It's a smaller farm than nearby Johnson's Corner farm, and they don't grow any food to my knowledge, so it's much less crowded and chaotic, plus cheaper. You can't pick your own berries or apples or anything, but the hayride out to the "pumpkin patch" is fun to do in the fall, and there is enough to do besides pumpkin picking to stretch it into a full afternoon of inexpensive family friendly fun. They have a playground, goats and alpacas, a small maze, plus plenty of food and live music on the weekends. My girlfriend, 11-year-old son and I recently tried their winter wonderland illuminated walking trail which they just started up in 2022. For the three of us, after taxes and fees, it was $57.90. It was a very pleasant night strolling the 1/4 mile trail filled with lights and christmas music, plus the several campfires set up at the end of the trail.

When you arrive, there's a hay ride that takes you to the festival from the parking lot! Very kid friendly and lots of photo opportunities. My favorite part was the corn maze and the pumpkin patch. There are a few things that aren't included in the price. I saw a pumpkin cannon launcher that was extra and it was pretty cool to watch! The food isn't amazing and a bit pricey but it's to be expected really at something like this! They had BBQ, lemonade stand, funnel cakes, Playa Bowls and one of the food trucks had seafood. Over all a good experience to visit once a year with larger group on nice fall day, support your local farms and farmers!

Bring cash, they are cash only. $20 per person to get into the fall festival, there's usually a line because everyone wants to go, and if you forgot cash there is an ATM but the line for thr ATM seems even longer than the entrance line. Bring more than you think, it can get expensive, pumpkins are sold per pound. 2. Bring an extra bag. They do not allow large bags or coolers, however, there are food trucks, and if you'd like to purchase extra to bring home, the trucks do not have bags. It was difficult to walk around with several funnel cakes, drinks, candy apples, fried oreos etc without dropping anything. An extra bag would have been helpful. 3. Dress in layers. It gets cool quickly in the evening but during the day if it's sunny, it could feel comfortable or hot.

Also for sale in the country store are plenty of other fresh fruits and veggies, sauces and dressings, dips, and lots of candy too! Apple picking time is also very popular! This is a great place to bring out of town visitors who want to enjoy a truly delightful Pennsylvania farm. Having only one day with the family we wanted to get outdoors and enjoy some fall activities, despite the rain. Know that this is a farm and there is no coverage so come prepared in bad weather. If the weather is excessively bad, they will close. Check social media and the website before making the trek to be certain they are open. I took one star off because of the costs here. Understanding that this is probably the most profitable season for the farm tourist industry, I felt there could be more bundled deals and children's pricing to reduce the costs. Each activity was $7 per ticket and the live animal petting section was $8. Within minutes of walking in we spent $70 all cash for 5 tickets for a hayride and 5 tickets to the corn maze. The maze was just past the pumpkin patch and a short walk past a dirt tilled road. It's fun for a group of adults in their 30s but can be a bit challenging for young kids. It's also not friendly for those with physical disabilities. If you have difficulty walking past heavy dirt or are in a wheelchair, I'd skip this. My four year old nephew was getting tired by the end, but was excited by a random half peeled corn cob or debris on the paths. It probably took us about 25 minutes to find the exit getting turned around a few times to restart our tracks. After the maze we headed to the tractor hayride. The tractor was not on a schedule and left whenever a group arrived, since it was raining that meant the 5 of us hopped on and got a private tour around the field and maze. A sign posted on the ride said to look out for painted rocks and seashells along the property. Once there was a competitive element my 6 year old nephew was extremely motivated. Unfortunately, the rain started to pick up and there was no coverage. We opened our umbrellas which worked well for us. I'd recommend bringing yours along if it looks like rain. Spotting rocks and seashells was very challenging in the rain, but at the end our driver told us not to be dismayed. He even gave us a tip from the owner on where to look for the painted rocks and shells. After the ride, we set off in different directions. My sister in law went on a hunt for the painted shells, while I took my older nephew to go pet the goats. This was $8 for him and the goats and sheep were very excited to have a little visitor come say hello. My nephew was doubly surprised to find some rabbits which he had talked about and hoped would be in the property our entire ride over. Doubly exciting, the rabbits were for sale! Prices ranged from $25-$45. We convinced my nephew though that his golden retriever would need time to have a rabbit share space at home...looking eerily too similar to his chew toys. The goats and sheep were very cute and served as a helpful distraction from the rabbits. The pigs inside were skittish when my nephew approached them but the sheep and goats were more than happy to get a petting. A few moments before heading out, my sister in law came over and surprised my older nephew with a painted seashell! He bravely walked over with me to hand in his shell to see what the prize was. The staff member pointed to an area and said we could choose any pumpkin from that section. My younger nephew picked out an orange mini pumpkin and the older picked one to match. We paid an additional $2 for the mini-pumpkin and while at the counter my younger nephew spotted an Apple cider donut for $2. The boys split the donut and left happy with their mini pumpkins in hand. What you don't spend in foods or products from this farm, you will spend it on activities.

Honestly it's a good 15 to 20 minute drive and I pass dozens of other farms on the way, but for three years in a row Eastburn has had the greatest selection of pumpkins of anywhere in the yardley/Langhorne/Newtown area of Bucks. They have different types and different sizes. It's getting harder and harder to find nice big carving pumpkins, but Eastburn has plenty. It's always hard to pick my favorite as there's often full rows of perfect ones. They have everything from nice little decorative ones to giant 100+ pounders. Great place.
