Very slow service and poor communication. The diagnostic process took far longer than expected, despite my repeatedly following up for updates. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I was rarely informed about the status of my laptop. In the end, I was simply told that the motherboard was damaged and the laptop could not be repaired. If I just wanted a second opinion that my laptop was broken, I could have gotten one much much faster and at no cost. The experience cost me both time and money, and I was left frustrated by the lack of timely updates and clear communication. I can't comment on the quality of their repair work since no repair was performed, but based on my experience, their communication and turnaround time need significant improvement. read more

Nightmare to deal with! Seemed very professional at first. I was told 4-5 day repair. After a month of no follow up I reached out, and was told the part just came in from China. William returned to deliver the lap top. However, he did not replace or even look into replacing the battery as discussed. I was charged $50 more than agreed upon. William left me with someone else's incompatible charging cord! He had to drive back to give me the correct one. I tested the charging cord immediately, only to realize he left 4 of the screws holding the PC frame together out. The thumb reader would not work because it now sat too low. I called and left a message to get the correct screws sent to me. NO response. Emailed, and also received no response. Completely unprofessional company. A simple return of the screws or helping me order replacements would have avoided all of this. If you want your computer to return in worse shape and get ignored than this company is for you! read more

The guy was supposed to show up between 10 and 12.....he showed up at 2:00PM and his prices were high. I think he knew a little more about PC's than I did and I don't know sh*t. I wouldn't use him again. He is trying to tell me why he was late. I told him I get it, but a phone call solves that. read more

Bait and switch. Over the phone it was $59.99 to 99.99 to come out and diagnose issue for computer not turning on. Shows up, moves cpu, discharges it, replugged it in and it turns on. Pokes around a bit and I'm like great how lucky it turned on no repair needed!! He says that will be $350. He says because he "fixed" it he has to charge me a 2 hour minimum instead of the diagnostic fee. Absolute and complete bs thievery. I hope you are not doing that to elderly people you crook. Had to pay him $175 to leave!!!! Do not use this crook. read more

Not only did he install my new computer a couple years ago, but he helped me with other things like my printer and my LabelMaker, which were not his job and he took a lot of time to make sure everything was working properly. I called to make an appointment for help syncing my cloud service. I was told it would be a $59 charge which would be waived if the work was done. William was 50 minutes late to start with. Than after two hours of more talk than solutions, he announced that the charge is $350. I almost fainted in disbelief. So what did he do? He gave me $50 off. No consolation. He tells me he charges $175/hour. If I had known that upfront I would never have agreed to have him come. So beware! read more

These guys picked up the phone and came and picked up my computer for assessment the same day. Three days and $99 later they very thoroughly and politely told me that my newish Lenovo ThinkPad was deader than a doorknob. It's still under warranty so I will send it back to the manufacturer. My doorstop machine was personally delivered back to my front door. It's a sad outcome but I was very happy that the process worked, it wasn't too pricey, and I got good customer service.
