Atlas cleaning crews are two or three women (haven't had a male so far), who arrive on time and are pleasant. The crews work efficiently and clean well. I wouldn't say they do a deep cleaning, but they are thorough, even cleaning toaster, toaster oven and appliances. You do need to book in advance, as they are busy. Usually, one of the ladies speaks English, but most of the ladies do not. It helps to be able to speak Spanish. Rates are fair. Please be sure to tip the crew. read more

Some of the team members are rough and have dinged walls, etc. They also move things (coat racks, etc.) and don't return them to their proper place. First I have to say I am all about punctuality as a mother of two little ones and three pets I can't have people who run late and take all day so Atlas Cleaning services is an A+ in my book. Jennie runs a tight ship. SHe always texts me the day before my scheduled day and makes sure it's still works and the girls shook up on time and 2 hours later are done. I was just surfing around Yelp, came across Atlas and started reading the reviews. I must say, I was really surprised at some of the negative remarks. Infact I have never written a review on here before, that's how strongly I feel about sharing my experience with Atlas! I have used them for many years and have never had a problem: maybe an issue or two, but NEVER a problem! I always get the same crew so they know what I like and they always do extra cleaning if I ask them to (with a smile on their face). The Owners have been so accommodating: because of my work, I am always changing my schedule at the last minute and Jennie has always been able to work with my me, without making me feel bad (very important as other cleaners act like they are doing me a favor!). If I ever do have an "issue" (which I rarely do), I just let Jennie know and she takes care of it. I'm very pleased with Atlas and they have ALWAYS come through for me, I feel very valued! read more

We had an Atlas crew clean a 1100 sq ft condo where we needed general cleaning but also removing cat fur everywhere. They were on time, finished when they said they would, did a thorough job dusting, vacuuming floor and in and all around the sectional couch, mopping, wiping down kitchen and bath cabinets,etc.... no cat fur left anywhere!
