The wings and waffle fries were great. I was pleasantly surprised that the fries didn't get soggy in the takeout container. The Thai chili was really good. The reason for losing two stars: 1. I ordered 50 wings (half boneless) and ordered online. After getting a 15 min estimate, I went to pick it up after 20 minutes. The guy at the counter couldn't find my order initially and then said 15 more min.. I brought up the half boneless part and he's like sorry we're out.. not cool.. you could have called me and let me know (they take your phone number when you order online). 2. I wait 15 additional minutes but it was actually 25-30 more min. This is a wing spot. It shouldn't take that long. Granted the Yankees were playing and it was a huge ufc fight night but When you can order in advance and are given a time to pickup food, it should be ready when promised or at least close to it. read more

Honestly I wouldn't go back here. I ordered through yelp and went to pick it up. The wings itself is organic but everything is unknown. So for me it's like what's the purpose. My order arrived with dry tenders, not tossed in any sauce, with 3 packets of ketchup on the side. I ordered 2 orders of the 3 chicken tenders and 3 wings combo. For the first order I wanted medium wings with sweet and tangy tenders and for the second order I wanted bbq for both the wing and tenders. However, in both orders the chicken tenders were original flavored and had absolutely no sauce, but they were still good and a lot bigger than I anticipated. The combo comes with waffle fries, but for one of the combos they gave us regular fries. I def didn't mind because they gave us a generous amount of both waffle and regular fries. Just ordered today and realized when I finally opened the bag that an item was missing. I called the restaurant and was immediately put on hold for 10 min while I heard all of the conversations in the background. When the woman got back to the phone I explained what happened she asked me to hold but I heard her ask someone about my order and he sounded like a kid in trouble but said that he put it in my bag (which he didn't I can't loose a Philly Cheesesteak). She got back on the phone and said "I spoke with our guy in the kitchen and he said he put it in your bag so if you have a problem call Grubhub and take it up with them" She didn't even attempt to correct the issue. It's sad her customer service skills suck because their wings were actually good. In these times she could have handled the situation differently especially since if the restaurant closes because they no longer receive orders she would be out of a job. I know now that I should have listened to the other reviews on Grubhub when they said they had items missing from their orders. The one star is not for the food but the customer service. Never order for delivery unless you want cold food. This business uses their own delivery service. Both times we ordered for delivery on Uber Eats, there has been an issue with delivery coming 30-40 minutes later than promised. Tonight I had to call the restaurant 4 times before they called the delivery guy who was a half block away from my address. The restaurant staff was rude and unprofessional saying that I had provided through Uber Eats the wrong address. All of the other Uber Eats deliveries make it to our door. wished i could've tried these wings, i called around 10:50 and they didn't answer, google said they were open until 12 so i drove there and the sign said it was open until 11:30. I was there at 11:15 and the doors were locked, she made an uber guy wait outside in the freezing cold. If you order a combo of wings just know that they barely put any sauce like maybe a tiny little corner in the box will have sauce but the rest of the chicken maybe lightly dabbed from it and the chicken is literally indigestible (like you need special sharp teeth to break down this dryness). The first time I ordered hot wings they never put blue cheese dipping sauce in. Who eats hot wings with no dipping sauce? I decided to give them a second chance and order today a 10 piece combo with fried Oreos for dessert. The food was 10 minutes late I'm not gonna be upset about that. I have been there twice they have excellent wings that are made fresh to order. The chicken they use is organic, halal, and never frozen. You can truly taste the difference. The thai chili and honey bbq sauces are tasty. The teriyaki sauce is a little salty, the Parmesan garlic is good but a little dry. The only draw back is the wait. We ordered for pickup on a Friday during lunchtime and were given a 45 minute wait. Once we arrived we waited an additional 15 minutes and our order was wrong.
