After I finally had enough, I called and spoke with the office manager and followed up with an email. The response? The owner replied by email giving me a rundown on my account info. I'm sorry but my complaints warranted at least a phone call. The owner has a full-time job and this is his side hustle so perhaps that has something to do with it. I found Matt on Yelp, and he came out in the dark a couple days later to measure the size I would need. He showed me where to order the right liner to be sent to me, then came out and spent most of a Sunday installing it. He gave me instructions to replace a portion of the filter line, and stayed available to me via text until I got that fixed successfully. Hole in the filter put a TON of diatomaceous earth into my pool. Have you ever tried to get diatomaceous earth out of the pool? The worst. I sent lots of pictures to them trying to figure out why my pool wasn't clearing up as they had said it would "in a few days". There was no response Called Leslie's and they helped me diagnose the problem. Oh ya! I also had to buy a new PUMP motor. Too bad as I had high hopes for the couple. I paid them too quickly after the opening. Guess that's what they were mostly interested in. Not a good way to get return business.

For pool and concrete work I would suggest that you NOT use @Vision Pools and Concrete. I did, and…read moreit was a huge mistake, for multiple reasons. I should have realized this when they presented me with an 8 page contract, all protecting them. That contract noted a construction period of 6-8 weeks, but they would, on two occasions, disappear for a month at a time. We just terminated our relationship with them at the 6 month mark with the job not finished. The edges of the concrete pool border are rough and wavy. The vinyl liner they installed is incorrectly installed and has multiple areas covered in concrete sealer, as well as well as multiple areas of liner wrinkles. The pool steps are a mess. They cracked the skimmer in multiple areas but refuse to take responsibility for it unless I pay them more that I do not owe them and that they have no documentation that says otherwise, not to mention that the damage they have done to the pool and property and my equipment is significant. These type of quality complaints are not unusual for this company, which became a pool/concrete company 2 years ago. You can find more very similar comments if you check out reviews in the deck-building company that they were in the past named "Dream Decks" or "Atlantic Contracting;" all a problem. .... In short, I strongly advise you to avoid Vision Pools and Concrete, at all costs. We are now starting on a complete redo of this ineptly done construction project.
