Cars with tons of miles on them or way too new and out if our budget. Thankfully, we found a car from Wilde Honda and the stars aligned. My husband was in and out in a few hours making the entire process extremely painless, compared to past car buying experiences that were full day affairs. Their ability to properly handle all the paperwork in a timely fashion kept the ball rolling too, I say this as our last car buying experience in Tampa involved the dealer having to overnight us paperwork they forgot to give us. Great job guys! We will be back for another car.

The next day, I noticed the problem and reached out multiple times to my sales rep. He said he would talk to the paint department and sales manager to see what can be done. He never got back to me with any solution, so we flew back home with no resolution. I called back to the sales manager and stated I will be back in August. The sales manager noted the issue in my file and to bring it back when I am in town again. I did and after very little time and multiple people looking at it, they concluded there was nothing that could be done as it is a used vehicle. I was quoted $2,000 to have it repainted but I am having it done for less money elsewhere. No effort to even work with me on resolving the issue. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, customer service, and any interest in making it right. Matt

My first experience here was dropping off a car for service at that first experience mixed. Did they fix the car? Yes Were they courteous? No, well other than the young salesman, he was friendly. The sales manager told us we need to wait outside, unfriendly. We're waiting for our Uber to arrive to take us home after dropping off the car, but the dealership had just closed and he would not allow us to wait in the dealership until the Uber arrived. Although there were quite a few employees still roaming about them, trying to close a deal and get some other things done. So do I think I'll ever be back to buy a car? No, I'm 100% sure but I will not. Sales managers always seem to be the worst employees at any dealership. I don't know what it is about that job that either attracts these people or creates them. But over my years, dealing with many dealerships and buying many cars I will say that there are good sales managers out there there they're just very few and far between. The service advisor at first had the same attitude, short and abrupt, not friendly. Not forthcoming with any information we provided any details about when the car will be finished and no communication at all until the car was finished. Then he became quite friendly, letting us know the car was finished. I'd rather drive to another city and seek service or to buy a car than come to this dealership. Not because this dealership is terrible. I just don't want to go somewhere where they make no effort to make me feel like I'm a valued customer.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Toyota today (9/5/26), although I do want…read moreto give credit where it is absolutely deserved. I called Toyota on Wednesday at 10:02 AM to schedule my service appointment for today at 11:00 AM. The appointment was confirmed to me over the phone. When I arrived today, I was told by Bruce that I didn't have an appointment. I explained that I had called on Wednesday and showed him the call history on my phone. At one point, Bruce even insinuated that perhaps I had called the wrong Toyota location. I told him that I had called this particular Toyota branch and offered to show him the call on my phone. When I tried to show him, he wouldn't even look at my phone. He then asked if I had received a confirmation email, which I did not have with me. I later realized that the vehicle is registered under my husband's name, so the confirmation likely went to his phone number. Regardless, I had done my part--I called, scheduled the appointment, and was told it was confirmed. What bothered me most was Bruce's attitude. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, he was rude and dismissive. He essentially told me that it wasn't his fault and that customers who had appointments would be taken care of before me, even though I was standing there explaining that I HAD scheduled an appointment. I told him, "It's not my fault either." That seemed to be the point he completely missed. Mistakes happen. Technology issues happen. Scheduling errors happen. What shouldn't happen is making the customer feel like they are the problem, especially when they have clearly made an effort to schedule their appointment properly. A simple, "Let me see what I can do since you're already here," would have gone a long way. Thankfully, George Rodgers stepped in and was the complete opposite. He was kind, professional, patient, and actually made an effort to help me. He made the transition to getting my car serviced much easier and turned what started as a very frustrating experience into a much more positive one. George deserves recognition for his customer service. He treated me with respect and showed the kind of professionalism I would expect from Toyota. If everyone handled customers the way George did, this would have been a completely different experience. As for Bruce, I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how he speaks to and handles customers. Being busy or dealing with a scheduling issue is no excuse for being rude, dismissive, or making a customer feel like they are at fault for something that was not their fault. Thank you, George, for stepping in and helping me. You were the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.

The bait and switch kings at this dealership. My wife and I…read morepurchased a 2024 RAM 3500 truck on August 26th. The truck was advertised at $55,999. When I arrived, I liked the truck and started the process of purchasing the truck. After my salesmen and I discussed the pricing, the sales manager came over to the table and informed me that if I wanted wheels and tires, I needed to pay another $10,000. And if I wanted the 5th wheel hitch, I needed to pay an extra $2000. I was shocked by that and protested that those items were already on the vehicle as advertised. Then, the sales manager wrote down $58,900 as an out the door price and said he would go fight for me for that price "out the door." But, unfortunately, as the process continued, we were shifted from person to person and kept distracted and off balance. We went thru financing with the financial guy, and it was very confusing, and he was vague. He went very quickly, never told us our interest rate, and never informed us of a "special coating" that was previously installed on the truck, again already installed for the advertised price, and that he was signing us up for over $12,000 in extra warranties and add ons. Our out the door financing total was a whopping $68,634! Then we discovered the next day we had no financial paperwork included in what we were given, and the flash drive that was supposed to have all our warranty info on it was blank. We immediately started calling, texting, and emailing to ask for this information we were supposed to receive and discuss that evening of the 26th. After several attempts to get someone's attention at the dealership, two days later, we finally got the financial docs. At that point, we started questioning all the extra fees and add ons amounting over $12,000. After a few days of back and forth, we successfully canceled the 3 warranty policies issued. Then, we questioned the "special coating" charge of $2699.00. I have vehicles with protective coatings, and this truck doesn't show any of the typical signs that it has had anything other than maybe a wax job. Nothing anywhere near $2699 worth of work. I have asked the financial guy several times to remove this charge, as we never asked for it or even knew it was installed, but he has ignored me 100%. I also asked who else above him I could speak to about this, and he is also ignoring that request as well. The blatant disregard for customer concerns and the lack of caring has been shocking at Bella Nissan. We spent a lot of our hard earned money with Bella, and honestly, it feels like we were swindled, scammed, and the financing department withheld the proper paperwork so we wouldn't see the extra add on's. The state will also hear from us pertaining to the predatory leading practices and possibly elder fraud.
