Jonathan was the field service tech and he carefully worked with each duct and had vacuumed each house section he worked in. He showed us photos of each duct before and after. He covered our stored goods in the basement that he had to work around. He carefully resealed all the holes in the ducts until future cleaning visits. My son told me that the unit is cooling fine and perhaps go with another company. Then, three years ago, this other company told us that "everything" (fan motor, contactor, capacitor) was wrong with the unit and we should immediately buy a new unit. They also told us there was a leak and it's just too hard to find R22 refrigerant. Again, my son said that it was cooling just fine and called out the service tech on his lie about the availability of R22 refrigerant. We couldn't be happier with Comfort First. On two occasions, they literally went above and beyond our expectations...(two very long stories) they really do care about their customers. Everyone who took our advice and decided to have them service their heating and cooling have been very happy. We still have the same old A/C unit (20 years old) as it continues to perform well.
