Hubby and I attended a wedding and the reception took place at Atlantis Banquet Hall. They have their own parking lot which was great. However, not a whole lot of parking spaces. I'm glad we got there early so we can snatch one up. The stairs! Ugh! There are a few flights of stairs that you have to walk up to enter. So that wasn't the best wearing heels. While we were waiting in the car, we saw an older gentleman take a bad tumble down the stairs. So just be careful! They do have a lift/ elevator type of thingy. But it's super slow and it looks like maybe only two people can fit at a time. I think it's really meant for handicaps. When we entered the venue, it was pretty spacious. The tables were nicely set, the DJ was set, the photo booth was set, and the bar was set. The chairs were a bit dirty with stains on them which kind of ruined it for me. The area where the food buffet was very tight with hardly any wiggle room. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of room to dance on the dance floor. They seem to have all the necessary items needed for the outside vendors. The lighting was nice and the staff seemed nice. This wouldn't be my choice, but again, as long as the bride and groom were happy. read more

I just celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday at Atlantis banquet Hall. I was so amazed on how everything turned out. I can't thank Diana enough for making sure that the event came out exactly how I envisioned it. Everything was so BEAUTIFUL! My family and friends were amazed how everything was so organized. Wow, what an amazing experience renting Atlantis Banquet Hall for a baby shower. I'm writing this review because I feel compelled to really show my appreciation to the staff that went above and beyond from what I was expecting. First off the manager Diana is who you want to deal with. She took time to really made the decorations personable and really clean the place the place. They have a kitchen that is able to have catering posible. In addition, she provided an affordable package that included chairs, decorations, security, candy table, and of course hospitality. At any rate, thanks again for the experience and the extras you included. My deepest thanks from my family to yours. I can see myself resenting this space again for a bigger function like a party or a quinceañera. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would! I had my wedding here and it was horrible! The staffing stole food from us and tried stealing alcohol at the end of the night! We tried contacting the hall for security footage to see who stole it and then they lied saying a family member took it when none of my family nor guest saw either of the appetizers that we provided. STAY AWAY!!! On top of them attempting to steal alcohol and actually stealing our food the staff was super rude!!! On my own wedding day giving the bride and my family (father ,uncles, grandparents) attitude and not allowing us to gather our things from behind the bar! You're better off going to another hall. My dad has a bad back and needed help picking up the remainder of our things and refused to allow him to use the elevator. read more

Let me just say WOW. Such a beautiful location and such wonderful helpful people. I couldn't have picked a better location for my wedding. Everything was gorgeous and truthfully the venue didn't need much decor. The venue itself has a rustic look and they have done lots of upgrades. Luisa and Diana made my wedding day so smooth and easy. Their vendors are great!!! From the photo booth to the food to the main table decor. Marissas Cakes ( Downey) was my vendor for my cake, it was delicious. I wouldn't recommend ordering cookies from her tho. The cookies were not good at all. But overall such a beautiful venue. My brother in law had 2 event here before so we like the place, four years ago we had my daughters Quinceañera here and it's was a beautiful event, Diana and Luisa and Diana's son were the best. I set up an appointment on Tuesday for another Quinceañera for another of my daughters and we meet with Lucas, such a bad experience, they email me a price for a little below 8000 dollars, Lucas was giving us a standard price of 8900, I ask to see a break down of the prices because we wanted to upgrade tables, chair and everything like we did the last time, Lucas did not seat with us to Govea us a break down on prices for all up grades he told my wife and I that I needed to sign a contract with him first and then we could do the upgrades, very rude person he was treating us as if we were begging for discounts, he was super rude so we decided to leave and we just ask him to please had Luisa or Diana to call us, he told us that they were not going to call us that we had to deal with him so we just left. He call me today and hang up on me, so I return the call and I said I had a miss call, I thought it would be Luisa or Diana but it was Lucas. I ask if he had pass on my message for them to call me and he said he had already spoke with Luisa and Diana and they were not going to call me back, I had their cell phones from my first event to I try to reach them directly but but number were answer by Lucas and he call me again super rude telling me they were going to call me so I just told him I would take my business somewhere else! Such a bad experience, they will loose business with such a rude sales man! read more

Right when I walked in, I already fell in love with the place. The ceiling and the way they designed it, I can just pictured how I wanted to look for my wedding. They have most of the thing we needed. Luisa helped us. She was very nice and gave us a lot of details. Easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Beautiful Hall, amazing and friendly staff. The team is very flexible with a payment plan. I had to plan a sweet 16 remotely, and they definitely made it a breeze. I was overwhelmed with all the different items I had to take care of. But Having this particular hall, with Diana and Joey....it was just amazing. The planning was made easy by them. They are very well organized and very patient. While I was taking care of different aspects of the party...they literally took care of EVERYTHING else...from napkin designs to layout, silverware, glasses, displays...ALL OF IT! The day of, we had a small projector issue and Diana took initiative to take care of it! While the party was running she got an alternative solution and came to the rescue in a timely manner. No one even noticed. The level of professionalism is above and beyond. It was easy to text them at any hour and they responded promptly. You can literally trust the entire team with any of your events needs. The security team was phenomenal! They did a periodic scan and ensured everyone and everything was running smoothly. Bartenders were so quick and did a great job! At the end, some of my guests left things behind and everything was held for us. Would definitely recommend this hall! Private parking lot too! This place was Rages prices ... they just trying to make a quick buck my girl had her daughter party there people were late to set up a hole hour late on are dime and want to throw every one out early when I went to have a sit down the lady Diana set up appointment and was one hour late because she forgot so when I called her she she said she thought it was at a later time and if we could wait cuz she having tacos wow it was a wast of it she stared offer us the most expensive one and keep forgetting the date at least had to remind her 5 of are date it seem she was trying to get here cut no I would recommend this place bad business read more

Just had my event this weekend at Atlantis Banquet Hall, and I can honestly say I am not only satisfied but amazed at the professionalism and dedication of the staff to help my event run smoothly. Staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond to do their job! I held my daughter's quince here and everyone loved it. It was a beautiful space and it was a bit expensive and varies on your budget, but I wouldn't have change this venue because they definitely provided the experience she had always dreamed of for her quinceañera. I hosted my company's anniversary event at this venue. I must say I was blown away with the decor. Inside was very nicely planned out and the tables were evenly spaced and proportionally set so when I was sitting I didn't feel like I was pressing against the person next to me. I hired the even coordinator that works at the hall and I must say the food was succulent. I'm not going to lie, I am a very picky person. The stage/dance floor was perfectly sized for all of our guest and dj. I loved the modern look. Stage wise was pretty big you can easily add a band to it if you wanted to. Parking lot was huge and felt very secure knowing my car was in a secured lot. Everything was exactly what I hoped it would be. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone that wants to have a party or some sort of reception here. You will have an enjoyable time. Took a tour of the banquet hall, and am simply amazed by how huge it is! It's a great location for events since it's got it's own private parking lot in the back, and I can see the place having several different layouts. When you walk up the stairs into the hall, it's set up like an auditorium with a high stage overlooking a wooden floor. There are rooms to either side, and bathrooms for guests or perhaps performers. A huge plus is the hall has huge, bright windows. Would be great for indoor shots and even at sunset. I highly recommend dropping by for a tour, staff is super friendly. read more

I hosted my graduation party here on a Friday in the month of May 2015 and I have to say it was a joyous experience. First, the hall is beautiful boasting various amenities that enhance the patrons experience. The hall has a bar equipped with several refrigerators, prep areas, and lighting system. Their service was awesome!!! I have nothing negative to report! They gave me plenty of time to make payments, plenty of time to set up the day before! I had my wedding reception on May 5, at this hall. The space itself is amazing! My husband and I loved the way they decorated the place and we felt like we didn't have to add too much more! We worked with a couple of people while booking with them and I will say Diana and Luisa tried their best to make sure our day was special and great! Their packages are amazing and you can not beat the prices at all for everything you get! There were some hiccups though, the waiters were way behind on serving the food unfortunately people did complain about that, and we didn't have any champagne during our toast which should've been out because the hall had our timeline:-( also our snapchat filter didn't have my husbands correct name and our chalkboard had the incorrect name as well. Diana was able to fix the board for us but our snapchat filter it was too late to fix :-( . In your package deal you also get to have photo booth that was great, but the guy that ran it I heard was rude to a few of my family members about a table he thought he should be able to use! Those were the only things that really were a problem. Diana was so sweet to us tho because we didn't have enough cups as we did the BYO alcohol deal and she was really sweet and let us use what they had in their inventory! Like I said the place is amazing and the two ladies were so helpful (thank you guys!) but it would've been great if we had better waiter service and a better photo booth guy. read more

I live close by so wanted to plan a sweet 15 for my daughter I called multiple times left messages and no one ever called back so I figured they probably just closed the place down. Finally I spoke to a lady there were she quoted me a price that seemed awesome so I had to check out the place, I got there no one showed up, I called over and over and no one answered again. Five starts for this place is not enough!!!! The service and flexibility they have for times to have parties is amazing. The place is a perfect size for any occasion. It has its private parking lot in the back which is good so guest do not leave their cars outside. The hall includes security guards who are very helpful through the event. They make sure everything is running smooth they give u the option whether u want the guest to have an invite or not which is good. There are many perks of getting this hall you get to bring your own food and alcohol of course you need a bartender but that is soenthing many people look for. There is nothing negative I have to say about this place it is just amazing I would definitely go back and have my next event here with no doubt. Also Gabriel who is the one is charge rents photo booths which made the party even more amazing all my guest loved it. Just ask for what you need and he will work with u to make you satisfied.
