This is usually my first choice for urgent care if I can't see my personal family physician It's usually very quick . Easy in and out When you're not feeling well and get left in the room for 45 mins , is NOT acceptable! Keisha brought me into the room and took my vitals very sweet ! The doctor on the other hand was very curt and denied she forgot me . ( Dr Odell) I know damn right well I was forgotten A patient that came in after me was seen before me and our before me This office was not busy at that particular time When I needed a doctor's note to return to work the girl at the front desk seemed annoyed to have to do it,I understand the computers were down when I first arrived, but they were up when I was leaving. She said she had to put all my information in manually before she could print it out. Ok..... So do it! Doesn't the patient come first??? I ended up with a hand written note ( which is fine) I was just in your facility with my grandson and had a wonderful experience Hopefully this will never happen again read more

The most dismissive group of people. A total waste of time. Will NEVER go there again. went there for a cold that was triggered by a bee sting and was given a COVID test instead and told to take tylenol . I notified them that i took the Covid Vaccine already. After the test came back negative i called them just to see if after ruling that out they would have other suggestion. the person on the phone told me rather rudely that they would provide all information on the login they gave me. Which only had the negative Covid test results. Complete waste of my time copay and i am sure would send a hefty bill to my insurance for recommending a Covid test. read more

The receptionists are very rude. Told you have to go back to your car to sign in through your phone then wait there until they call you. When you are sick with a 103 fever, you do not feel like sitting in your car when it is 90 degrees outside or leave your car running for over an hour. Once seen by the doctor, you are handed a paper with a website circled to find your lab results. read more

I've only been here once and sadly will never go back. When I first walked in, the place is very nice, ten times nicer than any other urgent care I have been too (but there is a reason for this). My experience there was okay, nothing special but they did fix my illness. Well after it all, I received a bill in the mail for it since my insurance only covers a percentage of urgent care (I am used to this since I've been to others). Well this bill caught me off guard because it was 3 times more than any other bill. After looking more, I realized that this urgent care charges over 3 times more than an other urgent care I have been too for a doctor visit. Now I knew why the place was so nice (and also empty because I am sure everyone knows to stay away). Well it was a learning experience for me, now I know that all urgent cares don't charge around the same since this place charges an absurd amount and obviously doesn't let you know ahead of time. I also now know to never step foot in this place again. I actually think it may cost the same to go there as it does to get an ambulance ride to the ER. read more

Went there because i felt sick on 12/26 : sore throat, eyes watering, cough, ears aching, nose burning/clogged and body aching. Was told I have a cold and treat it with over the counter medicine for symptoms. I understand not passing out antibiotics like candy but I'm over 40 and know my body. Now two days later I'm coughing up yellow and green phlegm and blowing my noise with yellow phlegm coming out. Again maybe the Dr didn't see anything but than I get a follow up call and ask if I'm doing well and I call back and tell them I feel worse and the person that answered the phone said I will tell the doctor and hung up! Didn't ask my name or what was the problem or even cared! If you want to be taken seriously and not like money go somewhere else. I'll never recommend this place again. Even with really good insurance I still had a $70 co-pay. I figured I wouldn't mind paying that since there are "real ER doctors here". My hospital ER co-pay is $100. I took a chance because I was uncomfortable with my son being so sick & it was a holiday weekend, it was a long 4 days & he had been sick on & off for about 4 weeks. I didn't want to wait another day to take him to his doctor, yet felt it was unnecessary to take him to ER. So he was examined by this doctor for all of 3 minutes. Understandable. My son had all the signs & symptoms of a nagging cough/cold/allergies with non threatening fever. But the issue that I had was that it was persistent. I heard him wheeze the night before and whatever was wrong with him was only getting worse, not better. The doctor told me to be patient, kids get sick, wait it out, yada yada. Fine. I left not feeling comfortable. I had the "hypochondriac Mom" label on me when I left. I was very frustrated. One, because I spent $70 to be told he was fine. Two, because maybe I just felt they could have done SOMETHING else..... So of course since my instincts told me something was still wrong...I take him back to his pediatrician who then nose swabs him for bacterial infections that I've never heard of. Sure enough he tested positive for one & needed to be put on a strong antibiotic right away. I know doctors aren't perfect but for $70, for a place that wasn't crowded and especially for my 3 year old who has been sick but "appeared" to be in good spirits maybe a little more effort would have gone a longer way. I went in for a tb and physical for my new job because I am just moving to Sicklerville so the quickest place I could get this done from I assumed was urgent care which I had done before.... So I went in on Thursday received the first dose of my tb shot all was fine I was told by the doctor who administered the shot she would see me Saturday for the physical and reading so I assumed all was good so I went back Saturday morning the place was closed!!!!! Now this is supposedly a 7 days a week care facility!!! But things happen I get that so I went again on Sunday morning number one i wasn't seen privately a nurse looked at my arm at the desk and wrote on my paper the negative results then she gave the paper back I said wait I am also here for the physical and she said the doctor said NO because he is not your primary care physician!!!! Question? Is he the primary of any of the emergency patients he sees throughout the day??? I assume not! So I was turned away for the physical! Why administer my TB shot but say no physical why touch me at all then! They don't know what they are doing at all!!!! The girl at the desk was nice but she looks like she is a little taken back by this places antics too! My myself nor my family would never go here even in the case of an emergency! I went in to get checked for some back and breathing problems. I told them I had pain in the left part of my back and that when I breathed in and out the pain in my back worsened making it difficult to breath without hurting. pain was always a 10/10. I gave them all the details and how I didn't know exactly what I did, but how long it was going on for, what I was taking etc etc. I will admit they got me in pretty fast tho, but maybe to fast. The doctor after doing his checkup and knowing my problems the doctor was in and out of the room within 3 min tops. 3 min, barley asked questions barley even checked me out it seemed like. He ends up prescribing me lidocaine patches and ibuprofen, and then quickly sends me on my way. And Obviously that does jack squat. Pain continues and worsens throughout the day. Gets to the point we're I'm hardly able to breathe cause when I do it feels like I'm getting hit by a truck. Decides it's time to do something and Go to Jefferson hospital. Tell them the exact same thing i Told earlier and I'm put through all these tests and get bloodwork's and urine samples, and find out I have an infection and cavitary lesion of the lung. luckily I didn't trust this shit hole urgant care from the start and went to the hospital or I could've been way worse within days read more

Had to visit the Urgent Care center in Sicklerville,NJ on 5-5-2018. I was greeted by very friendly staff and efficiently processed for my visit with Dr. Crudele who examined me and ordered x-rays and a prescription for my condition. I did not have an appointment and was very grateful to receive the care and attention for what was a "walk-in" situation. Julie and Lyndsay were professional and courteous and kind. They even called the next morning to see how I was doing. I was truly impressed by the service and knowledgeable representatives in this facility. The facility was empty and clean, however, the staff is not well versed in how to deal with workman's compensation visits and it cost me an additional week of pain and stress. I ended up getting approved to go to another facility and my experience was 100 times better. read more

I understand that healthcare is a business in this country rather than a human right. I also understand that doctors are overworked and tired. I think, though, that when you are suffering and vulnerable that you should be treated with dignity and respect. I visited AlantiCare because I was having trouble breathing last Wednesday. I had had a long and stressful day and was exposed to many allergens (including my sister's cats) and lots of emotional stresses. Yes, I came into urgent care at 10:30 and, yes, they close at 11. The doctor, Susan Hinchliffe, treated me like an utter moron. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times which is unprofessional, to say the least. She focused on the fact that I had been to my sister's house (with cats!) like I was some dumb piece-of-crap. She told me not to go to my sister's house in the future and suggested "meeting her for lunch". My little sister is pregnant and suffering through a rough-patch, you better believe I will go to my sister's house you vile-beast-woman. She prescribed me freaking prednisone immediately, which I expressed reservations about taking. I don't think the first course of action should have been prescribing me a strong steroid with iatrogenic side-effects. She dismissed my concerns. Hey, Dr. Hinchliffe, look-up the word "iatrogenic" it means "of or relating to illness caused by medical examination or treatment."--that's right, I have an advanced degree, too! My degree is in anthropology and one of my specialties is medical anthropology and the treatment of vulnerable patients. Maybe you should take a course in that and learn how to talk to people with respect when they are going through a stressful time and feel vulnerable. Maybe you should take MY COURSE. Anyway, my visit cost $100 and I was left with a bottle of prednisone and a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks for the memories. read more

I would NOT recommend anyone to visit this urgent care facility for any kind of medical concern. While the staff is very nice, professional, and friendly, the doctors are rude, in a rush, unprofessional, arrogant, and lack even the slightest bed side manner. Just left after a visit for my husband. He has been experiencing extreme ear pain for 3 days- unable to sleep, in pain to eat, and his ear is not only red and swollen, but extremely sore to the touch. I thought it could be an infection, so i insisted we visit urgent care, just in case it was an infection, and because of the possibility it could spread to other parts of the body. Granted, I do not have a medical degree, however, i am still a reasonably educated person, and i do not appreciate having anyone treat me like an idiot, or an annoyance. We both work hard to be able to pay for the 'good' health insurance we have- which we rarely ever have to use. But the one time we do need to take advantage of it, we left feeling what a waste of time and our hard earned money it was. What is it about doctors that make them feel so superior to the rest of the population? So arrogant that if you even think to question them or their diagnosis, somehow you become the asshole in the situation? The doctor touched and prodded a few places in and around my husbands ears and face. Spent all of three minutes doing that. Goes on to say how he is convinced my husband's problem is not in his ear, but in his jaw, and he would prescribe steroids to resolve it. Continues with he must grind his teeth at night(he doesnt!). Half way into his half ass explanation, my husband interjects to say that he still thinks the pain is in relation to his ear, not his mouth- not in an argumentative way- but just to confirm, verify, and ensure all potential health risks have been explored. The doctor gets up, washes his hands, and exits the room, immediate upon my husband speaking. Doctor says nothing. Comes back in the room a few minutes later, says "it was good to meet you" and hands my husband a prescription for ear drops. When we begin to question him, why he left, where the steroid prescription is, and a couple other questions, the doctor just says "im not here to argue with you- you think its your ear, i know its not, but here is your eardrops". Okay asshole, we werent arguing with you, but even if we were, we pay damn good money into our health insurance, and if we want to dispute what you are saying, you get paid well enough to hear us out. We left urgent care with an unclear, uncomfortable, and unexplained diagnosis, and a prescription that we have zero confidence will work. The doctor was spiteful and didnt even finsh our conversation, or go the extra mile to prescribe both the ear drops and the steroids. Once we questioned him, the conversation was over, and was not going back to it. Simply said "well come back when you know its not you ear and ill get you the steroids". Really?! No one- under any medical condition, no matter how minor or severe, should be treated like this. We are human beings- we face medical concerns, and although we are not the experts, we are the patients and our voices should be heard. The medical industry has gone from a service to keep people healthy and safe, to a business that is strictly about making money, and making friends with the big pharm companies, to in turn, make more money. greedy and rude. read more

I've been there a total of three times already and each experience was just as good if not better than the other. Took my fiancé here for a skin ailment. He was terribly uncomfortable and itchy. Dr. Talotta came in for 90 seconds, didn't even look at him and just said it was allergy-related. When the Prednisone he prescribed didn't work, I got him an appointment with another doctor who was much more thorough and even did a few tests right in the office to try and figure out what it was. on 6/22/2022 i was seen at this locations urgent care. i had respiratory issues/ asthmatic recovering from having covid over 30+ days. i had previously been to er + had family doctor call in meds all that did not resolve the issue so i came to urgent care to avoid another er visit and some resolution to the chest pain i was having. i was given a chest x-ray with no other treatment and told they can not do anything for me and to go over to the er they thought i needed a ct since i had chest pain for over 30 days after covid. i was billed $250 and was told they can do nothing and sent me to er. i later received a receipt/ statement that stated my bill should have been $161.24 after a "uninsured adjustment" i called to clarify should i be given a refund of the difference since i was shown a bill in the mail for less then what i paid. i first dealt with billing who pushed for me to call the site directly if i had a possible refund/ or dispute with billing. i called an spoke to tiffany leone in their office staff who asked me to email her a copy of what i got in the mail and she would get her supervisor to take a look at it and call me back. 1 week then went by with no call or response either by phone and/or email from the supervisor i was promised a call back from. i then called again today and tiffany leone stated she did get a response from a supervisor named denise henderson but that she would not be calling me back that tiffany was to tell me there would be no credit issued back to me. tiffany then stated i was billed as a tier 3 visit and i asked her to clarify why & how does the tier system work since i was told to go to the er and that they could not help me. she then became unprofessional with an attitude and advised shes not going to explain any further that there will be no refund and again stated a supervisor would not be calling me back. she advised that i signed stating i accepted a tier 3 bill so i asked can i see a copy of the contract that i signed. she told me to create an account and go onto my chart in which i did and there is no signature to be found. when a patient calls to clarify misbilling and ask to explain thier tier system they should use the proper phone etiquette and have patience to explain. when a patient ask to speak to a supervisor they should not be denied that right. when a person is charged for the highest "tier" of a bill and no treatment was given other then be told sorry we can not help you please proceed to the emergency room, i would have to say i do not agree with what has transpired and the level of treatment i was given. i do not recommend going to this location as clearly billing is a big issue and when mistakes happen they are not willing to correct them. also the supervisor who neglect to return phone calls should teach her staff proper phone ettiquette to speak on her behalf and learn to have patience to deal with patience who may have questions. read more

Due to the recent start of Obama Care my husband works for a company that does not offer insurance so he signed up and received united health care. Today I took him in due to him having something in his eye (he works for a restoration company dealing in mold and fire ect.) We were told they do not accept united health care through NJ/Obama Care because they "don't have a contract". If he wanted to be seen it would be 150 out of pocket which we do not have at the moment due to me being on maternity leave with our two month old. To me this is unacceptable. What is the point in enrollment in Obama Care and having insurance when places like this urgent care do not accept it? Get with the program guys, and try to smile a bit more while you're at it. This place is amazing! I was extremely sick for two days with a high fever, body aches, head ache with vomiting and diarhea. I was going to go to the emergency department but feared the long wait and cold environment. My neighbor encouraged me to go to Cross Keys Urgent Care and I am so happy I went. The place is beautiful, I didn't need an appointment and the staff was so nice caring for me immediately. I didn't have to wait to see the doctor (he was an ER doctor), he ordered IV fluids and lab testing. The nurse gave me medications through the IV that stopped my body aches, head ache and nausea. My lab worked showed I was dehydrated and had the flu. I left a little over an hour later feeling so much better and continued to improve the next day. They even called me the next day to asked how I was doing and if I had questions! read more

This was my 2nd trip to Cross Keys Urgent Care. The first time was fine. There was not a long wait and the staff was personable and helpful. This time however was the complete opposite. I waited an hour before seeing Dr. Joseph Stegmuller. He was extremely rude! He showed no interest in hearing about my respiratory history. Although I was having difficulty breathing, he did not give me a nebulizer treatment. When I tried to explain that I am usually precribed Prednisone to open my airways. He told me to take Aleve! So I waited an hour, paid a $40 copayment and received no plausible treatment. I still had to go to another care facility, pay another copay and another wait. The physician at Virtual prescribed the medication I needed as well as treating me as an intelligent adult. Next time I'll go there first. read more
