The experience was great! The boat driver and crew were so nice and funny. It was about 1.5hrs and so fun to see others go up before and after you. One guy got sick on our trip and the crew moved so quickly to get him a bucket I was impressed. Important things to remember though are SUN BLOCK and there's no where to buy bottled water Or anything for the trip so make sure you pack what you'll want. read more

Savannah is very knowledgeable, and definitely very skilled at handling the boat. We had a very windy day, and the water was extremely choppy. Managing the vessel with all that while ensuring the safety of passengers and those in the air, she did a great job! The sail they initially engaged was very large, so she switched that out for a smaller one to help alleviate the drag on the boat in the high winds we were experiencing. This was not my first time parasailing, so I do have other experiences to compare... and the reason for only 4 stars is that I felt Savannah's associate could have been a bit more attentive to the people in the boat. There were a lot of people getting sick, and there wasn't really any guidance (ie: telling people how to combat it), and in a few cases the bags for them to use were distributed a little too late and people were heaving over the side of the boat. I'm not faulting the crew for the weather conditions! I'm just suggesting that it may be beneficial to train staff so they know how to react, know to be at the ready, and know how to direct and reassure people so things go smoothly as possible, especially for those who are feeling ill. I truly did enjoy the experience, being 500' above the ocean is quite exhilarating, and this activity was definitely a highlight of my trip to Atlantic City! read more

After a pack of trulys to our caked faces under the sun at the beach since 10am we headed over to this spot that we reserved spontaneously months before. We head banged to heavy metal the entire way trying to prepare us for God knows what since my friend and I do VERY random things then question ourselves. These people are lit af, from the second we arrived they were just such a blast to be around. I wish they took song requests but anyway they were extremely informative and made us feel like we were safe even being hundreds of feet in the air. I attached photos that made me laugh so darn hard because my teeth are popping out of my face from the excitement and my friend looks like she lost her teeth , We got our booties dipped into the ocean which was very refreshing after sweating all morning. The crew from the check in was very nice and know how to take your money in the sweetest way lol, the guys on the boat were super sweet I know if the parasailing crew was different they may have played heavy metal too but that's just our assumption haha. I think if I ever plan on going back here which ill be honest AC isn't for me lol I would totally come here again with more people and we will make a party out of it lol. If I can give them more then 5 stars I would. This was the ONLY good thing about AC in my opinion. I will totally be referring people here and give them the code word BLACK METAL so they'll know to blast "BODIES" by Drowning pool when they're letting them down from the air into the water lol. Very little intel on the instructions for the first timers, personal point of view. Would be great if the staff could give the clients detailed guidelines. Overall experience was great and was lots of fun! Saw many stingrays. Amazing and friendly staff. The staffs work on tips so tips are highly recommended. read more

The parasailing it self was fun, but the rest of the experience was rather annoying. I say this because during the entire boat ride (1 1/2 hours) the crew blasted modern pop music. It was tolerable for the first 30 minutes, but after an hour it was making me physically sick. In addition, the crew strongly and repeatedly begged all the participants for tips. I felt like I was cornered in a bus station by pan handlers. It was most uncomfortable and made me wonder why I had paid so much up front in first place? In the end, I wouldn't parasail with this company again. read more

Not an organized company. They're willing to take money but don't bother to make sure their boat is ready for passengers.. They rush us to get on the boat... 15 minutes into the water we find out the boat is damaged...they try to fix while in the water...cant...we head back to try to fix in the dock. they tell us to wait 10 minutes....then another 20 minutes...obviously they didnt realize how badly damaged the boat was. And yet they continue to have us wait while they keep taking reservations from other passengers... Collecting money without considering reimbursing us... Until we began demanding our money. They reimburse us for the boat fare but not the wasted hour plus waiting... Not even cab fare back. Worse they couldn't take responsibility... The reservation person couldn't decide without the captain's orders... The captain couldn't take customer service to heart to reimburse for the time wasted. Make sure they have their business organized before you consider giving them your money and time. It's not about them as people. Buyer beware.. read more

Awful awful awful! Omg! Dont waste your money and time. My boss made a reservation for 10 people. Get there by cab from the hotel. Exited! First never book anything. They could only take 9 of us with the reservation and card number ahead!!! My friend generously backed out to take 9 of us in the middle of the ocean and boat breaks down. Yes it was like in a horror movie! Coming back they said wait 10 min we'll fix it! 1 hour 30 min wait nothing except the refund! Taxi cab 2 ways on us. Thanks for a VERY HAPPY 4th of july! I emailed them got no response then called and got the rudest little girl ever that needs to be fired and told me there's nothing she can do. Had a blast parasailing last Sunday with Atlantic City Parasail. My cousin who was afraid of heights (- we did the enclosed Ferris wheel ride by the board walk and got jittery), did the excursion Saturday had a blast and suggested for my friend and I to try it. Thought it would be a bumpy flight as the day was slightly windy. It was calm, relaxing and lots of fun up. The speed boat ride was fun, too. Booking online was easy. The crew were all nice & friendly yet very professional. Made us feel safe, assuring us. They gave clear instructions and answered all our concerns. The lady that answered the phone was super understanding and politely said we could take the next time slot. When we arrived we were signed in with ease and taken to the boat.
