He claimed in a text for $275 that he would do the following: "Reassembling…read morepumps plugs, filter check and BACKWASH if needed and removing any plugs in the returns as well as taking off the cover and folding it up and putting it away," - his EXACT text! When he got her today, he said he wasn't going to remove the plugs for that price, and said I should get someone else if I want to. So I am! I would just like to know how he could BACKWASH the pool if the plugs were not removed. What am I missing here?? I would never recommend him.

My bet is that her daddy gave her the business or her husband actually started the company? After about a month of poor communication and unprofessional behavior I was very hesitant to give them more money and terminated the contract. I called about the deposit and was told it would be issued via check. Over a month later, still no deposit, called for the 2nd time after a month and was met with rude and combative behavior by their clerk Ashley. Wasted enough time with these clowns, handing the matter over to the contractor board, possibly small claims court to follow. Ultimately went with a different contractor who has been fantastic to work with.
