Just had my kitchen counters installed by Atlantis Marble and Granite. Trying to purchase new counter tops during this difficult time has been stressful. I contacted many people during this process, some without reply and some not willing to work over the phone. Finally, I made a connection with Rosanna and I told her what I was looking for and she was more than happy to accommodate me any way she could. I sent her our new kitchen design and she promptly came back with some suggestions of what counter tops would be a beautiful addition to our new kitchen design. With many phone calls and text during the week to finalize how I wanted to proceed and the product that would work best with our kitchen design, I made an appointment with her team to finalize the deal. . A nice young member of their team came and re-measured everything, and it was the same measurements that Rosanna had worked out and once we agreed to proceed and worked on the best layout plan, he proceeded with making the templates. He was very professional and skilled at his job. Rosanna was the best and the service was prompt and contact was exceptional. The experience was wonderful from the time we went to the showroom for product review & quotes to after installation when they followed-up to see how things went and how we felt. In our first visit we had lots of questions and a strict budget and they found a great solution and stayed past their closing time to help us. Once we decided on Atlantis, they provided us the location for us to view the full slab of the quartz we picked out . Atlantis also provides a new sink with the countertop and we wanted one that was deeper than what they usually include so they got what we wanted at no additional charge. We also needed low VOC materials so they provided low VOC caulking and adhesives at no extra charge. We had a hiccup that was our own issue but they worked around it very courteously and did not charge us extra. Since we were also getting a new floor in the kitchen, we were unsure if the dishwasher would fit under the new countertop at the current height. So, they came out and removed the countertop on a separate trip so we could adjust things accordingly before they installed the new countertop. They usually remove the old countertop the same day as installation of new countertop. The installers were very attentive and careful and did a great job. We had never been through this experience before and would highly recommend Atlantis for great price, great product, and outstanding service!!! read more

I live near Atlantis' showroom and just stopped in one day to buy a marble counter for my master bathroom. I met with the owner, and he helped me pick a beautiful stone for my master. When I was ready to install granite in my guest bathroom and my laundry room, I went back to Atlantis and chose a stone called Super White Quartzite for my guest bath and went with a leathered granite for my laundry room. The template guy was punctual, respectful of my house and looked professional. The installers arrived inside their 3 hour arrival window and at least one of them spoke English and understood what I wanted. They drilled the holes for my faucets on site and installed my sinks. They left the areas clean and did not damage any of my cabinetry. I have read the poor review for Atlantis and I can say that my experience with this company, the owner, and the installers was nothing like his. I have recommended this company to my friends, who have used Atlantis for their countertop projects, and they had the same wonderful experience that I did. I have even recommended them to my mother-in-law! My experience with this company and all of the staff has been exceptional. I will use them in the future for my last bathroom counter. (My kitchen already had granite when we bought our house, or I would be buying that from them too!). Please give them a call if you want natural stone countertops! read more

Could not have been happier with their service. Had to make a last minute change in the counter design and the people i had been planning to use jacked their quote up so high it forced us to look elsewhere. With the assistance of our interior decorator we found Atlantis. The gave me a quote within hours based on my square footage estimate, and locked up the granite slabs we wanted (you need your fabricator to reserve particular slabs). We were on a tight time frame, and Atlantis delivered. They came quickly to measure and lowered our quote based on their more accurate measurement. Then they installed on time and it looked great. Their customer service was great, both installation and office staff. E.g., we had bought an over the counter Kohler sink before we planned on changing the counter top, as they were fabricating they asked if we wanted the sink undercounted. We didn't know that was an option and gave an absolute yes! We had one item that required follow up after installation, not due to any error but simply because there were two ways to handle one small corner edge (as to which adjoining straight line to continue), Our designer said to adjust the corner. Atlantis was very prompt when they gave me a quote and were very easy to work with when I changed my mind multiple times. Their salesperson met me at several stone yards to help me pick out exactly what stone would be suitable. Because I already had countertops and this job involved a lot of demolition, I was very concerned about someone tearing up my kitchen and baths. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the crew that Atlantis sent. Although they were 15 minutes late in showing up, they called to let me know that they were on the way and explained when they would arrive. I thought I would have a problem when I changed my mind and wanted a cut out for a soap dispenser. The workers went to their truck and came back and cut the hole and installed the soap dispenser with NO PROBLEM. This was a very pleasant surprise! The bathroom countertops were not ready at the same time as the kitchen countertops because I was very particular about what kind of sink that I wanted. The sinks were on backorder from another company but when they arrived, the granite was installed the next week. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Atlantis! We were in the market to update our kitchen countertops and thought by visiting a local big box store we would get a better deal. After a visit to two of them we realized the service was subpar due to just the interaction and that we wouldn't see our granite before installation. The big box stores only have small samples on the wall. When we walked into Atlantis, Casey was very helpful and walked us through the whole process. We told her our price range and she only showed us large slabs (not samples!! yay) that fell within our budget. She also suggested we look at a granite yard close by to see if they had what we were looking for. We found a beautiful slab and Atlantis did all the work of getting it to their shop, fabricating it and setting up the install time. Installation day was very professional and the guys, Tharik and Corey, helped to demo our pre-existing countertops and carefully brought in the new ones. We were pleased with the work and love our new countertops. They even installed the sink and cut the hole for our new faucet. Love this place! They actually have a store where I can go and look at stuff. They've worked with me on several projects in my house. Great showroom where I can see the choices for my renovations. Also, salesperson met me at several stone yards so I could pick exactly what I wanted. Lady that came and measured my kitchen gave me a quote right then. My granite is absolutely lovely! I didn't know there were so many options and different colors. I chose a grey color which is gorgeous. The installers did a really good job getting everything in and taking my old counter top away. (Goodbye ugly counter top) From start to finish my counter top in the kitchen was complete in 10 days. That's from the time I picked out the granite until the installation. This place rocks! Atlantis Granite & Marble installed our granite double sink countertop in our master bathroom. Their price was extremely reasonable and they did not charge us extra for coming all the way out to Jackson County. We were able to go on a Saturday and pick out our granite slab and sinks. Atlantis always kept us informed on when they would be out to make the template and install the granite countertop. Corey and Jonathan did an excellent job installing the countertop with double sinks and it looks great! They were very friendly and punctual. We would always get a call prior to them coming. I needed granite soon! It was the one thing that just slipped through the cracks. When I explained my situation to Mike he reassured me that this was not the end of the world and there was no reason to fear my wife. My wife had a specific look in mind and Mike guided us to a slab yard that had exactly what she was looking for. We contracted with Atlantis Granite and Marble because we trusted them. The template guy came out the next day and our kitchen granite was installed much sooner than expected. I walked in randomly on a Saturday and was very impressed with the service and showroom. Canyon was great to work with and always timely with email replies. Everyone I encountered employed by this company were very courteous and customer service oriented. I purchased a Titan quartz fabricated to cover a 6 foot vanity I bought online that was delivered with a cracked marble top. Very responsive - assisted in finding marble desired for master bath countertop on a Saturday. Measured on Monday, selected the part of the slab I wanted on Wednesday, installed the next Monday. Installation - perfect - compensated for wall that was not square and caulked using the colors I wanted. We love our quartz counter tops. We selected it by just seeing a small sample and Mike and crew showed up maybe a couple weeks after that. I went to work that morning and came home at the end of the day and my, what a beautiful kitchen when I returned.
