[[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is fun but on a busy Memorial Day weekend the setup was confusing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We walked in to a huge line and no signage. We stopped to ask someone at the tasting counter who looked less busy where to start and he was less than customer friendly about being asked questions and downright RUDE. It almost made us just pack up and leave but our other friend said she's been before and liked the wine and had great service. The other employees were very nice and apologetic when we mentioned the experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor space with music is lovely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We skipped doing a tasting due to the rude guy behind the counter and instead opted for some flights, eventually leading to bottles and a charcuterie board. People have bad days but maybe you shouldn't come to work in a customer service environment if you're having a bad day, take the day off or work elsewhere. It's not a great look for the brand as a whole and your face is now associated with this place.

Went on a rainy day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was pretty crowded but spacious and accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very beautiful I sat and read my book and saw deer grazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wine was decent. I will return.

Great vibes, ok wine! We visited Salted Vines on a Sunday afternoon and brought beach chairs, not knowing how much seating they would have. However, the (dog friendly!) patio was way larger than expected and we were able to snag a picnic table right away. Many of these were not in the shade, so I recommend arriving early to secure one with an umbrella! The ambiance was so pleasant and the live music was fantastic. We went up to order at the patio bar window, but were told they only serve flights at the indoor bar. My friends ended up getting wine slushies (way too sweet) while I went inside. The interior was empty but cute - a spacious bar, large chandelier, nice decor, etc. I ordered the dry flight, which included four wines - the Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Grigio, and Cabernet Sauvignon. I loved the presentation of the flight, but unfortunately none of the whites were chilled. The metal wine rack also heated up very quickly once I brought it outside. Overall, I can't say I loved any of the wines I tried. Salted Vines itself didn't serve food, but there was a First State Corn & More food truck on the premises. My friend and I shared an order of the Old Bay Wings, which were very tasty and came with a great dipping sauce. Overall, worth the visit for the ambiance alone!

We decided to try this winery yesterday since it was an overcast day here in Bethany. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor seating area and inside the winery was very nice! They had ample about of seating and tables for you to choose from.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ended up ordering flights to try, which were $20 each. I had 2 rose wines, the Viognier, and a wine slushie. My fiancé had 3 different reds and a peach slushie. I liked the fishkillers rose and the Viognier wines in my flight. The "lower slower Delaware" rose and the wine slushie were extremely sweet and not drinkable in my opinion. My fiancé enjoyed his 3 reds, however thought his wine slushie was way too sweet as well. Overall we had a nice experience and would go back on another rainy day and stick with the wines that we know are decent.

This is a fun winery off the beaten path in Delaware! Located between Rehoboth and Ocean City, this winery is a great place to hang out and enjoy wine and music. The wine was delicious, but we also ordered these amazing Pina Colada's made with wine. Different, and very good! Wish the music would been going a little later on a Saturday afternoon, but enjoyed him while he was there!

The presentation of the wine flight was different than what I have seen before-very catchy. I was able to select four wines at my choosing for $15. Not a bad price. No description of the wines other than the sheet of paper I was given when I paid at the register. Since this was a flight, my wine was poured into four separate glasses into a chandelier type carrier. My daughter carried my wine outside to our table. It was a beautiful warm November day. An acoustic guitar singer was playing neatly in the corner. Excellent choice of music and sound. After my daughters and I finished our flights, we agreed to order a bottle of Chardonnay. Good choice. We also ordered crackers and cheese. We weren't overly impressed with the options of cheese and crackers. As another reviewer mentioned the crackers are Ritz crackers. I will make mention that our empty wine glasses were removed from our table promptly and continually. I would have given 5 stars if there had been a more personal touch such as going over the individual wines but I believe that was an actual wine tasting and cost more money. I definitely will be back!

Two flights - one dry wines and the other hand picked.

Lovely little vineyard. Live music outside. Tastings on the top of the hour... didn't have time but the flights were very reasonable and very nice.

It was not clear on the website when making reservations that the menus posted were not for the igloos. Even items we asked about on the menus provided were not available (menu said available until 3 pm in igloo, it was 200 but still told no- yet we also couldn't get the steak or rockfish in the igloo. As well, previous igloo visit options provided fondue for 2 (not 5!) and could be altered for one meat and one seafood eater however this time we would've had to at $240 to get both. At minimum $120+$10-$12 extra to add one skewer. Although the ambiance is an "experience" it was not a satisfying culinary experience. As well, it was not clear we couldn't divide our checks up amongst each couple as most all restaurants can do. (Can only do 2 checks, we had 3 couples) It was more cumbersome on the waitress and us than just charging each couple one bill, we weren't sharing food or said put half this on each etc. it was clearly just 3 couples. As for what we did get... if crab dip hadn't had a shell in it I wouldn't have believed it had any crab in it, just cheese flavor. Steak skewer was well done (no choice given) yet veggies were aldente (to say the least). Wine was good but limited selection. I really don't understand why I can eat one think inside yet can't 20' away we would've had a much better experience if some accommodating had been offered on any of the above issues.

The interior is so cute! There is a lovely bar top meant for reading a book while sipping on wine. There is an extensive shelving unit filled with bottles of wine to purchase. Each bottle of wine has a tag around the neck giving a vivid description of the wine. I appreciated that the wine pricing averaged $25 which is within my budget. The selection of books is fantastic. If I was not a tourist I would definitely become a member of their book club. The manager helped me pick a lovely bottle of white wine to take home. Maryland wine has been hit or miss for me, so I entered without any expectations. So you'll understand how thrilled I was to learn that for despite being small-ish, the wines were above par. The wines are an eclectic mix of styles; partially because they recently purchased a neighboring vineyard/winery and inherited their stock. Now at 20 acres of vines they aren't so tiny anymore, and (as long as the old stocks last) they have an array of wines which should fit most palates. I enjoyed the steel & oak-blended Chardonnay, but my favorite were the red blends which used Italian varietals. One with 60% Sangiovese/30% Barbera/10% Petit Verdot was particularly good!
