My niece waited over a month for her paperwork (afterwads she got a new doctor) and my mother on 2 occasions had to go back to the office or call several times to get her prescriptions filled out. My mother's case they were suppose to send the prescription to her pharmacy, she went to pick up the medication the next day and was told the prescriptions were not sent in. Then she went to the office to get the hard copy and told they would call her back when b it was ready. After several hours of waiting she called back to be told by the receptionist the doctor has not gotten to it yet and when asked when to expect the prescription my mother was told the receptionist did not know. Come on now we are talking about a person's health and a order of French fries. I am not looking to get my mother and aunt a new doctor. A doctor who can get things done in an acceptable manner of time and one that does not have such restrictive office hours. The only reason I gave the office 2 stars instead of 1 was because the doctor was nice. If I ever find out the office time management changes I will change my rating ,but for now, sorry I WOULD NOT recommend this office to anyone for care.

My mom was his patient until I witnessed the poor treatment she received not only by Dr Graham but his two receptionists. My mom is now under my Drs care (TPMG) and her vital signs have been improving tremendously. She has high blood pressure and has had a few emergency visits to the hospital but now her blood pressure is under control due to my Dr providing her with the proper medicine. Dr Graham just kept her on the same meds knowing she was in bad shape. He also took my friend off of her blood pressure medication and she had a heart attack three days later. My father died of congestive heart failure and was under Dr Graham's care. I believe my dad would still be here today if he had a different Dr. If you want your loved one to have the best care possible please DO NOT take them to this Dr.

Dr. Primeaux took the time to perform a thorough examination, listened carefully to our concerns, and created a clear treatment plan. We appreciated the level of care and attention we received. From start to finish, the service member at the reception on the ground floor to the nurses that took cake of my husband, were all very nice! They were all courteous, very helpful, and some event cheerful! Military facilities don't exactly have a stellar reputation, so I wasn't expecting to much, but we were seen in a timely manner, the nurses was thorough and explained the process. It's a quiet clinic, and doesn't seem to get lots of traffic, but that's fine with me if it means great bedside manners and proper care. The only thing that I noticed that needs work is the snack bar. Due to the nature of the procedure, I was told, as the caretaker that I could not leave the building so I had to resort to getting something at the snack bar. We had to leave very early in the morning so I had no time for breakfast, so your girls was starving! They seemed to have broken equipment and because of this, had very limited options for hot food items. It was still clean and neatly kept. They could probably use a better coffee machine and maybe some more grab and go baked items. The man behind the counter was nice though. I guess better a snack bar than no snack bar though right? LOL Be safe and healthy, Friends!

While she is an…read moreexceptional professional and her front desk staff is equally outstanding, I have encountered a few concerns. One of the primary issues I have had with Dr. Graham is her abrasive approach to tooth cleaning. I have also had a few teeth filled by her, and while some of them have been fine, two of them required refilling. One of the refilled teeth was fine after the procedure, but I am currently experiencing issues with another tooth. I have brought this to her attention twice, as I could smell the tooth, and she stated she could find nothing wrong despite me still having issues with an odor coming from the back tooth. After a thorough examination, Dr. Graham discovered the cause of the odor, which was a cavity hidden beneath the gumline. The cavity was filled on the third visit. Due to my third incident with this tooth, I decided to seek a second opinion from a new dentist. Initially, the new dentist was unable to identify any other issues and advised me to continue with my regular cleaning routine. However, I still experienced the same unpleasant odor. Today, I had an appointment with the new dentist, who finally identified the source of the odor. There is a hole behind the tooth that was filled, and the filling is moving. Due to this, I was informed that I would need to have the filling removed and refilled.

I told her I was military spouse and the work was done in California, years ago- maybe they expected me to go back to California for a check up. Don't bother coming to this office that doesn't help their own patient. I felt speaking to the representative, she kept making excuses instead of saying she was unsure. She said I would have to pay out of pocket but I have insurance.
