Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.

Coutur Eye is located in the office buildings off of Satellite Blvd in Duluth, across from QT and Shane's Co. While the exterior, looking like law offices, is a bit odd/off from your expectation of a lash shop, inside is very cozy. Make sure to make an appointment in advance as they book up pretty quickly. (Note, they do take your credit card information over the phone to charge your $5 cancellation/late fee.) I was lucky to have gotten an appointment within couple of days as Brandi (I believe is the owner as well) was available if I was okay to have students watching her do magic on my lashes. It ended up being only 1 student watching and I actually enjoyed her instructions as it was my very first time getting my lashes done and was informative. They have about 5 rooms where you lie down on a tattoo chair for an hour and close your eyes while they glue the lashes. Being my first time, I did 2D mink, which is essentiallly gluing 2 extensions to each of your original lashes. While my lashes are long, they're straight and never gave me the volumous look and the results were magical! It was $70 today, but not sure on the costs for fillers especially I think I wanna go for 3D next time. Either way, I don't think you can beat the price anywhere else! I decided to book with the hopes everything would work out. Well I've been to them now at least 4 times and the compliments on my lashes increased. I usually see Cindy. She takes the time to consult with you and to truly design your lashes. She really tailors them to what you want. The services are provided in a home studio. No waiting ever or competing services of others getting their nails done! They do not require pre-pay or a deposit when you book online. I am quite comfortable in their location. According to my Fitbit, I am taking some great lash naps there! I have had no issues with my lashes or eyes. No itching, no red eyes or eye infections. We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing.
