We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service.
