso soup, side salad and various nigiri and temaki rolls. The fish was high quality and the nigiri rolls had large fish pieces for a very reasonable price. My buddy had a sushi lunch special. Overall, we were both very happy with the food and the service. They included large amounts of wasabi and Gary, as well as both regular and low sodium soy sauce. One minor complaint is that the sushi rice was warm. While we did arrive right when they opened, the rice should be prepared early enough in the day to cool at opening time. The other minor issue with the food was with the hand rolls. While the nigiri rolls were artfully prepared, and while the hand rolls were large and a had a good amount of quality filling, a typical sushi chef includes watercress sprouts, julienned carrots or some other garnish. These rolls were simply rice and filling, so a little plain. Also, the nori was a bit soggy, not crisp. The sushi chef is very young, so I believe that he will work out these minor wrinkles with more experience. I also wish that they would get a liquor license, at least for beer and wine. They are open seven days per week for lunch and dinner. To their further credit, they have routinely kept their inspection scores in the 90's. If they were closer to my house I would eat there multiple times every week. read more

My partner and I come here very frequently- twice a month at least. We have ordered most everything on the menu, and it has all been great! We love the sushi and the dumplings, but our most favorite is miso soup! The staff are so friendly and always ask about how we are doing. They have even remembered that my partner has an avocado allergy, and make sure that none of his food has avocado! They always have piano covers playing, and the decor fits the theme! This place has the best sushi in Hiram! It's far better than the hibachi spots in the area that also serve sushi, and even better than the new sushi buffet that just opened. The food was fresh, authentic, and delicious, and the service was excellent--our server did an amazing job. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

My wife and I wanted to try this place as we had heard good reviews about it. The atmosphere is quiet and quaint. Service was patient and punctual. Very friendly. Started off with drinks and miso soup. The other reviews were not lying about the miso. It is really good and the soft drinks were crisp and the sweet tea was perfect. The dumplings steamed were good but you can get them fried too. Got the sashimi lunch and the salmon was awesome but the tuna and yellowtail was just okay. Adrian roll was fantastic. Barack was good as well. All decently priced and you can't beat that. We will definitely be back. read more

My husband and I went there right after a kid's party. We ordered a few dishes. I ordered the pork dumplings as an appetizer. When I took a bite, something tasted weird. I took it out of my mouth, unraveled the clear item, and it was a piece of plastic! Completely shocked and disgusted, we asked to speak to the manager and ask for our check. I was very pleasantly surprised by this delightful sushi place all the way out here in Hiram. The place was pretty full on a Friday night. I enjoyed a lovely green tea, avocado salad, and a roll from the chef's special. The avocado salad was really nice; just basic iceberg lettuce mix with really thinly sliced avocado slathered on top. The dressing was perfect with it. The menu sports the typical sushi rolls that you'd expect, a column of chef specials, and then another page of customer creations. That was really cool, and if I wasn't just visiting town I would come back and try a few more. read more

We have been here a few times, food is generally average, you are not going to get great sushi in Hiram, Ga. The people are generally nice with above average food. Tonight was 10 minutes for water and 25 minutes to take our order, very chaotic. Veggie spring roll. Little oily, but had a Miracle Whip based sauce. Nasty. Veggie dumplings were much better and had a more traditional sauce. I had a couple of veggie rolls, the boys had tuna, salmon and yellowtail roll with some salmon nigiri, because they can eat their weight in sushi. My oldest gave the fish a thumbs up. It wasn't terrible at all. The place and the food doesn't look the same from the old pictures, I guess from they first opened. The place may need some maintenance, to get it looking good like a few years ago. The rice was too thick on some of the rolls. But overall food wise, it wasn't bad at all. read more

Great customer service, but the sushi wasn't. Not very fresh and too much mayo. I ordered the Paradise roll and they got my order wrong so I ended up with the Happy Life roll. Once I tasted it, I can tell you I was not too happy. I think they need to do just a better job and the way they're putting the crab meat together as well as the tempura and deep fry rolls need to be a little bit more tastier. However, if you're looking for a quick spot and just a quick bite, this is the place. read more

A little spot in a strip mall, who would ever think you could get some good sushi here. Although my husband goes for the sushi, I tend to go for the Katsu fish and fried rice. I absolutely love these and I usually start with an order of spring rolls and a seafood soup, which is delightful, but not over the top. I have had their soba noodles which have a little bit of a sweetness to the sauce, and they are good as well. I just love the servers, especially taka. She has been there for quite some time. I'm usually in about once a month and my grandchildren. Love to go as well. And it's always nice to be treated like a friend when you go in. If you're ever in the Hiram area and want to have some sushi or just grab a quick bowl of soup, try Fuji sushi, a simple but cute little place . They only have a few booths and a couple of two tops. First of all... very nice servers. They made me feel very welcome. My ginger salad was chilled and delicious. Love some house made ginger dressing. I eat my fair share of sushi and usually the wasabi is weak nowadays, so I use a lot. Big mistake here at Fuji. It's fresh and strong so I had to tame it with more soy. Loved it. The sushi chef doesn't play around. He had my platter out before I finished my salad and everything was cut beautifully. $16.95 is a bargain for all the fresh tasty sushi I was served. So disappointing. This is the second time we ordered from this restaurant and did not receive the eel sauce that we ordered. When I called the restaurant to notify them, they said they cannot charge for it and therefore they cannot provide it. However, does this mean they cannot call and tell you that it's not available? Apparently this is the case because they did not notify us that they couldn't deliver eel sauce. Had we known this we would have chosen another restaurant. Now we have to contact someone else to order product to get sauce. This is poor customer service. I will not be ordering from here again. Not only is this a lame excuse because if they can't charge for it why don't they just provide it free. And why can't they charge for it? it's probably a quarter or even a dollar. They can just put some sauce in a little little cup and send it out. I am so ridiculously disappointed. read more

I absolutely love coming here for the lunch special you can not beat the price! two rolls, salad, and edamane for less than $7 and an orange wedge! By far the best price around town the only draw back is they do not sell alcohol...maybe they will jump on the bandwagon soon...but other than that they are terrific. Always friendly service and ready to help you out when you get there! read more

The rest of us, what food we did get was overcooked, under seasoned, and barely portioned, except for veggies which we got more of because the family of 5 didn't want them. However it just.....felt very unfortunate to pay so much money only to leave with barely any food and without having received all we paid for, I won't be coming back again. Customer retention is important but it's nice to extend that attitude to new customers as well. I did call and speak to the manager to see if we were overcharged. He said no and I was going to let it go. Originally I wasn't going to write a review, but after we found the receipt and seeing we WERE charged for food we did not receive? It's just poor customer service. In this economy I can't justify coming back or trying again.

WORST PHARMACY IN AMERICA!!…read more A part of me feels I was racially discriminated !! It was quite obvious , the customer in front of me and the customer behind me were both African-American... and were treated like royalty! The courtesy and respect they were given was superb!! , but the service I received was not suitable for a dog. I've used this pharmacy for 20 years, but I will not ever send another prescription to this place!! The last three times I've used this pharmacy there has been an issue. I had some dental work done 3 weeks ago , it took two days to get my anabiotic's filled . Then I was given a prescription for pain meds after the operation and that prescription was not filled for another two days! I've been getting the runaround all day today about a prescription ! I called at 1:46 PM, the lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to the drive-through window at 2:15 PM and she tells me it will be ready around 3 PM. Then I receive a notification on my phone from the Kroger app that tells me my prescription is now ready for pick up!

Instead, I was treated like a child by your customer service agent. I was questioned as to why I would file a complaint with HQ. I was specifically asked what I was going to say to HQ and had to talk her out of her name and employee number. No one tried to make things right when half of my order was missing. No one attempted to deliver my items - that were delivered by Kroger. No one attempted to set up an expedited delivery for later that night or in the morning. No one offered to pay for Instacart to deliver my items on the same day. At every turn it was I can't, or they won't and the only option is the refund. However, the refund won't arrive for 3-5 business days. So, unless I had an additional 80.00 in the bank, I would have to wait for the money to be refunded before I could reorder the food. It was not until I said I was going to contact HQ that the representative offered me a 15.00 coupon for my inconvenience. 15.00!!!???? After being put down because I called Imperial Margarine. After not receiving my items that I paid for. After not getting my items redelivered to me... 15.00???!!!!! After being chastised for wanting to cancel my boost membership because she said I was upset and should not be making these types of decisions when I am upset. 15.00????!!!! My next stop is the BBB because this is outrageous.
