Next day walked in with the check in total with insurance cards told them to write up the deal , detail the car, install the alarm, check for oil change and other parts on the car , clear off the scratches I was good to go. No more than an hour. Yes I did receive my yelp discount of 325 dollars lol as a new walk in even though I knew several people that worked there already. I do know they have a shortage in cars. I was lucky. They barely had any cars on the lot. My salesperson was Will . Great guy . He has a funny personality. Been knowing him for over 10 yrs. He has been there for a very long time.. The only issue I had was the finance manager which is no longer working there ran my credit report without my permission which caused points off my score. I didn't need them to run my score because I already had an approval from the credit union and the check was already processed. So this Manager caused me some points off my score. Have to say I left here disappointed. As someone who has purchased the last two vehicles from this location I expected a bit more of customer loyalty. The price was 5k over sticker, which is a bit harsh. I know prices have gone up but that much is ridiculous. Since I was a "previous" customer they cut it down to 3k over. On top of that their loan rates weren't friendly. I'm highly disappointed and plan on continuing to shop...even with other brands. Don't shop here! Sleazy and dishonest salesmen! I paid a deposit of $2000 to hold a critically needed work vehicle. Rich Healy the Main manager promised to hold the PERFECT VEHICLE for my work needs. His incompetent co-manager SOLD the truck to someone else after I put a deposit on it and a SOLD sign was on it!!!! Healy the manager insisted I send a check and refused to accept a 1 day wire transfer from my bank- WEIRD. WORST EXPIERENCE EVER. I got a Camry for my little sister, this is the third car I have purchased from a dealer, the most expensive and I 100% regret it and do not recommend this dealership. When purchasing the car I bought a pre paid maintenance plan for $1149, the finance guy Gerard said I would be able to get serviced at any Toyota location on Long Island and beyond. I tried to use it at Riverhead and Middle Island Toyota, on two separate occasions because they are closer to my house. Both times I had to pay $100+ out of my pocket because my ppm was "not in Toyota system". When I confronted this west Islip dealership they simply said "those dealers are lying to you" Toyota Financial and Brand Engagement could care less, because they do not have ANY control over what the franchises do. As the customer what am I supposed to do, take off of work and go into Riverhead and Middle Island Toyota and tell them west Islip Toyota said you are liars? Immature and unprofessional - it's simply not what I purchased. I recommend you don't waste your money on the ppm unless you can go to this specific dealership for service everytime. Plus, If you break it down the ppm is more $ per oil change then if you went to the dealer without it but they don't tell you that when your purchasing the car or the ppm. I was interested in a warranty and Gerard told me he would sell me a Platinum 5 year/50,000 mile warranty (Toyota calls this a vehicle service agreement or vsa) for $3,495. He told me my dad and my little sister the same thing we were all together. When I got the warranty in the mail it was a platinum 2year/20,000 mile vsa. When I called the dealership they told me I have to come down and speak to a finance manager and that Gerard was fired, I even texted the sales lady Priscilla that sold me the car and she never answered me. I finally went down there and the paper work for my refund was filled out, you can see it below. The paperwork was not processed for an entire year and the amount refunded was pro rated to the date it was filed - not when I asked for the refund. The head of sales Mr. Healy told me he would not refund it to the date when I originally asked or called them because it was "bad for business". I also paid interest on the vsa and was not refunded that either. When I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership Mr. Healy told me "that will never happen he lives in Florida". Unimpressive answers all around from this shady dealership and ultimately disappointing. The car is fine it's the dealership and the brand that are the problem Ive been trying to get the rest of my money back for two years, I have made over 5 trips to the dealership sitting and waiting to talk to Mr. Healy and spent over 10 hours on the phone with Toyota. There's a level of professionalism you expect when your making a $30,000 purchase; this dealership and the brand's actions are mediocre at most and I don't recommend spending your time or money here. read more

I bought my toyota corolla into service to have the oil changed. I waited over 2.5 hours for them to finish and I've had problems with the car since. THEY DID not check the fluids. Recently they were under new management and I don't know if this is why the service was so terrible. They also knew a tire had a leak but at the time it would of been their responsibility to replace the tire so they just kept on telling me the tire was fine. I doubt I will return for service there. I knew this and I continued to bring my vehicle in because I bought it here. I try with them and I'm always kind and patient. However, two days ago, I came in with my car and had my son with me. Tim Keehner told me in the worst complaining judgmental tone that my son's cries sounded like a girl and asked me why he sounded like a girl. And laughed. I was stunned and apologized to him. I was struggling to avoid exposing my son to the construction site while I was waiting to speak with Ada and she was on the phone for an extended time. When we went to wash his hands in the showroom bathroom, there was no room with two other women in the bathroom and my son slipped and hit the corner of his left eye on the faucet. He's entering his twos and we sometimes have a tough time but he had endured a long wait already. It broke my heart and I was very worried. He's fine of course, things happen to kids, but at least if there had been a changing table it might have helped. There was not one there. Tim over the phone later denied that too and claimed there was one. This is just plain false. We waited 3 long hours before Ada called and asked for $700 of work to be done. Just for an minor engine tune up, wheel alignment and filter changes. I was shocked but exhausted and I begged her to save me some money and I couldnt pay and she talked on and on and saved me a total of $30. She expected a thank you. That girl has never had any idea of what it means to struggle with money. I called the next day to find out who the man was who insulted my son because I didn't know at the time and found out it was Tim. Tim had had my car before and was generally kind and professional. I was shocked and he denied he ever said anything about my son. He said he was speaking about an associate. This is false. He transferred me to his supervisor who he said was Dan Bailey. Dan apologized and promised he would fix things and call back the same day. He did not before 5 pm so I called back and a receptionist told me I was confused and Dan was not a supervisor and the manager was someone named Tim - cannot remember the last name but not Keehner. They preyed on an intentionally exhausted abused (verbally, financially) mother. I can't believe Tim Keehner has a family but if he does I feel terrible for his wife and children. read more

Terrible shopping experience , from the beginning of the transaction, nothing but lies . First of all Lorenzo the sales associate, told us that the Tacoma, did not come in a base model, and went straight for the higher end. Secondly, he was informed by the manager Eric, that the vehicle was not in stock, and that it was on a truck arriving at the dealership in a few days . Promised the vehicle in a few days, it was to no avail, and they had no clue, where the vehicle was. We gave them another 2 weeks, to see if the vehicle had arrived, again, not available. No communication from the dealership with any updates on the vehicle. We went to the dealership to obtain a refund on our deposit, and informed the manager , we were not satisfied with their customer service. In return he stated the refund should be posted in 5 business days, again they let us down its been 2 weeks, still no refund. We called the dealership, spoke to the accounts payable department, and they had no record of the refund transaction. They stated they will once again process the refund, and that we should receive it in 5 business days. We won't hold our breath on this. And thirdly, we went to another Toyota dealership in queens, hillside to be exact, and they had not only one but 2 different models of the color we wanted in stock. I really don't even know where to begin with this place. The absolute worst car dealership I have ever been to. I've never felt the need to write huge review like this. That's how frustrating this place is. I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. For starters, we walk in and say we're looking for a 15K mile lease. First guy takes us outside, sees another customer and says hold on be right back. Never came back. We should have left right there. After wandering for a while, someone else comes. Tell them what we're looking for. Brings us inside to talk numbers. Told them we are putting a dollar amount down TOTAL, to cover taxes titles and fees + whatever extra after that total would be the down payment. We get a number that is so astronomical I thought it was a joke. After a back and forth that they're giving us a "good deal" we say we're leaving. After "checking" it magically came down to slightly less than we were quoted in 2 other dealerships. Few days go by and we come to the day we are supposed to come and pick the car up as scheduled at 430. Wife gets a call that morning verifying we wanted the white one. We say no, we give him the VIN# and he says oh I think that car was sold. They "find" another one with same specs as the one that they had reserved for us so we're still on for pickup, but say come in at 6 to give them more time to prep. We get there, and we sit at a table in the showroom, finally someone comes up saying they're driving it from their other lot, and washing it so should be here soon. We get the paperwork started. Got the whole speech about we should get the silver warranty package because it included the gap insurance, which I always thought was required for leases. Looking at previous lease paperwork, we see there's just gap insurance on it's own. Front desk says we can just do the gap insurance and not the whole package. We get to the money changing hands part and he throws a number well above what we said we were putting down. He says well its for all the fees. Apparently no one could comprehend the fact that they had agreed to our total number we said is our out of pocket to cover the fees and taxes, not a down payment. That argument fell on deaf ears. After that got straightened out we go back out to the showroom to sit and wait for him to do the DMV/insurance. Mind you the vehicle STILL isn't there yet and its now 8PM Another 20 minutes go by and he comes out and says we need to call the insurance and change the name to the married name. (We had just been married a few months prior) Even though my wife still hasn't changed her last name with DMV. We told him this and he insists he can't put it through with the old name still on her current DMV paperwork. We call the insurance company, make the change and they said it will take 24-48 hours but they can email the confirmation of the change. The only way Atlantic wanted it was by Fax which insurance company can't do. Insurance sends to my wife's email, which we then forward to his email. Why couldn't the insurance company just do that? We walk into the office to finish up, and he says I was able to put it through with the old name so switch the insurance back. ARE YOU KIDDING? At this point we're beyond frustrated, and we're the only ones in the dealership. Clearly everyone wants to go home since we are now rushed over to another person at another desk to sign all the paperwork. We can't look at anything we're signing and just get the 2 second this is what this is yada yada. We finally go to leave, and they say they made a miscalculation in the numbers and we owe MORE MONEY. This puts the wife over the edge and gets visibly upset and steps away. It is now almost 10PM. They turn to me and say is everything OK? I literally just give them a blank stare and a chuckle thinking they really can't be serious with that question. We were told the whole time it was 15K miles. Turns out the lease was only for 12K in their system. And the "sold" car is sitting out front waiting for us. Apparently took 3 hours to drive from their other lot 100 feet down the road. We set up a meeting and the GM immediately goes on the defensive like we're in the wrong. He says he'll write up an addendum that they agree to cover the additional mileage if she goes over the 12. Think its an official Toyota form or something that they're waiting on. After a week or two of back and forth, we finally get the "form". Literally an email stating they'd cover the overage if there is any with three lines drawn on it. 3 months later, still haven't received their signed copy. Go in, speak with finance manager and met with resistance. Pull out the email dated 3 months ago, he miraculously finds it. Returns with unsigned copy, signs his name and says "are we OK now" Rude is an understatement. Customer service is non-existent and their record keeping is abysmal. This place is the polar opposite. Fighting back and forth for something as simple as sending Bill of Sale, and the window sticker to the insurance company was a hassel. No follow up email, phone call unless they need something from you. Which they expect you to drop everything right then and there, while during the whole process they did not do one step. Was handed the keys to the new vehicle without being provided the proper paperwork and final confirmation. Still fighting back and forth with the dealership on multiple items. Was told a rate based off TOP TIER CREDIT, which they dont tell you upfront..... I have great credit and still had to have my father co-sign. Be careful with this place and just be smart and don't let them take advantage of you. Have a lawyer ready (which we do) just in case anything goes awry. Very friendly upfront but in the end it's a Elementary school playground of operations here. We will see what the future holds but very very disappointed overall. Was also told not to write a review to hinder their status.....yeah no shot. Netesha Wallace just had to send over the Bill of sale and window sticker via email and she didn't even do it. I had to follow up multiple times without any call back or email (I have a paper trial). Called the dealership more than four times and no call back except from Hernan Arias; the financial guy who seems to keep needing more and more information as this "Finalized Process" goes on.....the only person that was helpful with assuring stability of sale was Azarias Mercado. Great guy who knows that you need to cater to your clients. Simple as that. Oh there's more: had to go back to the dealership because they contracted wrong. Had to go back there due to their mistake once again to do another contract the correct way..... 12-05 update- they never paid off the lease that was traded in to them, that they said they did the SECOND CONTRACT. Waiting on the phone for another finance manager for 20 min because incompetent Hernan and the sales woman have been out all week. Now we are facing late fees with the other lease while these people just keep ruining lives. This place honesty needs to get evaluated by the SEC or a higher legal power because they are messing with people's lives while making money off of it. read more
