I also really appreciated that the entire staff was female. It made me feel much more comfortable, especially since I've had negative experiences with male dentists in the past. Very clean and friendly pupper !! The only downside is that it's definitely on the expensive side, but I understand it's a high-end practice in Scottsdale. After taking a few months away due to personal circumstances, I returned about five months later for a routine cleaning with tooth pain, hoping for the same level of care. Unfortunately, this visit was overshadowed by a very negative interaction with the office manager, Tania. While I understood and was not upset about an outstanding balance caused by an insurance issue, I was disappointed that it took several months for this to be brought to my attention. More concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. During our conversation, Tania asked my age and then began speaking to me in a noticeably condescending tone, repeatedly addressing me as "girl" rather than maintaining a professional manner. The discussion about the insurance matter became increasingly uncomfortable, as she then decided to bring my mother into the situation due to her being the policy holder. In every professional way, I expressed that she does not know me or my mother, nor does she understand the nature of our relationship. Despite this, she continued making assumptions and stated that although she is close with her own daughter, she would still cash a check without telling her. At one point, I asked if I could step away to speak with my mother directly. When I returned, I explained that I was willing to pay the balance and was simply waiting for my mother to send me the funds. In response, she made an additional remark stating "oh girl yea your mom definitely cashed that check and doesn't want to tell you" which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. When I ultimately asked to cancel my appointment due to both the unresolved insurance issue and discomfort with the interaction, I was met with further unprofessional comments, including suggestions that I should simply pay out of pocket or just ask my mother for money. As someone who works in healthcare, I found this experience particularly disappointing. Patients should be treated with respect, professionalism, and without personal assumptions. While I still believe the dentist and hygienist provide excellent care, this interaction has made me uncomfortable returning to the office. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no patient should feel diminished during what should be a supportive healthcare experience.

She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I am a naturopathic practitioner myself and I send all of my patients to her. Every single one of them has been blown away by their experience with her.
