He gave me instructions to replace a portion of the filter line, and stayed available to me via text until I got that fixed successfully. There was no response Called Leslie's and they helped me diagnose the problem. Oh ya! I also had to buy a new PUMP motor. Too bad as I had high hopes for the couple.
