When they came out to measure for our countertops, they insisted that they absolutely had to take our sink with them. Against our better judgement, we let them. When they came back with a final quote almost $1,000 more than the original, we decided to go with another company that offered the exact same product for less. When my husband went to get the sink from them, he found it unprotected, face down on the concrete floor of their warehouse and the front apron had been completely chipped and scratched. They first tried to say it must have been like that, but when we showed them pictures from a few hours before they took it, they stopped responding altogether. Now we need to replace an expensive sink in short order that they ruined. As an aside, I also own a small business and know that mistakes happen! But their unwillingness to work with us in any capacity is frustrating, wrong, costly, and unprofessional. We would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

This company installed granite countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen seven years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this at the time and ended up spending thousands of dollars repainting my cabinets, only to recently learn from another contractor that water had been seeping through the faulty seam all along, causing additional damage. When I contacted the company, they asked for $300 to reseal it, which feels unreasonable given that this appears to be an installation issue. I even offered to wait until they were working in the area, since it's a quick fix, but they were not willing to accommodate. I would recommend looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides better long-term support. Also, if possible, avoid placing seams near the sink--what seems like a minor detail can lead to significant damage over time.

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility.
