The staff is available to answer questions and guide you through the store to find just what you're looking for. The aisles are neat, labeled and organized. The service was great very friendly lady who was working there. The store was very clean and well kept as well. Giving only one star because of a couple different reasons. First of all their hours listed on google said they are open until 11 tonight (Friday night) but they were closing up when I walked in at 9:50pm. Second of all for this to be such a LARGE liquor store they didn't have anything I went in looking for. And it's not as if I was looking for something odd that no one carries. I was looking for twisted tea and crown apple in mini size. They didn't have either one of those and that's what my wife was looking forward too so she didn't get anything. What a big store this is. They have many different types of alcohol. Liquor, beer and wine and all the things you may need to throw a great party of any sorts! This is a great place to go to stock up on goodies. It is on the highway in the way into Dewey Beach. One of the guys who works there was very helpful and friendly to my friend and I. Stopped into Atlantic Liquors during a recent trip to Rehoboth. This place is huuuge! They have a crazy selection of almost everything you can imagine... almost. The one thing we couldn't find was mead. When we asked one of the employees to help us find it, she started leading us into the liquor section and we quickly realized she didn't know what mead was. Nonetheless, we still grabbed some hoop teas, champagne, and some cups. If you're into beer, they had a huge selection of beers both in the front of the store and in the back warehouse area. After a while, we got so overwhelmed with the sheer number of options we needed to just check out and leave. It was super convenient that they had ice available right near the register though. I'd recommend Atlantic Liquors to anyone visiting town - especially if you're really trying to load up on a few different options during your vacation. If you're just looking for one specific thing though, this place might be a little bit overkill. read more

If you are driving through Rehoboth Beach, you for sure want to stop by Atlantic liquors. I really appreciate the fine selection of both wine, and spirits. The store is organized in a way where you can get in and get out quickly. Wine section is organized by region which allows you to go to whatever country you fancy. Great bang for your buck here especially if you are coming out of town. Left with a lot of impressive wines. Even a German wine which is a first for me. PS The expensive spirits are in the front. This place is really the largest liquor store I've been in. The have a HUGE selection of wine and hard liquors. When you roam to the back of the store there are Costco sized shelves of beers. Hubby found several beers he would try and I found lots of mixed drinks. Would HIGHLY recommend - especially if you have a group with different tastes in alcohol. read more

I think I can safely say this is probably your best bet selection wise and cost wise before you get to the beach. After that you can expect to pay double so do yourself a favor and pull over. The store itself didn't seem as big as the outside but they have a ton of your typical beers, wines and liquors. Nice size bottle of Epsilon Tequila for 20.00 and brand of Chardonnay called Buttercream for 12.00 were two of my favorite finds. I also spyed a Fireball Party bucket and there's a nice chilled wine selection which is always a plus for me. read more

We stopped in to stock up our cooler before a day in the sun. It's a huge warehouse style liquor store. It's a little chaotic inside, which was my only complaint. There are cases of beer, seltzer, wine and liquor stacked all over the place and it's difficult to navigate your way through - especially as busy as it is. Their prices are a bit high compared to what we're used to at home, but since there are different liquor laws in Delaware I wasn't really surprised. If you're looking for a one stop shop for any & every kind of adult beverage, this is your place. Just be patient and understanding- they're VERY busy! read more

Pretty good selection. I don't know anything about wine so I don't know if they have anything particular or special, but they sure have a lot of bottles lined up on the wall. They have a little bit of everything else, too, although nothing particularly unique or interesting. For example, I was looking for Mikes lemonades and just saw 6-packs of lemon, grape, and mango, which are good and all, but also basic. It would've been nice to have a variety pack as well or some other flavors. The prices seem very reasonable. I've only been there once and I didn't have a bad experience with any of the staff, but also there didn't seem to be much staff, either -- usually at liquor stores I've been to there's a couple employees wandering around putting stuff away/checking on people/answering questions/etc but I think I saw one employee outside of the checkout lanes the entire time I was here (and I was here for a while, I'm bad at making decisions). I'd say it's worth a trip if you're in the area. Be careful walking out of the store, especially with a heavy cart, because the parking lot slopes like a half-pipe. read more

I was in the area and thought I'd check the place out. Being such a large store, my expectations did not meet reality. Certainly there is a large selection of product available and all very well organized. I only dealt with the cashier directly, but staff interactions with other customers seemed to be friendly. Pricing - meh. (A neighbor had told me that pricing was fairly good.) Off the three spirit products that I was interested in, two of the three were priced higher than the county where I live (where the local government is the spirits retailer). Since DE does not have sales tax, it was probably a wash. Re: wine. Lots of wines, but one certainly needs to be knowledgeable. They might have a great assortment of alcohol, but they have some of the rudest and most unpleasant workers of any business I have ever encountered. My husband went there and when he went to pay, he had a bit of trouble getting the cc to work because their machines are made for little people and he is 6'4". The cashier gave an audible sigh of disgust and a look of disdain and if I was the one checking out, I would have left everything on the counter and left. This is a fairly large liquor store carrying a generous selection of wines, liquor, and beer. While I've seen a good selection of mid-level liquor (e.g., Chopin Vodka, Hendrick's Gin), the store lacks a good selection of wines and beer. Most of the wines and beers that are sold here are mass produced and owned by the larger manufacturers and wineries. While it is no surprise that I found ample types of "Dogfish" beer, I see your standard Shocktop, Goose Island, and the sort an no craft beer that was worth noting. The same could be said about their wines. Final recommendation: come here for liquor. You can get a decent selection at a decent price without paying sales tax. read more

This place is FANTASTIC. Great selection, and more importantly great prices. Could be because I'm from NY, but the prices in this place were awesome. I took a ton of pics. 1.5 liters of Yellowtail for $8.99. I pay $12.99 at home, $11.99 when it's "on sale". I bought a case. No case price though, unless you are buying skinny bottles. I wasn't. Flip Flop wines were $8.99 for 1.5 liters too. 22s of New Belgium Ranger for $3.99?! Cupcake wines were $6.99 for skinny bottles. $9 - $10 in NY. 1.75 liters of Pinnacle vodka, any flavor, was $16.99. Just paid $26 for the same size at home. Try plain Pinnacle Vodka if you enjoy vodka. It's good vodka for the price. And let me assure you, at these prices, you are NOT too good for it. J. Lohr Chardonnay was $10, normally $16 at home. Yellowtail's Pink Bubbles was goddamn $6.99 and I recently paid $14 at home. I'll stop harping about the prices now. It was just kind've hard to take. The place has a warehouse feel inside. The outside has a nautical look and is very cute. The lady that checked us out wasn't very friendly, but she boxed our stuff up faster than you could say "no tax". Kicking myself I didn't try to find Mark West Pinot Noir, which my parents love. Spent $115 in there. Waaay better than hitting the outlets.
