This is a scam, this company sends independent contractors to do the work. we had one of there…read morealleged technicians diagnose a washing machine. we were charged $85.00 initially to make the appointment. the alleged tech came, diagnosed the machine, charged $590.17 for a belt and tensioner kit with installation. he came back with the parts, completed the install and left. the machine started burning the belt as soon as we started a load. he came back two days later, said the belt was to tight, made an adjustment and left. next load different noise. he put us off saying it needs to "break in", called again he finally came back after multiple reschedules left again with a new noise and unable to use the machine still. would not recommend this company for anything.
