Of all the temp agencies I've gone through (thanks to the declining job market), I must say that Atrium Staffing was by far the best agency I worked with. I have the staff to thank for the current full time and permanent position I hold at a top notch global business. Keep in mind that most staffing agencies place you at jobs you just "deal with" so you can get paid, but Atrium Staffing works in your favor and try their best to get you a job in the field you are actually interested in. I love what I'm doing now and thanks to the recruiters, Theresa Rilli and Vicky Bing, I love with all my heart what I'm doing now and I can see myself making a CAREER here (so it's not just another JOB). Trust me, I've had my fair share of dealing with other temp agencies, and most in the NJ area do not WORK FOR YOU.. they claim they do, but they really don't have your interest in mind. I can't say that about Atrium Staffing. They truly care for you and follow up with you every so often to make sure you like your placement. The last point I want to make about Atrium is that I'm one of those people that have a good education under my belt, but with the job market declining, I too got laid off a couple times before seeking Atrium's assistance. While I thought it would take weeks for them to find me a job, because of the economic crisis in the U.S., to my surprise, they found me a job within TWO DAYS (yes ONLY 2 DAYS!!!) of my first interview with them. I am very pleased with Atrium, and my experiences with them from beginning to end have been nothing but a pleasant one. In fact, I usually do not refer friends or family, but I actually trust my siblings' future in their hands and have already referred them to Atrium. If you are looking for excellent service and sincerity in trying to help you find your dream job/career, I would highly recommend that you take the first step by making an appointment at your local Atrium Staffing location and just INQUIRE about what they have to offer. About two years ago I started temping for Atrium staffing. I thought I just got lucky to have Melissa Robinson as a consultant. After a year I got hooked on the flexibility that came with temping. After she was promoted I started working with another consultant Melissa Flederbach who was just as dedicated to making sure I didn't get put on the back burner. After all she wasn't the Consultant that brought me on. I have come to find that ALL the consultants take great pride in keeping connected with me. I'm always informed about new opportunities. I have made more business connections temping then chasing some online "open job" add. I wish could brag about the fabulous jobs I've worked... but then I would be breaking my contract... but lets just say you may be flipping your remote past or wearing a company I frequently temp for. Now I think I'm chasing the thrill of having the opportunity to work for more great companies. Now, I'm not saying your going to have the "same" experience but this much I can guarantee: **1. They always call you back and do "follow ups" . **2. You don't have to chase them for your money. **3. They want you to like what you do and work towards finding the right fit. I am very pleased with my experience at Atrium Staffing. Everyone in the Little Falls office is very nice and friendly. When I went there over 6 months ago, they made me feel like I was the only one they were working on and that finding a job for me was their top priority. Other staffing companies I went to were only interested in their commission and did not care if I liked the job or not, they just wanted to place me.
