I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and in my opinion, this is the best vegetarian…read morerestaurant in the Inland Empire. The quality and quantity of the food are consistently outstanding, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The dining area is clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. They also have banquet-style tables that are perfect for larger groups. I usually order takeout, but I also enjoy dining in with friends from time to time. After more than two decades of coming here, I can confidently say they've maintained the same high standards that keep me coming back. Highly recommended

They even did free hot water refills so you could use the tea more than once. The vegetables were fresh and they vegan shrimp was really good. The curry was good and balanced the vegetables out. My partner loves eggplant from Chinese restaurants and this was no different. Always have to get the chili oil and liked that they offered brown rice in addition to white rice. Service The whole family is working here and honestly there is something so special about that. Places that are family run, you can tell the love that they put in here and it is so good. The daughters help take orders, run food, and clean up. The parents really check in on you and make sure you have what you need and you can tell that they work hard to ake this place run. Ambiance Such a cozy and family-forward atmosphere. The place feels lived in, but in a good way and still clean. If we lived closer to this place I know we would be coming here all of the time.

Something a lot of other places don't do these days. Their Birria is also incredibly tender and juicy. Although their prices are high, $16 for a torta, it's usually worth it, because their portions are quite generous. Earlier today, I ordered a torta to go, and I ended up extremely disappointed when I got home. It had literally half the meat, half the beans, and half the cheese that it normally does. This was the first time I'd been disappointed with their food, but I decided to call and express my dissatisfaction. I was passed to the manager who handled the situation in the most unprofessional way. I explained the issue to him, and he insisted that my torta today had the same amount of meat, beans, and cheese as always. I disagreed with him, and he responded angrily, "Everybody makes mistakes!" He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.

I thoroughly enjoyed taco Tuesday-- soyrizo potato tacos and mushroom fajita tacos served on a corn tortilla. The vegetable spring roll served with peanut sauce from the refrigerated section was absolutely divine and super fresh! There is also a new fresh baked pastries section that looks absolutely delightful! I'm excited to try the sourdough bread loaf-- they have a few different flavors including regular, Gouda & chive, etc. I would definitely recommend the Councilors Student Pavilion Cafe if you're on campus!

I wanted to order a burrito with guac, and the cashier lady said we don't have guac. So, I looked again at the menu to see if I was mistaken, and I said "oh it says guac on the menu, so do you guys only sell avocado." Then, in a disrespectful tone she said, " we don't have guac because of how many students are on campus now it is too hard to make it, mind you they barely opened 40 minutes prior to that. So then I said, that's fine I will just have avocado ($2.50 additional charge). As I am waiting, all of the sudden she "finds" guac and asks if I want that instead. So I said that's fine even though I just wasted $2.50 and didn't get avocado. Anyways, I take my burrito to go and when I bite into it, I notice a runny yellow liquid with seeds "the guac". It wasn't even made with avocado & it was spicy, so I assume it was salsa. So basically, I paid for avocado that I didn't get, I never got guac, and its been three days and I have had a stomach ache & digestive problems ever since. I do not recommended.

Vibrant colors, spice laden fragrance, deep and rich flavors.... If this is what you want in Indian…read morefood, this is the place. Beyond Biryani is apparently 2 partners from India - one north and one south - so it's a marriage of regional flavors under one roof. My son wanted to treat me to dinner early for Fathers Day. I have been longing to try this restaurant since it had been recommended by a client of mine from India. He promised this was "the place" in the IE for authenticity. So I opted to go here - eager for the opportunity. A party of five of us arrived We were greeted by the tantalizing masala fragrances and an older kind faced gentleman who is likely one of the proprietors. We were promptly seated and began salivating over the selections. The menu is prolific - check their website for a preview. I had my mind set on 4 dishes right away after arriving and reading through the offerings. I asked advice from the server, a young lady that was quite welcoming. We assured her we could handle the heat of some of the warmer dishes (I LOVE spice!!) Multiple spicy curries, a tangy rich & creamy tikka masala, a fiery chicken biryani dish, and some lightly charred garlic naan appeared after appropriate time. Dig in!! Oooooooh my - picture Mark Wiens saying "ooooooohhhh" (iykyk). So very satisfying! Heat that had the tears on the edge of the eyelids, but was so enjoyable! Succulent curry gravies, tender chicken and lamb, and scooping it as fast as swallowing and savoring allow. Loved every bite! My one regret? The photo you see is the ONLY one we got (the server was super sweet and took it along with some good natured jesting with us). Long story short? Best Indian food experience I have had. Can't wait to return! Epic!!! Thank you!!
