Coffee and coffee pot they leave at the table
    Phil G.

I was looking for nice meals low in sugar, reasonable in salt, and reasonable in calories. I found a few options in the "Healthier Side" and "Egg-Sclusives" sections of their menu. I chose the Avocado Toast and my wife chose the Florentine Benedict. Both are good choices according to their website (which, by the way, is probably the best for presenting nutritional info.) We got there after 1pm so the servers were preoccupied with preparing to close. If attentiveness matters to you I recommend coming earlier in the day.

Just a fantastic breakfast! I had the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy with eggs. Perfectly seasoned and very filling. Everything is always delicious and service was great!

I've been to various locations of First Watch and always get the same great service. Got seated within minutes of getting there. The place was buzzing with people but still not loud that I couldn't hear myself. I had the salmon frittata and my husband had the sunrise granola. Both were yummy, I found my frittata a bit too salty for my tasting. Overall was good. I will definitely be back

    Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
    LaVonne G.

The lemon ricotta pancakes if you like lemon zet it is good and has a tart flavor. Something to try but not something I will order again, can say at least I tried it. The server recommended it and always wanted too. The wait took us 30 min to sit probably too many hung over servers from last night. Still take Waffle House over this but the ambiance not it lol.

This was my first time visiting here and I would say this location is small. They are very efficiently with getting you in and making sure you have a great experience. We came during brunch time and everything came out at a decent pace. I got the smoked salmon Benedict and it was delicious! I would try other options on the menu when I go back. My friends got the traditional and we shared the Belgium waffles. That was amazing! It was the perfect fluffy crispy ratio and it came with a berry sauce. The potatoes were a bit salty. But overall it was a great experience.

    Kale Tonic
    Jane N.

When traveling, I can always count on First Watch as a familiar place for a great brunch. First thing I always want is a juice - decided on the kale tonic which is always delicious. The morning meditation was a close second. Next, is bottomless coffee with the carafe left in the table for as many refills. I needed food that was going to sustain me through the afternoon so I decided to try the Triathlete - egg white omelette with sautéed mushrooms and onions, topped with a diced green chile Ms and diced tomatoes. Fresh pico on the side and multigrain toast with delicious jam on the side. I ate every bite and it was delicious! It also kept me filled for the next hours of activities.

The superfood kale salad was gluten free and came out with an allergy flag in it. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with food allergies. The online waitlist was easy to use and reduced our in-person wait from 30 minutes to under 5. The restaurant is tightly packed, so I recommend asking for a table closer to the entrance if anyone in your group has a mobility aid.

I have come a few times for Saturday breakfast before and work and have not been disappointed. I absolutely love their oatmeal and muffin breakfast. Their coffee is delicious and I always grab a cup to go too. Each time the service has been friendly and fast. I love that I can come and know I can get out in a timely manner to make it to work.

I truly love this place. They have great specials during each season and the staff is really polite. I enjoy the waitlist option online. Reduces our overall wait time. Lots of windows it still feels bright even on the gloomiest of days.

We got there early because I always see a line after like 11 AM so we got there a somewhere between 10 and 1030. We gave our name to the hostess and she let us know. It would be like a 20 minute wait you have to wait outside in your car or on the street due to the space restrictions inside which is no big deal. I don't even think we waited a full 20 minutes for our table to be ready. In the interim of waiting, we looked at the menu so we would know sort of what we wanted and when we sat down our server, Tia, I believe that was her name came over with the best energy, my brother and I both like we wanna start our day with her every day because she just was killing it. She offered feedback on menu items. She even suggested that I could get aside of something I was wanting, but I also knew that it would be too much and so I ended up getting the Philly cheesesteak omelette with a side of home fries, and she suggested that I get the side pancake up sold to the strawberry shortcake version which I didn't even know it was possible, but she was like no totally doable. My brother got the meat lovers omelette with a side of fries and a side of corned beef hash. Everything was hot. Everything was delicious. The flavors of everything just killed. And I would go back and scarfed down a whole plate of their strawberry shortcake pancakes, but for the fact that it would be too much food. If you haven't been you need to go this is like a cannot miss breakfast spot. Now I have to go back for lunch because they do wings and waffles (together!) they also offer sandwiches and other items. breakfast was just the tip of the iceberg. 10/10

Last weekend I was in the hospital and my wife asked if I wanted her to bring me something when she visited me. I had always wanted to try the food here, becasue it looks so amazing online, so I we agreed The Breakfast Spot was the place! I ordered the Reeses Pancakes while she ordered the French Toast Flight. That is where the fun stopped. When she arrived, I opened my container and was immediately disappointed. Not only was there barely any chocolate on the pancakes, but there wasnt any peanut butter. I was starving so I figured I will still give them a go. After a few bites, I honestly threw them in the trash and ate the hospital food. Almost no chocolate, no peanut butter and the driest I had ever eaten. The french toast flight was, at best, mediocre. The toast wasnt dry, however the toppings were flavorless and placed in one small lump in the middle of the bread. I was so excited to try this place but I couldn't have been more disappointed. Maybe take-out orders are just carelessly made? Maybe the food would be really good and they would make it properly if I ate it in the restaurant? Honestly, I dont want to risk wasting my money and time to try. I recommend avoiding this restaurant, especially for take-out. I dont want you to be disappointed like me.

We were looking for a nice local place for Father's Day breakfast and wanted to keep it simple,…read morelow-key and not too expensive. Hadn't been here in a minute and thought of this place right across from Brentwood Towne Center. They get pretty busy on weekends and it's clear they have a lot of regulars, which always speaks well of a place. We happened to hit it at just the right time before it got too crowded. JT's name remains on the place but it now seems to be run by Sam whose name is added on the menus and inside. We had a funny experience when parking on the street as I was checking the app to see if payment was required on Sundays, and Sam happened to be outside and called over to us to make sure not to pay today. It set just the right start to this homey family diner experience. The space inside is modest and feels like you are eating at a family member's home, complete with kitschy little framed sayings on the walls. There is a television on and patrons chat with the staff and one another. There are maybe 10 tables of varying sizes and a counter, and today we had one server working hard to take care of everyone, the owner and a couple of cooks in the back. The menu is two pages, almost entirely breakfast items such as egg combination dishes, omelettes, French toast and pancakes. There are a few specials posted each day. You might think that a breakfast item is a breakfast item, but they really do it well here. First is a focus on high-quality ingredients from local providers like Weiss Meats and Mancini's Bread. There are creative items like my veggie jumbot, which was sort of an egg scramble including mushrooms, green peppers, onions and cheese, and it was delicious. Their potato pancakes remind me of the most I've had of a friend's who used to make authentic Eastern European ones. You can substitute one of these for your potato side and I highly recommend doing so. Even my companion's relatively simple breakfast of eggs, bacon and potato pancake was a huge hit for being perfectly prepared, because "no one ever flips the over-easy eggs just right." This is an under-the-radar spot, but locals know about it, and you should too.

Tomato sauce was also super flavorful and they let us have another cup of that super delicious tomato sauce on the house. My brother got the shrimp Alfredo which is his go to.
