After the recent heavy rains, water got into the wall down to the floor. Unfortunately I was not aware of it until a musty smell started to permeate the closet, and then I noticed the wall was moldy and a bit damp. Servpro, specifically Nima, came out assessed the amount of damage and their team was quickly out and on it. The damage was more than expected but they did their best not to disrupt our lives. When requested, recommendations for asbestos testing and contractors where given quickly. Since all water damage was by rain storm and an old roof, we knew the insurance company would not cover it, so considering all this was out of pocket, the price was within range of everyone else. Overall very professional and worth it when the emergency occurs.
