Terrible service. I ordered thru Uber eats and order status was delayed. I called the restaurant to find status on my order. I was told to hold for 5 minutes or call back in 5 minutes. Placed a order online. Wings, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, celery and carrots. First got a call they don't have jalapeño poppers and they will replace with onion rings. Fine. Then got a call they didn't have celery and carrots and they will replace with extra sauce. Fine. Then I picked up had to mention that my order came with a soda since I noticed the girl at the front never put it my bag. I get home which is about 25 minutes away and to my surprise no Mozzarella sticks in the bag. I called up and the girl said she would check with the cook about the mozzarella sticks. She gets back on the phone and says the cook said he made the mozzarella sticks. I repeated that's nice but I have no mozzarella sticks. She repeated again the cook made them for me. She then told me to come pick them up and I told her I live 25 minutes away and wouldn't drive all the way there. I asked for a refund on the mozzarella sticks and she refused. Way to lose a customer over some mozzarella sticks . I definitely won't be back. read more

I placed an order through Grubhub on 8/9/19. When I received it the order was incomplete. I called the restaurant, informed them, and asked to have the other half of my order delivered. I was told that by the time it arrived it would be cold. I was offered a notation on "my account" of the issue and the next time I ordered what was forgotten (waffle fries) would be free. I indicated that I would prefer the fries be delivered. The representative repeated the cold fries speech and said I should call Grubhub and complain. I will no longer order from them. read more

i have been a fam of atomic wings since the early '90's where my first time was at down by the hatch. when i found out they have expanded i was excited because i was never let down. unfortunately i went to this location on hillside on a sunday. i placed my order of 12 wings original half and half, medium and sweet and tangy extra crispy. the wait was long over 30 minutes. i should have called it in. once my order was ready my daughter were hungry so we started to eat in the car. disappointed on all levels nothing was crispy and crispy is everything to me. i never had sweet and tangy awful on every level. so my daughter and i uad to share the medium which was soggy and threw out the other. read more

Love this place! Super underrated and extremely excited it is on Hillside Avenue. I personally really like the Lemon Pepper chicken & my dad really enjoyed one of the hot-spicy sauces. Service is friendly & love how you can split your order to the different sauce preferences. They also deliver! read more

Food was awesome, in particular the boneless wings! Takes a little time because everything is made fresh to order, never frozen. With that being said, next time I will call the order in ahead of time. Front staff was pleasant, the chef even came out of the back to see how I liked the special "chipotle barbecue sauce." Me and my coworker have been counting down the days until Atomic Wings opened and already had our orders in our mind for opening day. Needless to say what a disappointment normally I don't write bad reviews for restaurants unless I've gone more than once but my experience was so bad I wont be returning as agreed with by my co worker. My co-worker went to place our orders and had to return back to our job to put money in the meter after waiting 30mins for two orders of wings. I then had to go myself to pick up the two orders which still wasn't ready. Waiting time was strike one, not really the end of the world. We both ordered the 12 piece combo however when I received my order I only had 10 while my coworker had 11 (lucky her, also strike 2), and our fries were definitely over cooked (strike 3). I know it was their first day and everything but we all know first impressions matter, they should've started with a soft core opening instead because they definitely weren't ready. read more

Favorite spot to go to & eat at especially if you're going with friends. The customer service is very neat and friendly. The food is a1 , the chicken is well cooked. I recommend all my friends to come to this new restaurant. As the food is also 100% halal. In all my years of eating wings I can say , atomic wings has been my go-to spot & it will be from now on. Terrible service! We waited more than one hour, only to have our food given to someone else. Then, we were told that we already got it. My husband insisted we did not get it. Thankfully, the people returned with our food, once they realized they had the wrong order. The kid behind the counter has no clue and should not be allowed to take orders. This place is soooooo good, actually it's so good that I went there 3 nights in a row and tried out about 8 different flavors of wings. I haven't come across one I didn't like yet! My favorites though are the mango habanero, lemon pepper and thai chili. Definitely stop here if you're big into wings read more

This Atomic Wing is possibly the best I've been to. Not only is the staff super friendly and knowledgeable about the food items, but they get the order right every time I've ordered (even if it's complicated). I've only witnessed them getting one order wrong, and they immediately fixed the problem. Their wait times are low for a place so popular(unless it's extremely busy, but they're still pretty quick about everything), and if you order over the phone then the staff is really helpful about how long it will take to have your food ready. It's usually done before the time said, and it will always be fresh as long as you aren't 30 minutes late to go pick it up. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great wings in a great environment! The manger on  the morning shift Nov. 4 2017 (I think her name is Marla) is very friendly and have great customer service. The food was hot and fresh. I love the homemade ranch and fries!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!! UNDERCOOKED FOOD!! GOT ME BADLY SICK THE NEXT DAY!! if i could give a zero i would, i have ordered their chicken sandwich before, noticed it was pink. that is unfit for consumption and could get customers sick. that is a clear food safety issue. i gave this place a second chance and specifically told them to cook it well and make sure it isnt pink- well you can guess...it was still pink and i had already eaten some of it. this is clearly a pattern. thats also not the end of it, they made me wait nearly 2hrs for an online order and still managed to forgot part of the order! asked for a sauce on the side and they even forgot that! and it was on the receipt!! that is simply ridiculous, its clear nobody is paying attention and nobody cares what they are doing. nobody bothers to make sure their food is safe to eat or bother to implement measures to avoid this. people should not eat here just based on its negligent attitude. i had also ordered the wings, their wings are covered in sauce and you cant tell if those are cooked fully either. called the place to tell them i got sick, and there was no concern for this on their part, didnt sound worried or asked why or how. normally you would want to ask why and apologize. no apologies, no change in tone and in fact they have kept putting off giving my refund, didnt stay on the line for 2 minutes and told me to call back. it was obvious they wanted me off the phone quick because they couldnt be bothered! i call back and again i explain and again they dont resolve the issue and dont call me back. again i call and yet AGAIN they have not resolved the issue or sound concerned, they make me wait again and tell me to wait again. spoke to 3 people and not one has helped me!! do they think this is a joke? it should be your upmost priority!! this place is testing my patience! how patient do you expect me to be? i have been calm and patient despite the fact that this place got me sick! that is too much waste of my time! you can take my money and yet expect me to wait forever to get what is mine? this place is irresponsible and has horrible staff. no customer service skills and only have excuses!! I was excited to visit Atomic wings when they opened up the location in Queens because I love the Atomic sauce. The first time I visited though, they were out of atomic sauce so I took nuclear. While it was good, my preference is atomic. I went back a couple times after and got the atomic sauce and it was awesome and the wings were crispy. However, recently when I order atomic sauce, I've been getting other sauces which is not atomic and I know because it is not the taste I enjoy. Recently I ordered and I asked if there was atomic sauce, I was told yes then when I got home it was nuclear. I was disappointed but I revisited hoping they would get it right next time, they did so I was happy, however this time the wings were not crispy, the skin on the wings were soft but I enjoyed it anyways because of the atomic sauce. I visited again on 1/25/19 and ordered 2 combos of the 3 piece tenders and 3 wings with atomic sauce. When I got home, the sauce on the tenders and wings were definitely not atomic, it had absolutely no spice and the color and taste of the sauce was more like a buffalo which I didn't like and the tenders and wings seem to have different sauces. Plus I asked for my wings crispy but when I got it the wings were white in color and soft not golden brown. I think that if customers ask for a certain sauce and there is none, they should be notified and shouldn't receive anything other than the order that was placed. HORRIBLE LOCATION TAINTING THE GOOD REPUTATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. LAZY WORKERS THAT DON'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB. Placed online order through seamless at first got a call back 15 minutes later stating that the location was too "busy" to deliver my order and that it was cancelled. Very rude over the phone was never asked if I wanted to pick the order up. Called the establishment back and spoke with someone else placed the order asked for 10piece chicken tenders tossed in their bbq. Side of large fries. Received the order not only are the chicken tenders burnt, but they couldn't even toss them they gave me one side sauce of a different bbq sauce on the side for 10 tenders. Like how hard is it to toss some tenders especially when I specifically and directly requested. Also tried to order other items that they claimed were out of stock. Long time customer moved from Brooklyn to Queens, very disappointed waste of my money. read more
