This poor sheep had a huge gash on its back. Not sure if it's been addressed or not but not something I want to pay to see at a farm.

Atlantic Farms is excellent! Located right off Atlantic Ave, it's really easy to get to. I'm so happy that we discovered this place on accident one day while driving around the area. I'll admit that even as an adult, I love feeding the farm animals. They're so cute! And Atlantic Farms has plenty of them - sheep, goats, cows, donkeys and even llamas. It's only $3 to get into the area where the animals are. You can purchase a bag of carrots to feed the animals for an additional $3. During the fall season, there is pumpkin picking, hayrides and a corn maze. It does get quite crowded on the weekends so come early. I definitely recommend coming here if you are from the area. Please, however, be courteous and throw out your trash. I witnessed several people throwing garbage on the ground, which is dangerous for the farm animals and is disrespectful to the family who owns the farm.

We stopped here to check this place out on the way home. It's a nice little farm stand with some animals. They do sell some items inside. But upon walking in and the entire time we were inside, not one employee said anything to us... wow. There's no telling if it's fresh from their farm or not though. But I did ask about the jams and jellies that they sold with their labels on them. The little tween girl behind the counter told us that they do not make it, that they are shipped to them, and they just slap their label on them. False advertising and duping people out of fresh made items I see. We paid to SEE the animals. That's right, $3 per person to walk around the side of the building with no gate, to just see the animals. (We paid another $3 to feed the animal carrots which was fine.) Is your farm hurting so much that looking at animals costs money?! Get the fuck out of here. We won't be back, ever.

    Some weird bird.

Great place to go with friends and family! Animals are well cared for and it's a family owned farm.

I also grabbed a few strawberry treats as well while I was there. All year round, Battleview has different picking seasons, so check their website for more info to see what's running. They consistently have amazingly fresh produce and if you love corn, you can't beat it. Also for sale in the country store are plenty of other fresh fruits and veggies, sauces and dressings, dips, and lots of candy too! Apple picking time is also very popular! Their pricing is also very fair for what you're getting. It's always nice to support local farms. They had a tough year already with the devastating crop damage from the freeze this past April.

It was $4.49 per pound. $5 entry fee that is applied towards whatever you pick. The staff are really friendly and laughed as I tried to guess everyone's weight for the berries they picked. I'm going to make it an annual tradition. There are ample parking spots for Friday around 11AM. The little store up the road was also filled so many jams, spreads, and strawberry treats.

However, once we parked and got our tickets, things started moving better. There was more breathing room. This is not a traditional farm where you can pick your own berries. They may have that option, but we went for the activity section that they created. There were corn mazes for all sizes, games, and activities for all ages. There was a fenced kids section for smaller kids that was nice. Food was disappointing. Lines were extremely long and prices high. I would recommend eating before going. While my initial impression of this farm Was stress inducing, I was able to relax once we got into the games and activities it offered. Overall, not what I expected, but a nice experience that I would recommend to others.

It was beautiful and there's so much to do. My only issue is how crowded it gets. Even waiting on line for food is insane. The food line is cash only btw. The second time i came i played to smarter. I started off at the pumpkin area and then worked my way towards the sunflowers and food after. Was able to take all the photos i wanted this way. We also did the corn maze both times. It was less crowded at the pumpkin area doing it this way bc most ppl go there towards the end to leave with pumpkins. Would def come back but try a weekday next time even if some of the family friendly activities are closed.

It's a smaller farm than nearby Johnson's Corner farm, and they don't grow any food to my knowledge, so it's much less crowded and chaotic, plus cheaper. You can't pick your own berries or apples or anything, but the hayride out to the "pumpkin patch" is fun to do in the fall, and there is enough to do besides pumpkin picking to stretch it into a full afternoon of inexpensive family friendly fun. They have a playground, goats and alpacas, a small maze, plus plenty of food and live music on the weekends. My girlfriend, 11-year-old son and I recently tried their winter wonderland illuminated walking trail which they just started up in 2022. For the three of us, after taxes and fees, it was $57.90.
