Dr. Eniko Loud is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable dentists I've ever been to hands down and to find someone like that who is a conventional dentist fully trained BUT also is a functional medicine practitioner AND a holistic dentist is pretty much impossible to find! She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I would not recommend this dentist office. I had previously been to another dentist and a periodontist for pain and redness in my gums. Both had suggested that perhaps I had developed a metal allergy but didn't know who to send me to get tested so I contacted Whole Health. Dr Sofia also agreed that could be the problem. First course of action was a saliva test and then labs were ordered through Vibrant Labs in CA. The test was 520 dollars and it took me almost a year to save up to get the test . At no time did anyone mention that it was also going to cost me another 200 dollars to have someone go over the results with me . Anyway I did the test . I was notified that the dentist had received my results on Jan .19th . (Monday) By Friday the 23rd I still had not heard anything from the dentist office so I left a message . By Monday the 26 I still had not heard from the dentist so I left another message . By Wed the 28th I still had not heard from the dentist so I looked up the Facebook page and message Dr Loud through email. That's when I finally got a text saying Dr Loud was not my dentist but that they would make an appt with Dr Sofia to go over my results and that would be Feb 13. Then a week later they called me and said she didn't want to go over results with me but wanted me to talk to a practitioner and she would contact me. I got an appt with her for Feb 16th . That was yesterday and come to find out the test didn't even test for metal allergies (which is the only reason I did it) . I am beyond upset about this . Not only do I feel like no one cares but no one answers the phone or returns calls so there is no point in trying to do that . We went to Whole Health Dentistry and they kindly explained to my husband how the whole body is connected to your mouth and how your oral health affects your over all health. That should be no mystery to anyone. My husband has had an oral infection for over 6 months which is wreaking havoc in his body. The tooth needs to come out. Dr. Sophia Taghavi sent us to Dr. cedric Loud who is married to Dr. Eniko Loud (owner of Whole Health Dentistry) to perform the extraction. We went to visit Dr. Cedric Loud who told my husband that it was highly unlikely that his health was being negatively affected by his tooth infection! He told my husband that he should have a ROOT CANAL!!! He said if it were his mouth, he would have a ROOT CANAL! So, we went there to have an extraction and this man told my husband to have a root canal but he doesn't do root canals. What type of a Holistic Dentist tells you to have a root canal? Oh, thats right, Dr. cedric Loud is not a Holistic dentist... so then why is he listed on the website of Whole Health Dentistry? We spent over $300.00 at Whole Health Dentistry and over $100.00 at Dr. Cedric Loud's office and for what? My husband still has the infected tooth in his mouth for over 6 months and it's wreaking havoc in his body. So which is it "Whole Health Dentistry"? I am so disappointed in the experience I had with Whole Life Dentistry. I was very pleased to find a holistic dentist and a trusting friend recommended Dr. Loud. My first cleaning went well and I felt like Dr. Loud's staff was thorough. I was also there to consult about having 35 year old silver fillings replaced. I was scheduled to remove the first 2 of 4 fillings on June 3rd. I arrived home from a vacation out of the country on June 2nd and I was extremely ill. I knew I would need to be feeling better to undergo the 90 minute procedure so I left a voicemail explaining my predicament and asking for a call back to reschedule. Fifteen minutes later, I missed a call from Ann, Dr. Loud's office manager, leaving me a high pressure sales pitch that Dr. Loud was extremely concerned about my fillings and could I please come in tomorrow because the doctor is so very worried about my fillings that have been in my mouth for 35 years even though I am ill? Are you kidding me?!!! I will say that I have never been so put off. My first instinct about Ann was correct. She is very "in your space" and singsongy and it came across as overkill to me. Also, when I had a question about the filling removal prior to scheduling that appointment, it took 2 phone calls and 2 emails to get her to answer a simple question I had regarding the removal protocol. I immediately left a message(after her message trying to scare me into coming in ill) saying I would find a new dentist as I don't respond well to pressure tactics. It's too bad because I was going to take my 2 kids there to get established with Dr. Loud but it looks like we will be starting from square one. I was referred to Dr. Loud by my functional medical doctor, Dr. Jennifer Sosnowski and I had been working on getting all of my bloodwork and health markers optimized. But I was maintaing a low grade infection that persisted. She recommended that I go see Dr. Loud, which I did. A delightful experience with a lot of attention and time taken to examine and evaluate my dental condition, which was not great. I had not been to see a dentist for several years since my old dentist got old and retired. She prescribed some dental products to improve the condition of my mouth which I started on that evening. The next day I underwent a cleaning by Jenny and got everything polished up and took the DNA test for dental pathogens. It has now been thirteen weeks since my first appointment and when I went back, the changes were tremendous. My bleeding went to 0% and my DNA has improved 64%. Both impressive, but the best news for me was the joint pain which I had been taking CBD and Tramadol for has completely disappeared. All I can say is WOW!!!! My experience with the staff at Whole Health Dentistry has been nothing less than wonderful. I am embarrassed to admit this, but I had not been to a dentist in many, many years due to a traumatic prior experience. So with that in mind the day finally came when I was in enough pain that I was in dire need of a dentist. I took my time and researched many reviews (thank you Yelp) and found Whole Health Dentistry - Dr. Loud. I called and spoke with Anne who was very kind and took about 15 minutes to personally chat with me and make me feel at ease. Being that I was in so much pain, she was able to get me in for an emergency exam the same day! Upon my arrival Anne greeted me warmly and offered me a coffee. Not the norm for a dentist's office, but I accepted and I'm glad I did. She brought out this lovely cappuccino and small chocolate which in my opinion rivals some coffee houses. She then took me on a full tour of the facility, introducing me to every staff member and also explained their practice and Dr. Loud's extensive experience. I was then shown to my room where they took x-rays and numbed my mouth with some gel to alleviate the current pain. I was treated to a remote to the flat screen before me to watch Netflix and a pillow to lay back on in the chair. Dr. Loud then came over and took her time examining me and gave me her prognosis. She spent almost 30 minutes just talking to me and making me comfortable and explaining what we needed to do first to get me on my way to a healthy mouth. Tamika was very kind and found me an appointment for the very next day to have a DEEP cleaning with Jenny the hygienist. To my surprise, the whole staff then came over with a cupcake and candle for it being my birthday month, amazing! The next day, Anne and Theresa (also a sweetie) greeted me at the front desk and I completed a couple forms and I was again treated to delicious cappuccino (decaf this time). I was shown to my room and had a full set of x-rays taken. Again, Netflix and pillow were provided. Jenny made sure I was comfortable and she took her time explaining everything to me about the procedure and how I would feel afterwards. Being that I have such high anxiety over just being at the dentist and a dislike for needles, she made sure I was prepped/numbed before she even gave me the Novocain. The extra care she took with me was nothing short of incredible. Looking at my before and after pictures all I can say is that Jenny is a "rockstar"! The entire staff here are outstanding, they have completely made me rethink the whole dental experience. The manner at which they conduct themselves makes you feel like you are walking into a home and being treated as a friend. Their concern for your health and well-being is sincere and authentic. The level of service here is impeccable - 1st class all the way! I never in a million years thought I would say this, but I look forward to returning for the other work I need to have done. Thank you Whole Health Denistry! Side Note: They took care of contacting my insurance for prior approvals and fully explained my responsibility after. Wow I don't even know where to start. I went in for a lower denture. First, they never answer the phone, text, or emails. When I finally got in I paid over $1,000 ( I had a recent CT Scan with me ) but was told the USB might have a virus, which is BS, they just want the money. Every other dentist including the oral surgeon upstairs had no issues with it. Was told I would be seeing Dr. Loud but they put me with another dentist. I did all they wanted and was called by the office Manager Ann saying they refused to help me when I had a severe upper molar tooth infection. They actually told me to go find a functional medicine Dr. Really? I thought they were functional medicine and dentistry? I took my bio comp allergy charts to that visit and they didn't even seem to know what they were or cared. I never received the results of any of my testing because they quit communicating with me despite numerous attempts at text, phone calls, and emails. They were happy to take my money and do nothing! I've been in severe pain with an unbalanced jaw only having teeth on one side of my lower mouth. If you are in perfect health with perfect teeth and have a ton of money to throw away then go here. If you need real help, find a real dentist with compassion and knowledge. read more

I called over 24 hours ago as a new patient to set up an appointment and was told the phone system was down and I would receive a call back by end of day. It is the next day and still no call back. I had my first "major" dental procedure in decades, and my first in Dr. Loud's office (I'm new to the area). Office: Comfortable lighting, decor, and set-up. One feels at ease immediately. Staff: All considerate, all talented, and all geared toward the comfort of the patient. Dr. Loud: Gifted, articulate, and genuinely interested in her patients' health. She is personable and is a true listener. I'd give her 6 stars if I could. She realized I was anxious about the procedure and she kindly offered me treatment options so I was part of the planning. We started on time, and finished on time; I left with a smile, only slightly impacted by a numb lip. As far as the procedure, I had a crown done with zero pain (not even with the injections). Hands down best dentist. I have avoided dentists forever... to the point My mouth is a mess... I found this dentist on yelp after going to a few and every other one I just did not like the people or the vibes and just didn't feel comfortable, I've been going here for the past few months and they are literally the most friendly people on the planet, very professional. Dr. Loud Is always just so calm and professional, super nice person and does an incredible job when working on my teeth. Another major setback with me and dentists is I HATE needles, like it's a deep down fear, they do so well to make me comfortable I don't even know they're using them. I can't say enough good things about Jenny, she's the hygienist I've been working with also the one that numbs be for any procedure and she does so well hiding the needle, I just close my eyes and it's done before I know anything happened. I know there are a lot of people like me that dislike needles so for me to find someone this good at their job has really helped me get on track with my dental hygiene. They even helped me figure out the best plan for getting things done with my insurance, they took care of contacting my insurance and everything and how much I can spend. This dental office is as good as it gets. I had to have a large tooth extracted, and let's face it, nobody enjoys this type of dental work, but hey, I'm a warrior. So, I'm in the dental chair waiting for the inevitable, and the girls have me strapped in the chair; Dr Loud says, "are you ready" ? "As ready as I'll ever be", I responded. From that point on, nothing but sheer happiness. I never felt the Novocain shot nor the removal of the tooth. Dr Loud tells me, "we're all done". Thoroughly impressed!! Even making my appointment was impressive. This is the kind of office staff that make you want to send everyone you know here. Loved my experience. The office is well lit and very calming. It doesn't feel like the traditional dentist. I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who made Monday morning not so daunting. She was friendly, professional and personable. As I prepared my new patient forms she offered me several beverages. I went with the cappuccino, which was delicious! Once I was done with my paperwork, I was immediately greeted by the office manager, Ann. She is fantastic. She gave me a tour of the office and told me about Dr. Loud's credentials and preferences. The hygienist was efficient and quick! The X-rays can often be the most tedious part of the exam which she completed as quickly as possible. However, she remained very thorough to be sure the Dr. Loud had everything she needed. She explained what she was doing and the terms she was using, which I appreciated! Dr. Loud greeted me shortly after to go over everything. She did a quick exam and explained what she was seeing and doing. Afterwards, we went over the X-rays and pictures, where she explained the recommended treatment and WHY (very important). She frequently stopped to ask if I had any questions or needed clarification. After the exams I met with the office manager to discuss my options, my insurance and the best plan of attack. I loved my experience! They were not pushy about treatment, they were realistic. They understand not everyone can get everything taken care of right away, but they help you prioritize. This is not the place to go if you want to be rushed in and out. They warned me their temporary might not work, they were right!! I went in to have a front tooth veneer fixed until I could get to my dentist in Idaho. They were very kind and worked me into there busy schedule on a Friday. I was warned that it might not last because tooth was small and there wasn't enough to adhere to but if I did the porcelain veneer I had a better chance of it holding. It was $650. Dr. Loud did a beautiful job and I was very happy. 24 hours later the tooth broke. I went back in and she suggested I do a crown until I could get back to my dentist. She gave me a temporary crown for $325 and temporary it was!! It only lasted 2 hours before it flew out of my mouth!! So I returned to my dentist without a front tooth. My dentist put in a temporary crown and it hasn't budged for 2 weeks. Thank you Dr. Loud, your super nice and your staff is awesome, but after spending $1000 I didn't get the service I was looking for. A tooth that would stay on a week. Love the people and service. Doctor is very thorough and sweet. Reason I gave it a 4/5 is the price. Definitely pricier than some other places. Also, they don't really tell you when a service they're about to do costs extra or not. They either just do it or tell you they're about to do the service. Watch them closely... They billed for a cleaning after I told them I am not eligible and do not clean my teeth. They did not listen and did not checking eligibility. I paid them from their statement that did not show the cleaning via Credit card over the phone and when I checked my bank statement it was billed for $68 more which was for the cleaning. Extremely shady that on my statement it did not show the cleaning and then when I looked on my bank statement the debit was for $68 more, The Cleaning.... Really???? I had to fight with them to get the $68 for the cleaning removed and debited back to my account. Check your bill VERY Carefully. read more
