Biggest thieves who every tried to strong-arm rob me in my life. Buyer beware. These guys are the worst. I am going after their licence and they are going to burn. First they lied about the pricing. They came and did the work boasting how they would be it done timely and tjhen they were 90 minutes late finishing, so I had to miss extra work waiting for these losers to try to install a new door. They did such a terrible job, the locks don't even fit the openings. They ruined-damaged the powder coating finish on two of the four panels, the trim job was worse than an infant could do and then they threatened me and tried to strong-arm me to pay for their lousy job with damaged goods. I called the police to remove them from my house. They scattered like dogs when I called the cops and only one guy remained - I guess they hire illegals to do crappy work, then they try to strong arm there way out of there. I have video and images., They are going down. Now I have to hire another company to take away their damaged crap and then pay another company to do the job all over correctly. I will find out the manufacturer of the panels they represent and alert them about these guys giving them a bad name. They advertised they are licensed and insured. I will be contacting the Broward county license authority and they will get fined. In court I'm going to crucify them. Stay away from these thieves. The address is not correct either - they likely move every week or so because they lie, cheat and steal. They ruined the powder coating finish on two panels so the warranty is void. Then they said they all come that way - BS. they damaged them then tried to MAKE ME TAKE IT - NOT TODAY THIEVES. I told them "If the factory shipped you two damaged panels and you installed them damaged = shame on you. If they damaged them installing them by improperly handling them - also shame on you. Update: 06/12/18 - A few weeks after the spring replacement and maintenance, we had some issues with the garage door 'bouncing' and re-opening after closing with the garage door opener. Texted Matt and he came out on his first opportunity in our area. He showed us where the door was rubbing on the frame of the house and where the previous homeowner's installation was the culprit of the issues we were experiencing. Matt was gracious enough to make a few adjustments on the rails and on the garage door opener which has since prevented the door from bouncing/re-opening each cycle. While we did not think Matt's previous repair work caused the issue, he still went out of his way to assist us and did not charge us for the adjustments. Once again an A+ professional. Very professional company and fast. From the phone conversation to the actual service. When I called I assumed I needed a whole new door, Matt immediately dissected the situation and informed me that I might not need a new door. He was out the next day and broke down all my options as far as the price if we replaced things and price for new. Not one time did I feel I was being hustled or swayed to choose a particular way. Matt went beyond expectations to fix my broken garage door. He came out to my house within an hour of being called. The broken parts that needed replacement were unfortunately an hour away. He personally went to pick up the parts, came back after hours and stayed until he had fixed my garage door.
