DO NOT EAT HERE! MY FAMILY GOT SICK! Stomach pains, throwing up all day. I don't live out here and we just wanted to get together with the fam that does so we showed up Sunday evening around 6:30. The food just didn't look great so I kept my selection to a minimum. The fried chicken has yellow under the skin when you pull it back, made me think it was diseased. My niece, sister and her dude and my husband all have terribly upset stomachs throwing up and diarrhea. They thought it may have been the fruit but seems like they all had the sushi. I did not call the restaurant first because they are closed. I do not care about getting money back. Just want everyone else to know they are nasty. And per my sister the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad (I mean who is following up on the lack of cleaning around here) and the service -- which remember I'm filling my plate... Her only job was to refill our drinks and pre-bus and that wasn't happening. Our plates got put on the table behind us and I had to get up and ask for my refill. I usually do not eat at buffets however this place was highly recommended. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. From the moment that we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the Manager Moosu who made us feel welcomed. Our servers Matthew and Jarius were AMAZING!!! They were attentive, professional, and kept our area and table cleaned the entire time. The restaurant had a friendly vibe and the servers made our experience more welcoming. We wanted all you can eat crab legs so we googled this place and thought we hit the jackpot. However it was disgusting! The crab legs were steamed or baked too long. They came out steaming from the heat but were overlooked. The crab legs when cracked were rubbery and had a yellow brown color. The flavor was ok but they looked dry and had a white color. They were not red from freshness but white with dryness. Would not recommend the crab legs that they up charge you for. The food was sub par... sauces didn't taste normal. I spit out the Parmesan crusted oysters because NO! It was cream cheese inside. Threw me offf. The best part was the hibachi even though they used imitation crab meat and the sushi was fire. They have great potential... we wasted $100 on the buffet with the up charge for crab legs... I woke up at 2am still hungry. Try at your own risk. read more

The entrance/exit is not ideal there is heavy traffic flow making it difficult to exit left. I loved that they had more than just a few handicap spaces and the door is wheelchair accessible. Definitely back into your parking space because it is a tight parking lot. Upon entering there are two claw machines only on of which actually works but is in a terrible location being that if you decide to play while waiting other trying to open the door, simply cannot. The staff at the very front were very pleasant and greeted us as soon as we walked in. The food selection was very versatile. It seemed like they had a little bit of everything. Fresh sushi, hibachi grill, an assortment of seafood, pizza, quesadillas, tacos, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, an assortment of Chinese cuisines, and so much more. I was disappointed at the lack of child friendly finger foods aside from pizza. There was also a wide variety of desserts which definitely had toddler friendly options. The wait staff was friendly but served watered down refills then made themselves scarce otherwise Now, the restrooms were in deplorable condition. To the point where the smell alone wiped my appetite clean away. They seemed to be very neglected. I wouldn't recommend this for a date night. We went to Atlantic Buffet a few weekends ago on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service is good and the food is okay. The selection of food options is unique with several typical Chinese buffet choices and a few Mexican options also. My favorite items were the fried white fish, fried potatoes, grilled sausage and fruit. The egg drop soup had a weird taste and so did the wonton soup, but it may have been the silverware giving off a metal taste. I would recommend requesting plastic ware or bringing your own. I loved the selection of fresh fruit on the dessert bar. They had mangoes, pineapples, oranges, kiwi, cherries, dragon fruit and Tajin seasoning. Buffets are what they are. Please trust that I'm not expecting this to be a Vegas buffet. I'm not even necessarily expecting this to be Nori Nori in Sandy Springs. I just want to be very happy with my very mediocre experience at least. Sadly, I didn't have that. Atlantic Buffet is similar to Golden Corral and Vegas buffets. Pay first. Remember to carry cash if you don't want to tip preemptively. I decided to just roll the dice and give a fair buffet tip. You awkwardly present the signed slip and your receipt to the server when you reach your table. I was concerned that I would receive European-level service as a result of this. Fortunately, service was fine. I got my plates cleared and my drinks refilled in a timely enough fashion. The food selection is pretty good. It's nice to have raw oysters available. Oysters were fresh enough. I am happy to report that I didn't lose my intestinal track just yet. Unfortunately, all of the food that should taste at least somewhat good didn't taste good. The sushi was below buffet level sushi. All of the various chicken dishes in super sweet sauces weren't on par with usual Chinese buffet chicken dishes. This was frankly a terrible meal. The staff is very friendly and they will bring you anything you need even if you forgot it at the buffet. It is a bit on the pricey side as per person it's $20. To go orders are $17 a person. I don't like downing a business but this truly was awful and I'm grateful we didn't get sick. Between my partner and I we struggled to find anything (literally) that was semi edible. Everything was either disgusting or room temperature. The fried chicken was turning yellow on the inside which I'll give the benefit of a doubt and maybe it's what they used to cook it but it was soggy and gross just like much of everything else we tried. I felt so awful recommending the place to my bf who already had his heart set on somewhere else but went to appease me. Y'all, I'm not joking. It's awful when even the soda doesn't taste right. It had to be refilled but the guy kept bringing us brown soda water so finally we switched out for tea. This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant. The first time under the new name and management. I came here for lunch, remembering how good it was when I last visited. This visit was a bit different. So the food choices were very slim. I understand the lunch buffet is limited from the dinner menu, but the offerings were not what I remembered. I always get Hibachi...you can never go wrong with Hibachi! The sushi was very good, especially the crispy crab. What I was not expecting was my stomach to get upset while dining. Both me and my husband stomach was pretty upset...I don't have to paint any further details! We had to go handle some business before a terribly bad accident would have occurred lol. It was not pretty. I don't think I've ever been to a place that has affected my GI track and the other persons GI tract at the exact same time, the exact same way. That means the food is not good! Overall, this place gets a 2.5 star score...but since I can't give 1/2 stars, I will round up to 3. read more

I wish I could leave less than one star. Ate here today after my son's game because this is where he chose to go. Shortly after he started eating he showed his father and I a spider that had been cooked in his food. Asked to speak to a manager and a young gentleman offere to remove my son's drink from the bill, and charge 50% for his meal. I found this unacceptable since there were four people in our party who had barely touched our food because it was all cooked on the same grill. I asked to speak to the owner, or a higher manager and was introduced to Joe who was a higher manager. The first manager told us that Joe didn't think the spider looked cooked and wanted to watch the tape. Now I'm pissed. I guess he's insinuating that we walk around with spiders to put in food to keep from paying less than $50. I'm insulted, and at this point other patrons are watching as we crowd around this closet type area while he looks at the camera and tells me IF he sees that the spider was in fact not placed there he'll give us our money back. What??!!! Unacceptable! We paid and will NEVER be back. I told him as much and will continue to spread the news about this filthy restaurant. UPDATE: After posting my review on the restaurant's Facebook page the owner recommended her own restaurant and wrote a post that my son placed the spider in his own food. She then went as far as to post an edited version of the surveillance video and started it after he had pulled the spider out of his food and threw it on his napkin and alerted us. She omitted the portion of the video that showed me photographing the spider and then the manager coming over and examining it. She asked viewers to form their own opinions and she was bashed by them for posting this clearly edited video of my minor children without my consent. The video has since been removed. So not only is her restaurant unsanitary, but she is an unscrupulous business owner who is willing to lie on a child and defame my family instead of owning up to her mistake. Disgusting! read more

I love this place. Great variety. The food is good and fresh at peak times. Sushi bar is amazing.

The selection here is decent: Chinese, salad bar, sushi, customized lo mein/fried rice, tacos, seafood, dessert. It is way better than Golden Corral and King Buffet and service here is fantastic. I enjoyed the sushi, tamales and broccoli/chicken. It's a steal for $8.99 for lunch. On my next visit, I'd like to go for dinner. One of my new faves in Douglasville.
