The lady was kind, patient and extremely helpful in getting me through with no trouble. Both the doctor and nurse listened to my concerns with my neck and problem I encountered at an ER visit the week prior and resolved them all. Recommending me to the correct specialists and corrected my medications as the one the ER doctor prescribed me were all giving me horrible symptoms mentally and physically. Overall this location was patient, kind to my pains and concerns, timely in my wait time when arriving early. Good place to go to any check-up or urgent needs.

I do not live in the area and after I encountered a medical issue my son took me to Patient First in Voorhees NJ! It by far exceeded my expectations! The care I received from Dr. Rosenthal and the staff was some of the best support I have received from ANY medical facility and I have experienced many across the United States. The staff to include x-ray support could not have been better, this is a team that lives to provide the highest quality of care, efficiency, effectiveness along with a caring spirit second to none! Of note Dr Rosenthal explained in depth the issue, course of treatment and executed it flawlessly; a credit to the medical profession. I was unbelievably pleased! I enthusiastically recommend Patient First and salute them on their outstanding support, operations and care! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!!!

I didn't imagine that I would stay in a hospital for the next five weeks. Not saying goodbye to my cats was one of the hardest things. For more than a month, not seeing any animals was so hard because I am a huge animal lover. But when I gave birth, my daughter's nurse told me that there was a dog at the hospital that could visit me. And then that afternoon, Bean came to me. I was crying from excitement and happiness; other than giving birth, that was the best feeling ever. She was so sweet and gentle, and just petting her was the most wonderful feeling. Every person in the hospital who loves animals knows that having a dog visit you in such difficult moments means everything to you. Mrs. Katelynn was so thoughtful and amazing; she brought Bean again to see me and she wrote me and my daughter the most beautiful card. Having preeclampsia and my baby coming so early because of that was very difficult, but having that little dog there meant the world to me. I will forever be grateful for the time we spent together. I have a little sticker with Bean's face on my fridge, and whenever I look at it, I remember how happy I was when she was with me. Visiting Paws and Bean is the crucial thing for anyone struggling and just wanting to have a normal feeling about life outside of the hospital. T.St.

100 MILLION NEGATIVE STARS!! I don't even know where to…read morestart. ( This is going to be a long one, but make sure you read ALL of this, it may be the difference between life and DEATH. ) In chronological order, my boyfriend and I had always thought this was a great hospital, soley based on the ER wait time and the sheer size of the facility. So when he had an aneurysm rupture January 6th, 2025, this hospital being less than 10 minutes from his home, would have seemed to be a great option... THAT COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN MORE WRONG! The backstory is that I had a severe AVM brain hemorrhage when I was 16. I died three times before I even made it to Jefferson, I went brain dead there, I spent two weeks in a coma, a month and a half in the ICU, with less than a 1% chance of survival, and emergency surgeries every single day. That was over TWENTY YEARS AGO when today's medical advancemens had not yet been utilized, in a hospital that was much LESS modern and equipped than Virtua. Yet my doctors saw fit to actually treat me, and I am here 22 years later. David Chapman, the brightest light in this entire world, the whole of my existence, and honest-to-God walking angel on earth, WAS NOT EVEN TREATED, NOT EVEN ADMITTED, NOT OPERATED ON, THOUGH HE WAS STILL ALIVE WHEN HE ARRIVED. They did a simple brain scan and declared there was nothing to be done, without even trying. *( MY doctors said the same about me, but as soon as they drained the blood off my brain, they realized they were wrong. )* THEY DID NOTHING FOR HIM. THEY LET HIM LIAY THERE WITHOUT ANY INTERVENTION, TURNED OFF HIS LIFE SUPPORT, AND WATCHED HIM DIE FOR 4 HOURS. To add insult to an already unbearable injury, I was hit and ran over by a car on December 13th of 2025. I am disabled on my left side, and this car completely crushed my right foot, causing it to turn sideways. I spent a hellish week in a bed in virtua, after sitting all night waiting for a bed in excruciating pain, in the very spot where the love of my life was left to die in the ER. Not only were the nurses and the completely inept and unknowlegable, regarding my medication, but one of them ( PEARL) sat there and argued with me about it for an hour, to the point that she called security on me, even though I did not raise my voice once. She then she proceeded to LIE to me and told me the floor doctor said her directions were correct. I spoke to the doctor the next day, and she said she was completely unaware of the entire situation. THREE days after the SIX broken bones in my foot, I had to CONSTANTLY fight off one person after another, who wanted me to get up and walk on it even though I was wearing a splint. They would NOT LET ME SPEAK TO THE ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR WHO EVALUATED MY X RAYS, and their STUPIDITY AND BELIGERENCE deepened even further when they demanded I put my sideways splinted foot inside a CAM boot. I refused because I was well aware this was completely INSANE MALPRACTICE, so they threatened to kick me out. I had to file an APPEAL, AND SEARCH ON MY OWN FOR THE DOCTOR'S NUMBER BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. He sent his resident to speak with me, and I explained the situation. He took one look at me and shook his head, saying "There is no way you're standing up or walking on this, and there is no logical possibility of putting a splint inside of a CAM boot." After a week of physical and mental TRAUMATIZATION from the staff, I was transferred to an inpatient facility, and was not medically allowed to weightbear for over a MONTH. At this moment, 3 months later, I am still medically required to bein a CAM boot, and cannot walk more than a few steps. Virtua would have caused me permanent and extreme damage to my foot, which is my body's entire weight-bearing and balancing system, causing all SIX fractures to immediately break AGAIN. DO NOT. EVER. GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! DO NOT. EVER. TRUST THEM WITH ANYONE'S MEDICAL CARE!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL JUST AS SOON LET YOU DIE, AND BUTCHER YOUR BODY, AS LOOK AT YOU!!! THIS ENTIRE FACILITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE IN GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP.!!!!!!

I swore I'd never go back, but as the only pediatric urgent care around I was desperate 2 weekends ago. I took my now 2 year old there with an appointment, and still was not seen for 2 1/2 hours. By the time the doctor finally checked her out she spent all of 3 minutes with her (asking a 2 year old to produce a cough, which she could not since she is a 2 year old) before telling me to give her honey, and to come back in a few days if her cough and lethargy are not better. I ended up taking her to her pediatrician and she has pneumonia and was promptly put on antibiotics. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible experiences both times. Go to the ER or wait until you can have your child seen by their pediatrician.

They just sent me an email notification at 9:30pm on Thursday night that I owed money with no dates of when the service was or what was done that day. In this email the corporate office will charge my credit card on Sunday. Such a short notice! Now I'm trying to call the corporate office today which is Friday to get this all cleared up. And it's been a hassle trying to get through to them! It's been many months since I've been there. Couldn't they have called??!! This place seemed to be ok, but now I don't want to go back there if this is how they're going to operate! I also have to add that I called my insurance company to verify the claims and one of them was for last year in February 2023. P.m. Pediatrics never sent me a bill! They submitted it within a few days to insurance company, but what is wrong... that they can't send the bill! I guess the receptionist's at this place in Turnersville are becoming totally bad. I'm never going back to this place. If I have a serious problem, I'll go to the ER.

I always go back to Dr. A and here is why: he is in this for the long haul. He listens to me and spends time with me and most importantly, I get the results I want. ONE time I didn't and after I connected with him on it, he made it right. We're all spending money we don't have on aesthetics, so go to someone honest. I've asked other Drs. how they mix their botox & they blew me off. Dr. A explained it to me, and of all of them, for whatever reason his lasts the best on me. It IS true that results vary on people but his lasts longer than 3 months for me which is one big reason I return. He's updated his staff and office because he listens. A very sincere medical practicioner who has a great knack for this- compares with any cosmetic surgeon I've gone to & overpaid for. Another thing he does which none of the others did- he documents amount of product you get on which parts of your face! I know exactly how much botox I got on my forehead on which date which is incredibly practical because we look back on those to tweak on future visits. Bottom line, you will get results there for less and he is authentic enough to try to correct anything you are unhappy with.

I am currently sitting in the office writing this review. I absolutely dread coming here. My appointment always takes about two hours to finish. Example.......today's appointment time is 1:45pm. Current time is 3:05 and I still have not been seen. Very typical experience. When Dr. A comes to see me he will ask a few questions. Then he will put his recording g device on and dictate his office visit note. Depending on the visit he might MIGHT do an actual exam. Then when you leave 2-3 hours later--it is a given that you have to call back because he forgot to call in one of my needed prescriptions. Just awful!!! Calling insurance once I am done here to get a new doctor.
