The crab cake sandwich was flavorful and stayed together which defied my odds on both fronts. The fries were delish and yes I did put them on the crab cake sandwich. Pat got chicken parm and he loved it. I'm completely here for the Chipotle Remoulade. I know this place is a chain but the food and the service didn't give chain restaurant. The service was amazing! Very friendly server and super sweet. She recommended the Lemon Drop Martini and it was delicious! It was a nice place to go. The food was pretty good too. I got the beef short ribs with asparagus and smashed red skins. The potatoes and the asparagus was SO GOOD the beef ribs was kinda sweet to me but otherwise delicious. I came back to Atria's for happy hour and was disappointed. Some tables in the bar were marked reserved so we selected a table that wasn't marked. We were asked to vacate for an expected group. So why not put a reserved sign? Not very welcoming. The drink was pretty weak - look at the photo. The server started walking away before I even gave my order so I wasn't sure if she got it. First of all, there was no bread. If you want to order bread for the table, too bad, because you can't. Second, the walls and floors were dirty and stained, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Also, there is no steak in the steak salad. Just call it an egg salad. Also, I waited half an hour to get my food, which was a small and simple order. Even I could have cooked it faster. The food, however, once it arrived, was very good and filling. But, they used American cheese, which as we all know is not the healthiest choice of cheese. There's nothing I love more than sitting for over an hour and NOT getting my food! But at least they had the kindness to offer a free dessert that I wasn't going to order anyways. Personally I would've offered to take off the dinner plate that went missing instead. I watched my entree sit under the heat lamp for over 20 minutes waiting for our other dish that apparently grew legs and walked out without anyone seeing. So after over an hour of sitting and no food and the lousy offer of a free $6 dessert we left and went somewhere. Ordered catering for a birthday party. The non-meat items were fine, but both orders of chicken were extremely undercooked. It was actually shocking. I had a 6 o'clock reservation, but couldn't get seated until about 6:30. I know that's not the restaurants fault, but it was frustrating. When we did end up getting seated in the front room, it was rather chilly. We ate dinner with our coats on. Other than that, the server gave us phenomenal recommendations on adult beverages, as well as the food there. We had our early Valentine's Day dinner here yesterday. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to getting out of the house for a nice dinner. The restaurant itself is nice, we were greeted as soon as we arrived and seated right away. Our waitress was spectacular and I wish I could give a five star rating just for her. We started out with drinks and an appetizer. The famous pot roast nachos were really good. I ordered the 8 oz center cut filet well done (yes, I'm one of those people) with smashed redskin potatoes and island rice. The potatoes and rice were on point but my steak was not well done as I ordered. The waitress saw how red the steak was and immediately offered to have it sent back to be corrected. I didn't even have to ask, she was attentive and took the initiative on her own. She returned back to our table within 5 minutes with my steak. I cut into it and it was still red in the middle. I had to send it back yet again. The manager delivered the steak after the second time going back and apologized for the inconvenience. He also took it off of our check which was nice. After 2 tries they did finally serve me a well done steak as requested. My boyfriend ordered the chicken parmesan and enjoyed it. The portion was HUGE! He took home leftovers which hardly ever happens with him. Overall I think I would try this restaurant again. I just wouldn't order another steak from here. read more

It was light and flaky. Enough for two or more people to share. The Rueben was delicious- thick sliced bread and generous corned beef. The Agra Diablo was large and very spicy. Any of the entrees we had could have been shared for two smaller portions. Service could have been a little better - we did come on a Friday and the host staff was super friendly- But we saw our salad sitting in the expo window for about five minutes before I made it to our table. Started with waiting at the door and several waiters walked close and the went around the corner. Finally someone from the kitchen came to seat us. Ask about the soup and waitress said that people said that it salty. SALTY is not even the beginning of it. That soup should have NEVER been served. It was just that bad. The lady in the booth beside me started coughing as soon as she tasted it. I tried to add cream but there was no saving it. I gave up. Waitress disappeared and couldn't find her and the busser had to go find her. . The floors were greasy and a lady fell. No one came to help her up. Should a Pumpking draft beer cost $11.00??? We had no idea until the bill came. The glass was rimmed, but it was a sticky, flowing mess. Scary to think that we'd have to pay $22.00 if I wanted two draft beers!?!? I'm glad that my husband got a different one. we thought this place was closing, but there it is, still open with no sign of it anywhere! alright for us! we walked in & got seated right away. they were busy, but not enough to keep us from a booth! we ordered a bottle of scotto zinfandel. it was delish! we looked over the menu & decided to pass on an app. we needed to save room for dessert! but then i was starving cuz i hadn't eaten all day, so i ordered the focaccia. i figured it could go with my meal as well. though once it came, i was a little let down. not what i had hoped for. it was good, but it was a tad dry. i got my usual 8-oz. filet mignon, rare. instead of the potatoes that usually come with it, i asked for the mushroom risotto. the steak was perfect, perfect rare, perfectly seasoned. disappointment again. the risotto was a bit dry. tom got the branzino. he loved it & didn't have a single complaint about it, tho he did agree the risotto was dry. finally, dessert! i got the turtle brownie sundae & tom got the limoncello cake. my sundae was big enough for 2, but i plowed through it like an animal! tom loved his cake. he said it was moist, light after a big meal. not a crumb left behind! we finished our wine & slowly walked out the door! the food is always good. go! check 'em out! sorry no pics! we ate before we remembered! read more

This location is always packed! I'd say make a reservation if you're going on a Friday or Saturday night. Located in a shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking. I've been a few times and have not had a bad experience. If the bar is full and your table isn't ready you don't really have anywhere to wait as the hostess area is crammed when you walk in...just FYI. However, the hostesses are always so nice and open the door when you leave...you can't beat that kind of hospitality. My fiancé and I love the Oktoberfest menu, a seasonal favorite! It's also very cozy inside and beautifully decorated for fall. If you happen to go during Oktoberfest, you absolutely need to order off that menu! Highly recommend it. The schneizer schlubig is my all time favorite. It's a braut wrapped in a pastry with kraut spatzle. It's an appetizer but works great as a meal. Their regular menu changes a bit but everything I've had off of it is always good. Crab soup and chopped side salad are always my go to and they always have them. Our server Alicia on our last trip was fantastic! She was very kind and attentive. She also told us about signing up for their rewards club and on your birthday you get a buy one get one free meal. read more

Fine dining and atmosphere in a restaurant located in a strip mall? Sign me up! We were in town and staying nearby for a family reunion, and Atria's proved a great find for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, the hostess and server were both great, and the bar seemed welcoming. I could have eaten anything off of Atria's menu, that includes burgers, steak and a few salmon dishes, but both of us chose a Quinoa Bowl, since we had been eating horribly on the road. The Ahi Tuna Quinoa Bowl with firecracker sauce was amazing, and had just the right amount of spice. The tuna was nicely seared. If I lived in the area, I'd be here every weekend. Since the family reunion happens here every two years in this area, I see an Atria's return in 2021! read more

Subpar food and service. The only saving grace was the Quattro Fromage; everything else I could've made at home and better. The server checked in with us maybe once throughout the whole meal. Every time we tried to get her attention she would hurry to the large party she was serving or conveniently had her back to us. The busboys and food runners were more attentive and helpful; they were the ones actually serving us our food and drinks and answering our questions. My chicken piccata did not look like chicken piccata at all. The sauce looked and felt heavy, definitely not the typical beurre blanc sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly (thankfully) but the asparagus was undercooked. My husband ordered the rack of ribs and he said they were great but unfortunately it did not come with anything at all - no coleslaw or fries or any other sides. It would have been nice to know that it would literally just be a plate of ribs without even a hint of garnish. The table also ordered the sherry crab soup. I didn't bother finishing it and those who did said they forced themselves to. The sherry was not cooked down at all and smelled like yeast. We'll most likely never come back here. It's unfortunate because it's one of the nicer restaurants close to home that is open after 8 PM. read more

I would like to recognize that Atrias have not compromised their service due to the pandemic, like SO many restaurants have. I understand there are new barriers & challenges BUT Atrias have went above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and relaxed, proving excellent service and amazing food. One thing I REALLY appreciate is that the tables not in use (for social distancing) are decorating with pretty flowers, decor on the table tops instead of.(and I'm not lying, many local restaurants are using CAUTION tape or florescent posters that look like biohazard signs or flipping unused chairs onto the tables like they are closed).....Atrias understands that I am dining out to ESCAPE from the madness and just want to feel normal for an hour...and they make that happen WHILE following all safety guidelines instead of making one feel like they are just at a feeding-trough! This was a last minute decision for dinner where neither of us had been there before. Best decision of the week!! No wait to be seated. Ambiance was really nice - as well as the staff. Nice selection on the menu - hard to decide what to get so I asked the waitress for her recommendation. She said the sauce on the Chicken Piccata was outstanding. She was right!!! Neither meal came with a salad - so we ordered side salads. Chopped perfectly with the dressing already on it. For a simple salad it was wonderful. Portions of the meals were huge - we both ate a lot there but still had enough to take home for another meal. Chicken Piccata was tender and sauce was just right. Also ordered the Fra Diablo - a little spicy but not too much. The enormous banana pepper on the top was delicious. No space for dessert - but next time I sure would like to try!!! I am so happy to post this review. We used to be frequent visitors to Atrias, then in the last year we stopped going there because the menu hadn't changed in so long and we had some less than stellar meals. But they changed their menu so we decided to give them another try and boy am I glad we did. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the season and clean. Our server, Nicole, remembered us and gave us the best service. Gary stopped by to talk to us and catch up since it's been awhile. Now to the food: zucchini and firecracker shrimp and salad were delicious and our entrees were "out of this world" amazing: Duroc pork chop and the filet. I told my husband it felt like a special occasion meal. That's how great it was. Drinks were spot on as well. Atrias is now back in our Saturday dinner rotation. Glad to be back! read more

Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere! My boyfriend and I came here for valentine's day and they had the interior tastefully decorated for the occasion and the staff treated us like royalty. We ordered the pot roast nachos as an appetizer and were very impressed. Each chip was completely covered in cheese, tender meat, spices, and jalapenos; making every bite flavorful. The way they placed the chips on the plate kept the chips crunchy, rather than becoming soggy with the ingredients on top. For dinner, I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was one of my favorites. The chicken cutlet was huge and thick, but still extremely tender and fresh. There was a nice thin breading on the outside with a perfect combination of spices that mixed great with the flavors of the marinara sauce. Also with the dish is a large helping of noodles and a slice of cheesy garlic bread. You will definitely not leave here hungry. The atmosphere adds to the amazing experience here. While the food and decor is classy and upscale, you also feel comfortable and welcomed. You don't need to wear anything fancy and everyone is enjoying themselves at their tables and cheering at the bar while watching the Pens game. Look forward to coming back in the future! read more

Ordered take out from this location. Food was ready on time, however one of the items was not on the bag's list nor in the bag. I asked about it and they said sorry, and that they could get it ready in ~15 minutes. No problem, mistakes happen and they seemed sincere. At least it was not on the initial bill and I paid separately for the final item. Once getting home we realized the final item ended up being wrong, but at this point we just figured we would eat rather than going back. The food was fair at best, and the final item made me sick. Overall the staff seems nice enough and without the food making me sick, I would go 3 stars and ignore the initial issue. However with all things considered, 1 star is the best I can do and we will not be going back. read more

I don't often get to Pleasant Hills but was in the area so decided have lunch here. This is one of at least 8 restaurants in the Pittsburgh and tristate area. When I arrived the place was practically empty but filled up quickly while there. Upon entry the hostess offered to hang my coat up for me which I thought was a plus. I sat at a booth and was warmly greeted by my waiter. The menu I saw is very similar to the one I ate at a little over a week ago in Fox Chapel. Still on the back edge of my cold I ordered a cup of the beef and barley soup and a salmon salad which came with blue cheese and strawberries. The waiter told me how the salmon was prepared and I was pleased with the fact that it is served medium. I got my soup and it was very good. Later I got my salad and loved the way it was arranged. The salmon was a nice sized filet and tasty. The staff was very attentive to my needs and was quite pleased with my service. Went for our anniversary tonight. Waitress was polite but busy and not very attentive. Food was terrible. Pork nachos were burnt on the outside, cold in the middle with almost no meat on them. My husband ordered the Pasta Diablo. There were two small bites of chicken in the pasta. That's it. The bread was soggy and tasteless. The pasta bland and disappointing. I ordered the crab-cakes. The only reason they received two stars was for the real crabmeat in them. That was it. They were not great. Red potatoes were not smashed but red potatoes cubed and just about raw with a side of frozen broccoli. I've never been more bummed. Not the anniversary we imagined. By the way, we even added that information to the reservation and not even a mention of it. read more
