They are well known in the area for being a service location, and rightfully can be booked up for a bit. But appointments are easy to get when calling in. Once in for service, you will get phone updates and texts with detailed reports about the ongoing work. This is great for an overview and highly appreciated. Another convenience is after hours drop off and pick up which has been helpful on many occasions. Christine and Jordan are the best, and the value of the trustworthy work at Doyle's is priceless.

I have to say they did a great job on fixing the damage and the car was pretty much done when they said it would be done. Where I am totally disappointment, grease all over my light colored visors, inside windshield and ceiling controls (interior lights, moonroof...). They lost the key to my wheels but they did find another that I could use. A large chunk of rubber was somehow ripped off the weatherstrip inside my driver side door. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Tony, he told me that his people could not have done any of this and that I probably never noticed the missing chunk of rubber. I do not work with grease and it is impossible that it was brought to them like that, they received a clean car. Also I am the only person who washes my car by hand, that said, I always open the doors and wash the door jams and panels inside the door. If that chunk of rubber was missing prior to the layover in the body shop I would have noticed it. I get in the car and drive everyday, I would have noticed. Being told I probably didn't notice was totally absurd. I was not looking for anything from the body shop but I wanted this experience to be known. So, my chat with the owner was a big disappointment! Lastly, my car was hit again and I contacted them to do the repairs. I found out pretty quickly that the insurance company removed them from their list of preferred body shops. I called Silva's twice and I was told by Steven, both times, that he would straighten that out with the insurance company, because he knew somebody there, and would call me back. Well, its been over a month and have heard nothing from them. If this is the way customers are treated I couldn't in good conscience use their services again.

I found Mizzoni because they were one of the only authorized Chevrolet retailers in the area. The only reason the repairs took a while was because our car was a 2024 model and the dealerships did not have the parts easily accessible to provide to Mizzoni. But once Mizzoni received the new door, they had our car back to us in 4 days and you can't even tell the difference! The quality is amazing, they were very communicative and willing to help. We went through insurance so didn't have to pay a dime, but I believe the quote was a reasonable value. If I have any problems in the future (which hopefully I won't!) I will go back to Mizzoni.
