Last month, the dishwasher stopped working and Mike diagnosed the problem, sourced and then replaced the water valve at a fair price and we were back in business. This past week, water stopped flowing again and we feared valve failure or something worse. Mike was at our house the next day, on time and within 10 minutes of arriving had diagnosed the problem (I learned a little trick to fix it, too) and had the thing working perfectly again. I was referred to this company by my brother, the first person that I…read moretalked to was Al, according to him he is the manager, he sent a person by the name of Ron, I think I know more about appliances than him, he asked me for a 350 deposit , to buy parts because according to him he had fix his sister in laws washer witch it was the same model washer with the same problem 2 weeks prior , he made me wait 2 weeks for him to came back because he kept saying that the parts were running late, he finally came over just to find out that apparently it was not the same problem that his sister in laws washer, so now his story was that it wasn't worth to fix the washer, so after 3 weeks now the washer do not have a solution, so now he is telling me that I have to wait one more week to get 250 back , not the 350 that I gave him but 250 because he was charging 100 to let me know 3 weeks later than my washer couldn't be fix, I patiently waited the extra week to get my money back, I was supposed to get my money yesterday Friday January 9th , I just texted him today Saturday to ask about my money , and now his story is that he sent the money to my wife yesterday at 7am, he doesn't even have my wife's number so I want to know where did he send the money to, odviously he Is a lier, and he wants to keep my money, I just called Al ( the manager) again and he said that he can not talk to him until Monday lol, this company is a freaking joke, from top to bottom.. beware of their tactics , they obviously do not know what they are doing .

You assume the factory is doing a good job and the team that checks does the same thing. Unfortunately Ron was not that lucky. He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!. Thanks Ron for being so thorough and pleasant through this job. Ron did a great job fixing the panel on the stove and now has to make still another trip to replace a bulb that should have been in the package with another part. Thank You so Much for your efforts. I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Excellent service! We called them for a problem with our LG refrigerator. Maybe LG makes good…read morephones but the refrigerators are not so good. We actually called another place before D&B and they told us they do not work on LG refrigerators!! Our call was answered with a friendly voice and we were able to schedule at a work-friendly time! They actually have 4-7pm appointments!! And he called me when he was on his way. He did a thorough once over and told me what was wrong. He didn't judge me when I told him it had been making a funny sound, but since it was working I didn't think anything about it until I found a bunch of water. He had to order a part and said it was uncertain when it would arrive but he would call. It took about 10 days, but he called and was able to return the next day and all is well! A great experience!

We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

Yogi came out to "repair" my 9 year old GE dishwasher. Prior to coming he indicated on the phone it…read morewas likely (but not 100% certain) the control board. If it was that issue parts and labor would be $450. He came to the house and as it turned out he said the issue was not the control board and that I needed a new dishwasher. I said okay fine what do I owe you for the diagnostic. He said $250, and I said what!!! I told him he could use the part for another customer to which he replied "I can't because every model dishwasher has a different electronic board part number (BS) I paid him and he left. I felt like I got ripped off royally, so, I thought let me call him and express my feelings abut this. Since I've used him a couple times in the past, known him for 15 years, maybe he'll do the right thing from a business perspective and throw me a bone and knock 25-50 bucks off as an incentive to keep using him in the future. Again in that follow-up phone call he was clueless... he was firm and stated he didn't charge me a trip fee! What. Now he's talking about a trip fee that was never discussed prior, obviously attempting to justify the exorbitant fee he charged. Meanwhile, I had a new dishwasher installed on top of his $250 fee costing me about $1000 total. Through others in the industry, I've also heard he's been gouging customers to pay for his kid's college and his family vacations overseas. He has no business acumen whatsoever. As an aside, if I would've called GE initially to have them come out and do the same diagnostic, no parts, it would've cost $149. I had used him in the past because he was knowledgeable and fair when it came to pricing. My, how things have changed. Bottom Line: do not use him!
